I stayed overnight on the 7th. I had a dinner appointment that day, so I called ahead to the front desk and let them know that I would be checking in late. Despite it being quite late at night, I was impressed by the sincere response I received, as there are many places that provide mechanical service these days. The next morning, I received a call from the room asking about a question I had, and they even followed up with me after check-out to make sure the issue was resolved. It was nice to see them treat each guest with care and attention, even though there were many different types of guests. Although I regret not asking for their name, thanks to them, I would like to stay here again. Thank you for your hard work.

It was good in a simple way. It was cheap and the staff was polite. The location is also close to Haneda and Tokyo Station. It's also good because it's close to the Yamanote Line and subway.

I used it for a layover when returning from an overseas trip. I used it for a transfer from Narita Airport to Haneda Airport, and the access to Haneda Airport is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes on foot from the station, but you can find it with a map app. The room is quiet.

Great stay; highly recommended ”
There are a lot of grocery stores nearby, also very close to JR Hamamatsucho and Daimon station. The location is very convenient for commuting. The price is very reasonable, given our price is ~80 per day (reserved 2 months in advance), and the room is spacious and the overall facilities and amenities are quite good (they offer free ucc pour over coffee bags that you can take as you need , also there are various complimentary skin care products of 雪肌精 which you can take from the front desk by yourself.) The room is quiet enough for sleeping for me every night ( our room is 705), even when there were train and construction sites nearby. The staff are very friendly and English proficient. Highly recommended in my opinion.
