HOLLYWOOD pool villa 3 bedroom Jomtien beach - Combining privacy, convenience and modern design, this luxury holiday pool villa / has 3 bedrooms, 2 private bathrooms and a guest toilet. The L-Shaped property has a poolside terrace, which makes an apt place for basking in the sun. Making you way through the patio doors, you enter the living room, which is tastefully furnished. The fully fitted, European style kitchen incorporates a large refrigerator, built-in oven and microwave. The bedrooms have air-conditioning as well as ceiling fans. They are complete with king-sized beds, very modish furnishings and decor. There is also a TV in each bedroom to enhance your entertainment. This is an ideal vacation rental for small groups and families and can easily sleep 8 people. The stairs to the upstairs room are located to the outer part of the property, which is great for those with older children who wish to have their independence. Whatever you require, we will do our best to ensure your holiday is as comfortable as possible. Enjoy a game of pool with the games table in the villa. There is also a karaoke sound box

The reservation rate includes your electricity and water supply, wifi, safety box and a private villa manager to help you with anything you need during your stay. Please note that you will have fresh towels, bed linen, toiletries and drinking water upon your arrival. These can be changed / replenished for an additional charge. Ask for details!

Smoking is permitted STRICTLY outdoors only. I am pet-friendly, dogs are permitted, fee is applied. We are guest friendly, you may bring guests back to the villa, but you should take responsibility for them. We are located in a residential area, so we do have neighbours. You may hear each other. Please be respectful regarding noise. We all have a right to a good night’s sleep. I can allow parties and events that do not disturb the neighbours. If you wish to have such parties, after 9pm, please continue the party indoors, in the living area, but not in the pool or the outdoor areas. Loud music is not permitted after 9pm. Guests are responsible for their own children and their personal belongings and should ensure windows and doors are locked for their own safety. Please put valuables in the safety box provided. A security deposit of 5,000 THB is required upon check in. No live bands, DJs or large speaker/disco equipment without prior consent. Thailand is a tropical country, we have insects/mosquitoes, we have tiny geckos. We cannot make the villa completely air tight to keep them out 100%. Preventative measures are the best. Don't leave food/drinks lying around, don't leave windows and doors open. Use mosquito repellant when outdoors, especially in the evenings. Please note that the guest name on the voucher should match the ID of the person checking in.

Excellent location, but poorly maintained!”

It was supposed to be a three-bedroom and 3 bathroom villa. But one bathroom was locked for maintenance and one bedroom wasn't accessible directly. Had to go through one bedroom into the other. There were also a couple of glass panels broken. We had luckily shot the video upon entering. Otherwise, they tried to blame us.
