Peaceful accommodation on the Chao Phraya River Outside the city of Ayutthaya, but not far from the city, good atmosphere, peaceful, the room has a slightly musty smell. Maybe because it's the rainy season smiling staff Happy to help and highly recommend. The overall atmosphere is very good.

Pros - Good location nearby the river - Good room size Cons - Booked the rooms with WiFi but was informed that the room assignment is located at the corner of the building which WiFi signal could not be log-in. The poor point is your staff already noticed this issue before we checked-in but didn't pay attention. - Spider webs around that means you couldn't clean the rooms properly. - No towels prepared in the room. Your staff informed that there was some issues with the laundry process. The poor point is your staff knew the issue but didn't provide this information since checking in process. So we have to once again walk to the lobby and ask. - We ordered the in-room dining which be wrongly served even that food order information was typed in LINE application. Overall experience was poor and we couldn't not recommend this property to anyone. Hope you pay attention to my comments and slove the issues mentioned.

Disappointed ”
We really tried to like this place as the building and location on the river are great. Leaky pipes, shower drains plugged, paper thin walls, were the least of the issues. Staff made it clear they didn’t want us to eat there and we ordered dish after dish with server coming back to say they don’t have it. Ended up eating 2 very basic Thai menu items. I run a tourism business so I hate to leave reviews like this - but sometimes properties have to be called out for complete lack of effort.

You can require for an extra bed The room is nice with painting of Buuddha in pop art style on wall You can go boat trip to Wat Panan Cheeng and around Ayutthaya island with them with them

Almost perfect”
Great location, very clean, nice garden by the river to have breakfast & take photos. Really loved the room & the layout, the only downside was the cold shower in our room. I knew this was an issue reading reviews before booking however I'd hoped they'd fixed the issue and will do for future guests. Solid 4/5 & would stay again :)

brand new great beautiful clean room Chao Praya riverside boat tour offered great food at fair price overall excellent we have switch plan and try to find place to stay a night on the busy weekend got lucky someone cancel their reservation. so i book it out of the blue. end up surprisingly love the place recommended!!!!

I loved the location, view from bedroom and setting of ambient is shows the great intention. Breakfast is lovely. Unfortunately we had few points of negative issues that i had address to the manager. The most concerns is the noise from other room - you could hear every words saying from next door guest. This is not ideally of any hotel/home stay in the world should be. The wall of your room is not sound proof. Service from staff could be improve. We will not return to stay in this hotel but we think they still have room to make this home ayutthaya to be a real home...

Simple breakfast provided and clean room with river view. Bad room design, bathroom is open-concept. So when you are showering, you will feel cold with air conditioning running. If anyone using the toilet, the sound of water and smell will be spread throughout the room.
