First Rate...All the Way Around!”
The hotel is very conveniently located. It is about two blocks from the Shimbashi station and easy walking distance to the outer Tsujiki Market and shopping in the Ginza area. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast on the 14th floor was delicious - 3 choices, but definitely try the french toast so yummy with fruit! Best part of the stay was the staff!!! Incredibly polite, gracious and helpful...each and every one of them, from service personnel in the restaurant to the concierge. They mailed my postcards, ensured I had a sanitized umbrella when I went out in the rain, helped me load luggage into the taxi, patiently offered walking directions, etc. I will definitely back!

Excellent Hotel in Tokyo ”
Not only is the location amazing but almost everything about this place is well thought out. Rooms are small but with an eye for detail. Bathroom excellent , but unfortunately they no longer have Bvlgari amenities, probably due to Covid. Restaurant - Casita- on the 18th floor has superb views of Tokyo Tower and an excellent breakfast, both Japanese and Westin. Lunch available. Dinners are outstanding with A la Carte and 3 superb set menu options. Daniel the Cuban Maitre’d will charm the socks off you. He is as impressive as the restaurant. We have spent many nights here both eating and drinking. Cannot fault it at all. Excellent check in and concierge. Overall faultless and at a great price when it comes to value for money in Tokyo.

Perfect budget hotel for ginza ”
Location is perfect for us that love to go shopping n dining in ginza. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the bedroom (corner room) are decent size. We didnt try the breakfast. For our 3 nights stay, we got a rate of 400$ a night, with thus rate we’ll surely come back. However as i wanted to rebook it for a week later, the rate for the corner room was over 83.000Y or 540USD , which i feel too high.

Best stay for the end our Japan trip”
We stayed here for 3 nights, and we were blown away by the incredible service and atmosphere of this hotel. The staff accommodated to all of our needs, and were extremely kind and courteous. They arranged our taxi ride to the airport (which came right on the dot!), extended our check out time by 1 hour for free, and answered all of our questions/concerns. Our room was quite spacious and clean. We also took advantage of our free drink vouchers and ate dinner at Casita on the top floor; we were lucky to get a view of Tokyo tower and the food was really good - pricier than many other restaurants but still cheaper than what we would pay in the states for this type of service & dining experience. The location is good too, a short walk to Shimbashi station and ~15 min walk to Ginza station. Our overall experience was wonderful, and we will definitely stay here again for our future trips to Tokyo.

As of writing this review the Celestine has an average rating of 9.2 on Agoda and it is very much fully deserved. Good location - it is walking distance from the main Ginza stretch and conveniently located between Ginza and Shimbashi stations, so it is easy to get to most places in Tokyo. The property is well appointed in the style of an understated luxury. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. Above all, the service and hospitality extended by all the staff members at the Celestine was wonderful and we very much enjoyed our stay. One minor drawback is that there is no gym on the property, but that is easily overlooked when there are so many other positives about the hotel. 10/10 would definitely recommend and return to stay the next time we are in Tokyo.
