The resort is very large equipped with many rooms. Though it's far from the happening areas of Pattaya, it gives a pleasure to stay in a calm area of Jomtien. They provide shuttle service to Jomtien beach road every hour, which is the best way to commute with other parts of the city from the beach road. Otherwise, guests have to rely on the taxi service from resort which sometimes becomes costly and only negative point of this place. Centra by Maris excels in all other aspects. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is also very large and busy with kids and families. The breakfast is also very nice with a lots of option to choose from. We liked their live section very much at breakfast. Staffs are well spoken and prompt at service. As it's a very large resort, it never felt congested even when it was fully booked. Its a best pick for travelers with kids and peoples who likes to stay away from the crowd. We had a great stay here.

Our family stayed in a 2 Bedrooms Suite Ocean View on the 30th Floor, This was Favorite Hotel for our Family. Best Location close to the Beach, Great Value for money. We loved this room it was very Beautiful and Perfect for our Family, Comfortable, Spacious (Big Living Room with New big flat screen TV and Comfy huge sofas), Very Clean and also our family love Nice Ocean View of this hotel very much....Amazing and Wonderful Ocean View! There are 2 Swimming Pools on the Ground Floor & 5th Floor, Enormous Pools for adults and kids and good to Relax around! the 5th Floor is very nice pool overlooking on the Beach and also Impressed & Stunning View with the DIB Sky Bar on the 38th Floor on the Highest Floor. Alice Lertvaree (Manager) is very nice person, kindly and very helpful for our Parent (Elder People)...Organized a Wheelchair for my Father and also Staff are so friendly, helpful and excellent services. The hotel provides a very rich Buffet style Breakfast...Lots of choice at Breakfast. It is so Tasty and Great Food! Highly Recommended this hotel, BEST HOTEL in Pattaya, Best Location close to the Beach, Excellent Quality Hotel and AMAZING & BEAUTIFUL OCEAN VIEW. I quite often stay at Pattaya and Jomtien area for last 10 years. So far it was not bad for my choice of hotel.However, this time I chose MARINE BEACH HOTEL PATTAYA was absolutely collect. First of all the hotel room has very good amenity and equipment, I can see how serious owner of hotel choose these, not cheap look as others. Room is tidy and clean at all. I can see training of staff is well done to welcome guest. Most impressive point is BREAKFAST, even 5 star hotel serve prepare coffee(mad water) but they brew one by one and full range of coffee variety. Food including selection of Bread are not like other, so far this is a best Breakfast. I will come back again sure.

When I checked in, they told me there was a problem with Agoda so they did not have a room for me the first night, they put me in a smaller guesthouse off to the side, which was older and smelled a bit, and had a small bathroom, but many items that a normal hotel does not have (ironing, desk, cooking, large refrigerator). On the second night they told me to check back into the room I paid for... I finally got to see the rooms of Eurostar, they are very new looking and large, big LCD TV and free Internet (which was not working the first day). Best hotel for the price in Jomtien.

One of the best hotel around. Everything is great, location is excellent, staffs are very helpful, including the vallet parking guy. The only complaint need mentioning to the hotel. We booked the XL room inwhich the best possible room available. And despite the rest I mentoioned. The hotel seriously need changing their 'beds'. Our bed give us badly backache. It's way too thin to be a bed, and especially since it put just over a peice of wood lining. Change them please!!

I traveled with my kids, wife, and sister. The facilities are really good. Best part: their large, beautiful, and clean pool. My family had a very good time at it. You can even relax and have drinks by the pool. They have a beautiful little garden around the pool. Worst part: their in-room food service does not work. I ordered twice, but didn't get any food. Probably the staff picking up the phone does not understand English. This hotel is literally close to the beach. And the break fast is served near the beach. You can see waves and trees while having the breakfast. The surrounding is pretty clean. I walked with my whole family with ease. It's very easy to hop into Baht buses. And most of the taxis and Baht buses knows the place by name. Jomtien night market is a 5-minute walk where you can have a great dinner with very low price and enjoy other family tourists and music in open air. I would definitely go to this hotel if I visit Pattaya again.

I loved my stay here. you can take a blue bus for 20-25 baht into the city anytime to visit central festival mall. you can catch it right along the corner of the block the hotel is situated. The beds were soft and the air con worked well. I loved swimming in the pool in the morning. Me and my girlfriend had a great time. Check in was a breeze but make sure to print you reservation. The room has a safety deposit box and the shower and bathroom was really 4 star quality. I felt I got my moneys worth for sure. Oh and the last best thing, the buffet breakfast! There were so many choices of both thai and western food.

I spend a lot of time searching for a suitable hotel as it's my first time as solo traveler in Pattaya. This property doesn't disappoints and it was the best choice ever. Although the hotel is not facing the main road, it is safe to walk alone at night and surrounding area not shabby. It's about 150m from the main road to the beach in Jomtien. My Deluxe Room was spacious and clean, equipped with a kitchenette, microwave (!!) and a single fridge door (not mini bar). Bed is so comfortable. There's also a little corner to watch tv with a couch sofa. Room comes with a balcony (although the view is not great, facing back alley) & nice simple set up and good lighting. Even the bathroom is spacious especially the shower area. Water pressure is good. The hotel was undergoing some renovation works at the lobby but could hardly hear any noise when I'm in the room. Staff are friendly and courteous. If you're going to be out and about most of the day and retire in bed remaining of the day, this is the hotel to choose. It's like a hidden gem for me. Don't expect a full spread of American breakfast. Some Thai food, cereals, fruits and basic American breakfast. Ohhh! I love the chair in the restaurant too. LOL. Unfortunate for me, I moved to another hotel about 650m away after 2 nights to be with the group for meetings. Wasn't the best decision, paid more at a much bigger hotel, room was small and old and the bed was hard like cement. Regretted I moved out from Inn Residence Service Suite.

They claim to be a 3 star hotel around the Jomtien Pattaya area but after staying for 2 nights and experiencing the room, it feels more 4 star than anything. The hotel is located further back from Jomtien Beach and will be a bit of a walk but it is flanked by both Family Mart and 7-Eleven which makes purchasing snacks and drinks so easy. Breakfast is not provided here but should you wish not to venture out, the two convenience stores will easily fulfill your first meal of the day with coffee to boot. The rooms are clean, cosy and tastefully furnished with a modern industrial concrete-effect wall and ceiling finishing. Our room even came with a small balcony. Staff were friendly and more importantly, the AC was ice cold! Would love to stay here again if we come back to Pattaya.

The Seaside Jomtien Beach Hotel was a wonderful and beautiful hotel. Just walking into the place you can sense that it has its own ambiance. I had a late check-in because of my late departure from Bangkok to Jomtien. I was greeted warmly by all staff members as I passed them by with a friendly smile and warm hospitality. The Hotel is right on Jomtien Soi Neung, (The Beach Road in Jomtien). It was very easy to find. There are a number of quaint little cafes around and a 7/11 only about a 100 meters away. The beach is at the front door step of the hotel. So, if you are looking for a place to relax during the day under the shade of an umbrella on the beach you do not have to walk far at all, only across the street! I had reserved a Superior room. It was very clean, spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I say this coming from a person that is very picky about the type of mattress I sleep on. There was room-service but I never tried it but they had a full menu to choose from as well as a nice little cafe area and bar down in the lobby. I enjoyed the breakfast there each morning I stayed. It was a very good breakfast, a mixture of Thai and European cooking. There is not a lot to choose from but what there is, tasted delicious and was always hot. I do have to say, my only complaint was the coffee. Whoever makes it, makes it way too strong. I am American and one that likes a cup of strong coffee but this was too too strong for anyone's taste. No matter, this is a hotel, I have already recommended to friends that are going to Jomtien soon and I know I will be back there the next time I visit in Jomtien. The area is quiet and away from all of the hustle and bustle. I gave 5 stars to each section but location I gave 4 only because if anyone is looking for a shopping center or Mall or Starbucks, they are quite far from the hotel. I read the reviews before booking and most pritty good. Some negative reviews about breakfast. From my point of view as a regular traveller to developing countries is a s follows. Breakfast was fantastic. If I ate breakfast like that in Australia it will alone cost $20.00 Australian each. So 2 of us and the hotel room itself came to be round that price. I have seen the negative reviews about breakfast and can not see how this is. we loved it. As for the room itself. We were on level 9, so nice view and away from the renivations on level 2 to 5. Our room was recently renivated, nice and clean. The staff at the hotel were number 1. Excellent in fact. We loved the location, the pools and the safety having good security from early evening. We stayed for 13 nights and felt very safe. Obviously some noise late at night as pople returned, some people have no respect for others in regard to their noise level and slamming doors at 3am in the morning. Obviously the hotel has little control of these inconsiderate people and I hope you read this and think of others next time. Overall this has been the best hotel I have stayed in.

this hotel was by far the best hotel that i have stayed in all of thailand. the water pressure for the showers was great and the customer service was very great also. the swimming pool felt like it was a private swimming pool and was not overlly crowded. this hotel has greatly beaten the four star hotel down the road from them which is a four star hotel. i would have to say the rolay thai pavilion deserves a better rating than just three stars. we would gladly return to stay again at this hotel and thanks for the free wifi.

Arrived at the hotel at about 10 PM on Oct 3rd with a group of 14 people, first impression of the hotel is a nice new modern hotel, which made us really spirited to stay, until we met with the receptionist guy. He was quite warm at first, but suddenly turned to get confused with everything as I told him I booked for 7 rooms, but he kept telling me that I made 2 bookings with only 4 rooms, and when I showed him my phone screen to show the booking for 7 rooms, he really became confused & babbling unclear & didn't connect with what I said, for instance he directly gave 4 room tags comprising 2 key cards & 2 breakfast coupons inside, then suddenly asked to return all of them. the next minute he already gave 7 key cards, & kept saying that I made 2 bookings. withiut any reasons, he said I am from Iran & I often go to malaysia, i said i'm from Indonesia, then he continued telling stories about how he likes malaysia. It's really strange for me, I suspect he was on drug or something as his emotions seemed quite up & down dramatically. my tour guide, who is local Thai guy was saying the same about him as we felt awkward that a receptionist should be someone who can do well in communication & won't allow people like this guy to be in the front desk serving customers. Anyway the room is very nice & spacious, actually it can fit to 3 people inside the room comfortably, they have a very good swimming pool on rooftop with nice view, however the breakfast was poor, quality of food is way below standard, well you can't complain too much about this for a low price hotel with decent facilities. Our stay is still enjoyable despite the problem in receptionist when we checked in, the other receptionist when we checked out was quite nice so I'm hoping the hotel is really selecting more seriously in the front desk with better standard of people. everything else was quite good, will be looking forward to stay here again the future but hopefully won't meet that drunk receptionist guy a

I will start with the bad. 9th floor rooms are below the roof area and there is a constant noise all night from air con or some other pumps. This is bad but that stops around 5.00 am, you can then hear the water pumps kicking in every time someone throughout the hotel uses a tap or the loo etc. Air con in the room is hideously noisy but it drowns all other noise so I suppose it serves it's purpose. I had enough by 5.15am and went down to reception to get ANO room. Staff were unsurprised and very accommodating so I guess they get this complaint regularly. DO NOT be booked into 9th floor. The next room was OK, good shower, TV, room size and good bed. Bad smell every now and then in bathroom, no tea and coffee, no balcony furniture so it was unusable even though it was nice with a good view, air con OK but not terribly effective. Ground floor pool was poor with hardly any water and a lot of leaves etc but no matter there is a great pool on the second floor. Wifi was fine but had to log in every 3 hours and get new password daily. Brilliant staff all cheery and helpful, they are the hotels' salvation. There are some really nice public areas and the hotel is generally pleasant, well kept and clean. Breakfast I found to be fine but you have to adapt to Thai cuisine and not be stuck in "bacon and egg" mode. The dining room is very nice and absolutely spotless, breakfast staff are very attentive to replenishing and keeping the place clean. The local area is fine if a little off the central area of Jomtien. Plenty of restaurants 7 11's etc. I would have been very unhappy had I paid room rate but with discount, on balance and ignoring the first night, I think it was fair value.

Probably the best value hotel I have stayed in over the 20 odd years I have been coming to Thailand. The breakfast for 2( included in the price) was worth 300 Baht alone which was just under half the price of the room itself! For that price it is difficult to criticise. The room we stayed in overlooked the neighbouring hotel whose noisy tour buses would arrive early morning and evening regularly but if you closed the door to the balcony it was not overly intrusive The hotel itself is a collection of 8 storey blocks built around an internal roadway so not a conventional set up for a hotel but works fine. No room WiFi while we were there (they said it was broken but didn't seem in a hurry to get it fixed) but they are fine with you sitting on sofas at reception to go online. Location close to the beach at the beginning of Jomtien strip so easy to get transport into Central Pattaya. Walking distance to Pattaya Water Park along the quiet beach road (carry straight on along the beach road where the main road veers off to Pattaya) - a few nice cafes and restaurants (one with live jazz) along this road with bits of the beach here unencumbered with the usual umbrellas and deckchairs etc.

My stay at the Sunshine guest house was excellent , i recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay in Jomtien Beach Pattaya. I originally only planned to stay for one week but ended up staying for four weeks. Everything about this guest house is of the highest quality. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The Guest house is in a central location and is very easy to get anywhere around Pattaya. The beach is only fifty meters from the guest house at the end of the street.street. Ive traveled all over Asia and most of Europe and i have to say this is the best Guest house i have stayed at.I will definitely be coming back again.

Stayed here for 5 nights as I kept extending! Rooms are exceptionally well maintained. Houskeeping is very good, rooms are spotless. Adjustable water temperature (remember to adjust!) and good pressure. Each room has a clothes airer! (regular travellers know how great this is!!) Room amenities are complete and restocked fully each day, including free snacks!! Perfect size room, all have sea view. If you want to be near the night life it is at the far end of Jomtien. There are still very good restuarants around. My preference is to be in quieter areas. Transport is very cheap, if you don't use taxis. Local transport is 10 baht. Most staff have limited English, but they are friendly and very professional, so really no issue at all. On my departure, I even recieved chocolate cookies for my trip home. Next time I will not search for another hotel. This will be my first choice.. I highly recommend this property.

Generally okay and I would consider staying there again. However, it is not really a hotel more of a condo complex with a pool where rooms are rented out. The good points were very good but there were some surprising irritations which would be easy to fix. We rented a junior suite at a big discount which was well worth the extra space . The suite had two big bedrooms with huge comfortable king size beds, two bathrooms, a small eating area with a table but with only two chairs, a 30ft by 20ft lounge, and a private balcony by the pool which measured 8ft by 60ft. There was a TV screen in each bedroom and the lounge, with reasonable choice of channels. However, the bedroom furniture was totally inadequate for clothing storage, there was no coffee table in the lounge so that although we could sit on either of the two sofas there, we had nowhere to put drinks or snacks except the floor. A kettle was provided but no cups or mugs with handles, so we had to buy them to make hot drinks. The fridge worked very well but switched off when the key was taken out of the slot by the door, along with all the other electrics. There were no plastic chairs or sun loungers to use on the private balcony, which kind of destroyed the purpose of having the balcony. There were no towel rails in the bathrooms. The swimming pool was only 3ft deep along its entire length and not really suitable for adults swimming. The pool was clean despite it being a watering hole for the local pigeons, but there should have been a warning notice saying "No Diving" given the shallowness of the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were tables, umbrellas and chairs by the pool, but no sun loungers. There were no other problem guests while we were there. The hotel dining room was not operational while we were there, but given the proximity to Jomtien beach road this was not a problem. The rooms were well cleaned and fresh towels provided every day.

Definitely one of the best hotels in Pattaya area, especially if you prefer the quieter environment of Jomtien. The location is almost perfect being located at the end of Soi 5 which opens onto the beach road at the bottom (3 minutes walk). The room was spacious and clean, complete with bath and shower, super large fridge and easy to use safe. The breakfast was excellent and the staff all very friendly and polite. A special mention to Pongo who was always very helpful and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. No problems with language barriers either as everyone I met spoke good English. Originally we had only booked for 2 nights but decided to stay another 2 nights as I could not fault the place. Nice swimming pool although maybe not so large, it was never really busy. We were there out of season so in high season I wonder if the pool area will be big enough. I guess it depends what you are looking for, but as a nice, clean and comfortable hotel I can’t recommend this enough and will definitely book here again when I return.

staying at JOMTIEN TWELVE HOTEL for 2 days... at first i choose this hotel because its still affordable and just a step away from the beach.. About the location. just a few steps to go to minimart... I booked the standard room, the room not too big but its enought for 2 person... what i dont like about the room is only the light, its a little bit dark... What I super like for this hotel? the staff is super duper friendly and fluently in english.... they help us A LOT... really really A LOOOOT.... we can get recommend about where to go, what to do and what transportation we can used.. Ahh.. they also lend us beach towels if we want to play at the beach... for the breakfast, we can have a few choice menu that we can order as much as we want... overall.. i have a super good holiday staying at JOMTIEN BEACH....and will book it again if i want to go to PATTAYA~

Hotel is old, looks elegance if it was 30 years ago but well clean. the furniture is old , Room is good location for sea view. Staff is friendly Large car park (most of them is touring bus for Chinese) Breakfast is good taste. Not much for selecting. **Hotel has many Chinese tourists, so it could be inconvenience sometimes such as elevator or breakfast queue. Conclusion : Pros : Cheap high floor sea view 180 degree room. Cons : It's still look old.

Modern hotel Deluxe room first floor was just 1 meter from swimmingpool and we even get breakfast to balcony. Afternoon sunshine comes to swimmingpool and perfect for me that sun not shine all day there and balcony. Smiling friendly staff and good clean everyday. Low season breakfast menu have 4 option so no need to eat same food every morning. We booked 2 nights but stay 4 night Hot water was not hot but such high temperature it was no problem at all. 7/11 bit faraway but still walking distance on the beach road. We enjoy our stay.

I was dropped off by a truck filled with people(Pattaya’s taxi) on the entrance of a small street of soi 4 at Jomtien beach road. The small street looked unimpressive with hawkers and cheap restaurants clustering the already narrow passage way that was paved with uneven cement floor leading to the hotel. As one walked along the path one could see a row of cheap guest houses. I was thinking what on earth have I booked for accommodation, and I am not the type that will rough it out as a bag packer. Half hearted with disappointment I continued to venture inner into the street which was more of an alley. Finally, I saw the hotel which was an unimpressive 3 story building of concrete and tiles. However, upon entering through the door was a rather cozy lobby that greeted me and somewhat brighten my mood a little. Friendly receptionist spoke simple but passable English, checked me in and in no time I was ushered up 3 levels on foot to my studio room. The room was big with a tile kitchenette and dinning set arranged with cutlery. I was presently surprised to see that the bed was king sized and covered by quality linen. More then meets the eyes was the goose feathers filled mattress and pillows – one of the most comfortable kinds, and one only find them at top end hotels with their suite rooms. The bath room was equally cozy with designer pebbles flooring, a proper vanity mirror and table, but the best was the huge, two men sized and rustic looking bath tub! I thought I could drown myself to death that night from taking a bath. The room was also beautifully adorned with Thai artifacts of cottage and ethnic style and with a sizable walk in wardrobe good enough for a fashion queen! I was breath taken by the surprise I got from such value for money, that I need to go to the balcony to get some fresh air! This hotel truly shows that one should never judge a book by its cover! It was a rare gem among stones, I was very happy with the find. Oh yes! The beach is just a stone

This relatively new hotel is in the quieter end of Jomtien but with numerous baht buses travelling along the beach road, getting anywhere is cheap and easy. Rooms are spacious and the facilities of the hotel are good with the staff being attentive and courteous. They advertise that there is car parking but it is not really at the hotel but about 20 metres down the road in front of some abandoned buildings. Room for about 6 cars at best. Breakfast is fresh with a good selection of both western and Asian offerings that can be eaten indoors or on the open terrace at the front of the hotel. Good value for money! I'd definitely stay here again!
