Check in
I arrived late at night, but the location was very convenient as it was just across the pedestrian deck from the station and right across the road from a convenience store. Despite my late arrival, the front desk staff were very courteous and I appreciate it. The room was a typical business hotel but comfortable, and the desk was properly lit for makeup and writing, which was a big plus. The breakfast consisted of bread, granola, boiled eggs, soup, and drinks, which felt a bit sparse. The price seems a bit high for this breakfast and the lack of amenities (like moisturizer), but maybe this is the norm these days. Overall, I am satisfied!
I stayed for one night due to a work training. When I confirmed the reservation by phone in advance, I requested a room on a higher floor, but I was told that it was already booked. However, it seems they adjusted and provided me with a room on the top floor. Additionally, they kindly stored my luggage before check-in and placed it in my room, which I greatly appreciated. The breakfast also had bread that was much tastier than I expected, and I was satisfied with having cereal as well. I think it was a great deal for being affordable, close to the station, and having breakfast included with a spacious room. Due to the age of the building, the emergency exit was directly in front of the room, which was a bit concerning. The amenity system required me to bring items from the lobby, which was a bit cumbersome. At the very least, I would like to have loungewear provided. The location of the shampoo and similar items was inconvenient. I deducted a star for that.
I read reviews mentioning that the bathroom is small, but I personally didn't feel any inconvenience at all. Also, there was no issue like not being able to drain water after washing my long hair. I was able to enjoy my stay comfortably. Thank you.
I used it for a long period on a business trip. It was my first time, but the size of the room was just right, not too big nor too small, and it was comfortable. Although it was a unit, the sink, bath, and toilet were all very clean and felt newly renovated, which gave a good sense of cleanliness.

Very helpful and wonderful staff. Directly next to Takasaki Station. Easy to locate. Quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast available, strong wifi, great bathtub, many amenities. I only know a little Japanese, but they were very kind helpful to me to have a great stay. Big stars!!
