Beautifully appointed room. Booked 15mins prior to arrival as was driving from Bangkok 🇹🇭 to Myanmar 🇲🇲. Staff were delightful. Very clean room, quiet and was located next to BigC shopping centre Lampang has a lot of history to offer and I highly recommend you stay here. See you next January 2021 when there will be extra guests with us.

Great location. The hotel is located near the bus station, 7 11 is in-front of the hotel, easy to find a Song Taws. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice staffs. Reasonable price. Overall was great, we enjoyed the stay. But it will better if the towels was not stinky smell.

Stayed at room number 410 on 11th September 2020. Room is small but has nice soft bed. Room and bathroom are clean. There's a good partition between toilet and the shower. Problem: Water in the shower not drained properly. There seems to be a clog in the drainage outlet on the floor, and the water water from shower get collected on the floor fast and felt not clean after shower because of this. We only realized this in the night before sleeping since we were out during the evening till night after check-in. Anyway, we have informed the staff, and hopefully they have rectified this problem. Otherwise, location is right in the city center, opposite the bus terminal. BigC and Central Plaza are nearby. (Not comfortable walking distance.) Hotel is sleep over only, and hence no breakfast, but basic snacks and noodles and coffee station and toiletries are available from the lobby. Check in is fast and smooth, and knowledgeable staff. It's a budget hotel, so can't expect much. Otherwise, value for money.

New hotel with good location (near Lampang bus terminal). As their standard, the room is clean but still found some dust on a glass. The staff is great and helpful. Also, there are free beverages at the corner near reception even though their don’t have breakfast option. However, no hair dryer.

I have stayed with a group of family and including the elder too. Overall experience was great including the plenty of car park but the drawback was the room is not soundproof when there was someone making some noise so tho whole floor was heard!

Our room was turned to be ant's nest”
- I noticed there were some ants on the desk near window but I ignored them since it was acceptable But we brought foods from walking-street back to our room and found that there were ants everywhere near our food. Luckily, they were only looking for food and not bite us!

I love here so I decided to stay 2 nights here. HOP IN has everything you need. The Bed is the key ! The mattress is something I'm dying for ! They also have free hot drink for you in the morning with the very reasonable room rate. Hotel is super clean. Room is big and new. The hotel's very close to public bus station and 7/11. (One thing I would recommend is the liquid dispenser in the toilet should be always fully filled, I was there at my 2nd stay and the soap left just half of the dispenser) Staff are helpful and kind. Definitely go back !

Good value. First time in hop inn. Similar to uk travelodge and Malaysians tune with a slightly better feel. Bed was good. Shower, wi fi worked well. Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate from a drinks machine in the morning.
