I have to say that first of all, the average price is good. We compared it to other places where we expected to have to speak English, but here it's great because we can speak Thai. The staff are young, but the lower-level uncle explains things well and is friendly and calm. He speaks English and uses gestures to help us understand better. The location is maybe 4.5 stars because it's a bit of a walk from public transportation. If you take the MRT, it's 100 meters away (N1), and if you take bus A21, it's a 350-450 meter walk (Cameron Road or Mody Road). The location is close to the bustling nightlife, but it doesn't disturb your sleep because the rooms are soundproofed and the air conditioning is on 24 hours a day. The rooms are small, typical of Hong Kong style, but they are modernly decorated and well-designed (some rooms may not be suitable for people over 100 kg, so it's recommended to ask for a wider room). The service is excellent, 10/10. The room amenities such as shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and facial cream are all good quality, and the scent in the hotel is very pleasant. There are restaurants in the building: - Lobby on the 10th floor - The hotel room key needs to be scanned to use the elevator - 1st floor: Hot pot, both individual and buffet - 2nd floor: Barbecue chicken and beer - 3rd floor: Korean steak - 5th floor: A light bar Overall, it's a great place to stay with excellent service and amenities.

In my travels this year, I have leaned towards boutique hotels with industrial feels. And I must say that I've enjoyed my weeklong stay at Hotel Hart (HH) immensely. LOCATION: HH is centrally located at the Tsim Sha Tsui district which is connected to the TST and East TST MTRs. The K11 Art Mall is only a block away and the K11 Musea can be reached in less than 10 min through the underground passage as with most destinations in the area. There is a booming nightlife along Hart Avenue with restaurants and pubs. Several 7-11s are also along the street. RECEPTION: The reception is at the 10th floor and, upon arrival, the staff makes you feel very welcome with genuine smiles and greetings. The coffee machine and mini ref provides the guest with free drinks which you can take to the balcony overlooking the street. ROOM: At 10-12sqm, the room didn't feel at all tight. The bed was most comfortable with 4 pillows. A long counter allows you to work and dine. The lavatory is separate from the bathrooms. DESIGN: The exterior exudes industrial modernism in black. The interior design, from the reception to the room, is consistent and brilliant. SERVICE: The cleaning staff does their job well. I can't complain about my room nor the common areas. My toiletries are replaced completely. My only comment is that it would have been better to have a handheld bidet in all of the toilets instead of just providing toilet paper. It's more environmental.

I have stayed here before. Despite the small size, It used to be really clean (it was 2017 tho). However, on this occasion, my stay left me slightly disappointed. While the location remains a highlight, I found the cleanliness standards of the room to be lacking. Overall, everything was fine, but I hoped the hotel could replace the curtains, which had an odor and seemed to have water stains, making them unpleasant to touch. Additionally, when I opened the window to place my phone, I noticed residue from previous beverages that hadn't been properly cleaned, and around the covered cable socket on the table, there were cotton bud remnants and a significant amount of dust. I actually really like this hotel due to its lively atmosphere, although it can be a bit noisy at times, which doesn't bother me much as it adds to the vibe of the location. However, I strongly urge the hotel management to improve their cleanliness standards, especially considering the relatively small size of the rooms. Thank you.
