I visited the hotel almost after an year. Disappointed by the downfall on cleanliness. Pros: location next to the Mall; Very cooperative staff, especially front desk manager “Suguna” was very helpful; sanitisation was visible; big comfy room; Value for Money Cons: the smell of sanitiser was horrible, making the entire building stink (at least same experience by my colleague), the manager admitted that they’ll change the sanitiser. ; bed sheets and pillow cover had stains. Had to get it replaced twice; hot water takes AGES to come in your Tap.

The blanket and bed spreads are dirty. No toiletries. Intercom was not working. To go to room, every time you have to inform front desk and some body will open the room for you. No card given to you. It's not worth the money.

Don’t recommend for family. Good location. Affordable rate but lack facility and cleanliness. Rooms are good but not at all cleaned. Feet will become solid black colour if we walk barefoot inside room. Corridor and common areas always smells and suffocates with cigarette smell. Recommend only for bachelors who look for budget stay at good location. Not at all recommended for family with kids.

I booked for 5 days.. There is no TV connection. I asked to recharge but they never done until I check out.. Wi-Fi is not properly worked. There is no room service folks. If anything needed I have to follow up multiple times (ex: water bottle).

The room was very bad. The toilets are leaking., there are cockroaches all over the rooms., We had stayed in this hotel precovid which was what brought us back to the hotel. But it was very disappointing. Please clean the rooms and change the sheets.

This Hotel need pest control badly. Apart from this it does not maintain its own kitchen, packing food served without any proper presentation. Fake pics of rooms. Overall not recommended to stay here. Total wastage of Money.
