Excellent on all fronts ”
This was our second stay at this hotel, and we took advantage of the high value pricing (due to COVID-19) and booked an entire month. We didn’t want to leave in the end! The beds are huge and the rooms are comfortable, almost always quiet, we slept perfectly every night. Housekeeping do a fantastic job too, not one issue and after a hot day of exploring or hanging out/working at any of the many nearby cafes it’s great to come back to a cool, fresh and clean perfect room. For cleanliness, comfort and location we are yet to find better value. The staff are fantastic and accommodating, even went out of our way to help with some ‘interesting’ requests. Located just out side of Ancient Town Hoi An, it’s a perfect distance to access all the restaurants, attractions and night life, especially with the hotel’s bicycles. Finally, during our stay the staff discovered it was our anniversary - and treated us to a night in their dining room. Now, we love exploring the food scenes of the world, and almost exclusively choose to venture out rather than eat at the hotel (other than room service, of course). That said, our multi course meals were excellent, so good that we were both a little shocked. If we had of known the food was this good, we would have opted to eat in more often. Next time... This is a great hotel. I can’t see how you can go wrong. We’ll be back.

My favorite hotel in Vietnam ”
I ended a one month tour of Vietnam staying in many hotels, at the Silk Luxury Hoi An. The hotel was an absolute delight and a fantastic way to end my trip. The staff in particular ate to he recommended for their professionalism efficiency and friendliness. This hotel is very well situated, clean comfortable and varries its name well. Luxury at an affordable price. I must add that the breakfast buffet is out of this world. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a haven of peace and quiet in Hoi An.

The best hotel by far for a 4 star hotel. The staff were all fantastic & helpful & went out of their way to answer my endless questions. Beautiful decor, rooms were spotless & mattress & pillows extremely comfortable. I booked on Agoda so I got a pretty good price. Would definitely .recommend this hotel. Fantastic!! Breakfast buffet was good too. We ended up staying for an extra 2 nights. The hotel itself looks better than the photos with 2 pools.

Awesome laocation and facilities”
Very close to the old town. Facilities are great. Made use of the two pools during the hottest part of the day. Bed was just the correct softness and the pillows were super comfortable like how I'd imagine a cloud to be. Breakfast was great with a good selection to choose from. Brst hotel this trip. Staff are helpful and always courteous.

An amazing hotel!”
We loved our stay at the Silk Luxury hotel! It was such a beautiful hotel and the staff was so nice (especially Tao!) We were celebrating our anniversary and got updraged to a nice room, and they brought us a cake and flowers :) The hotel is about 3 minutes walk from the busy old town, and is such a calm oasis. I highly recommend it. Also, it had the most comfortable beds I ever slept on.

Great Location, not too far from ancient town, close to restaurant. They have free shutter to beaches. Staffs are so friendly and helpful, they will recommend you to nice places in town. Rooms are big and clean with good facilities. Breakfast buffet is good quality. Should try spa services, so good and massagers are good.

Very well located hotel, a quick and easy walk to the Ancient Town and Japanese Bridge. Large spacious rooms with super comfortable beds and clean sheets. Good pools and facilities and good breakfast. The staff couldn't have been more pleasant or more helpful. Had a great stay, would stay again and would highly recommend

Pros: we loved the pool (they have 2), the room is spacious and clean with balcony, the staff are helpful and nice, good variety of food for breakfast and we also enjoyed our complementary dinner, its walking distance to Ancient Town. Real value for maney. Cons: Hoi An is pretty laid back and quiet. Nothing much to see.

Breakfast was good for food. The hostel was clean. The location is 1 minute from the entrance of the old town and good to move around. The hostel was quiet but it was a little sounding when moving from bed.

Beautiful pool & hotel, great location”
This has been my favorite hotel in Vietnam so far. There are two beautiful pools, the kids loved them. The breakfast buffet included is very good, with a mix of Vietnamese & European foods. Kids stayed free! When we arrived, the smell of jasmine & plumeria was amazing (the plumeria smell is courtesy of oil lamps around the hotel (not a chemical smell, subtle). They also had a delicious “welcome drink” that I think was a cold lemongrass tea with some ginger. Bikes were included free also! While we stayed there, another person who uses a wheelchair stayed there also. They were able to access breakfast via an elevator but/and it looks like they struggled a bit with about a 4 inch step/thread hold to a first floor room. Very helpful staff and a beautiful hotel about a 10 minute walk from the old city.

Absolutely loved Silk Luxury hotel! It was so beautiful and well kept, with a really nice pool area. The staff was kind and attentive, the room was super clean and chic. The location is a bit outside old town, but only by like a 5 minute walk. Well worth it for the quality of this hotel. It was so great, especially for the price. I cannot say enough good things! Do yourself a favor and stay here.

The hotel located at a convience place that only need 5mins to walk to old town. The staffs are very nice, especially the staff SANG. She recommended many things to do in Hoi An. Whenever I needed help, she help me to solve the problem. Highly recommended. Will come back again.
