Amazing stay in Hoi An”
This was one of the best, if not the best hotel we stayed in South-East Asia. It has everything you need. The staff is very friendly, helpful and polite, all the time basically. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean with a huge and comfy double bed, with a super convenient and big bathroom. We also loved the garden, it has a great pool and lots of colourful flowers, pool towels, it's a really nice place to relax and you can order drinks for a reasonable price. And the best was the breakfast, there was basically everything - buffet style and fresh made things as well. I would definitely come back to this hotel anytime, we loved it here a lot.

Excellent stay”
It is our second time staying at Hoian Central Hotel. The rooms are large and clean, the bed is comfortable and the fan and air con are nice to have. And he location is great, just outside the pedestrian area of Old Town. The breakfast is also great with a lot to choose from; local and western options. The coffee is great! The staff are all so nice and helpful. The young man who checked us in noticed it was my birthday so ordered flowers to give me and tried to stall our check in until the flowers arrived, very cute. We will be back to Hoian and will stay at Hoian Central again. Thanks to everyone including Rosie!

Amazing hotel”
Fantastic stay, the rooms were lovely and spacious. The staff were amazingly helpful especially (jasmine, kay, tu & binh) providing us with helpful information and great recommendation on a cooking class. Nothing was ever a problem and they were warm and kind to the kids. The pool was fantastic and a great way to cool off in the afternoon heat. We had to have breakfast at the resort next door as they were renovating but it wasn't a problem just a short walk with amazing food. The renovations did not impact our stay at all they were very considerate. It's a great location just a short walk to the old town but also close to the quiet streets to get away from the hustle and bustle of some of the streets. There is a great coffee shop just round the corner and a great museum. Would stay here again in heartbeat.

Front Desk Sets the Tone”
Thao Nguyet, especially, and Thao Hoa set the tone of our visit, ensuring that it would be a delight in every way. Thao Nguyêt’s sincerity combined with her beautiful, warm smile were enough to make any potential problem (there was only a minor one) disappear. The gracious, welcoming lobby led to an equally welcoming and spacious room, beautifully appointed with comfortable bed and furnishings and a large bathroom and shower area. The breakfast served was excellent, though the coffee was a little disappointing. All in all, an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

1. The hotel location is very good because it is located in the center of hoian restaurants and tourist attractions. 2. All the hotel staff are so kind.(Bellboy, Reception, Cleaning, etc. Thank you for being so kind.) I forgot my ID card in the room and they found it. Thank you very much. 3. The hotel room is in excellent condition. The hotel is cute and pretty overall, so it's good to take a picture. 4. Breakfast is not as diverse as other large hotels, but it's generally neat and delicious. 5. The swimming pool is small but deep and the surrounding scenery is good. - Strongly recommended. Above all, hotel staff are kind, so I leave a comment.

Nice & friendly hotel”
Love my stay in Hoi An Central Hotel. Very good location, just a few minutes walking to the centre town, near the Precious Heritage Museum which I like so much, many coffee shop, clothes, food store near the hotel. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious, we booked the room for 7 people, it is very comfortable. Definitely will comeback with my family again.

Amazing hotel, fantastic staff ”
This hotel is amazing. We stayed in the triple room and it was perfect. Large room with a large bathroom. It was really spacious and everything worked in the room. The breakfast was great. So much choice and have some different selection of food everyday. However, the most amazing thing about this hotel is the incredible staff. They are so attentive, caring, nicest and professional people. I wana thank Rosie, Tam, No, Duy, Day, Suong, Cindy and Helen for making our stay so memorable. I will definitely come back and stay at hoian central again.

Fabulous location and staff”
So close to the best of Hoi An. Great little local restaurant across the road. Staff were awesome and so helpful and accommodating. Huge, comfortable bed, with balcony overlooking the pool. Only downside is that foyer is open to all floors, with marble everywhere, which means that every sound travels. Highly recommend.

Perfect place from which to explore Hoi An”
This is a lovely hotel. The rooms are great. The staff are helpful. Its location can't be beat. The only thing to know is that there is no elevator if you needed one. The breakfast was catered more to non-western tastes, but that's fine. There are cheap coffee houses everywhere. The pool s a nice way to unwind or take break from the heat. Everything was really lovely. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

I dont like to review any but this time it comes to the difference point where i would like to have a good feedback. The reception staffs are really service minds and others as well. I did not expect to have breakfast with the price i booked for 2 kids, and my wife too but i was included. Also the location and the room are exceeded my expectation for the room rate. Thanks again the receipts who always smile and eager to help things i asked. Really recommended.

Better than photos or reviews indicate”
Pros: impeccable staff; fabulous location; beautiful colonial style building; ideal breakfast setting outdoors between trees (instead of in a stuffy, sterilized, air conditioned room); pool not large but perfect for a swim break (hardly anyone there). Cons: the prices of tours and cars available from the hotel are probably pricier than what you can get and negotiate at a travel agency.

Chloé, Helen and a young man who also takes care of the clients at the Front Desk are simply amazing. All the staff in this hotel is obvioulsy selected and trained to be « top notch » The result is just perfect. My wife and I shared the same appreciation . Classic, close, and Comfortable ”
On the edge of the old part of town, this is a beautiful hotel. The staff was the best in all of the four hotels I stayed in the past two weeks. I was initially worried because my hotel was near the entrance, and sometimes during a midday nap I could hear people in the garden/pool area, but overall it was peaceful.

Lovely, small hotel in great location ”
Absolutely loved this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to the old town, markets, and good restaurants, but it is still very quiet. The rooms are huge and the beds and pillows very comfortable. The bathroom is also huge with a very efficient shower. The free bikes are in good condition and we used them often. The staff are wonderful, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast has plenty of choice . We can't wait to return!
