"Checkin was smooth. The room is very new and clean. Room is very well designed for usefulness. For breakfast, you will be given 200 THB voucher and you choose what you eat. The hotel is a part of Central Festival Samui. The parking is shared to the mall. So plenty of parking space. Only 2 minor problems for us. The air-con in the room is slow you have to let it work for a while until you get the cool. The room is not sound proof. You can hear the noise easily from inside the room but acceptable. Great stay, great service and friendly staff."

"This is a beautiful property located within walking distance of Central Festival and all the amenities. My Jr Suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and efficient. I enjoyed my stay. I arrived at 8 AM but my room was already prepared and waiting for me. The staff gave a clear briefing on the room, A/C controls, internet log-on and other facilities. Housekeeping were friendly and effective. The pool was clean, well maintained and had lots of loungers with cushions. The atmosphere was very relaxed. The other guests came from all over the world and everyone was quite pleasant. There is a shuttle that leaves hourly for the short hop into town or you can easily walk along the lakeshore walkway. On the hill behind the resort is a beautiful pagoda which affords a view of the surrounding countryside and the town of Chaweng. A few items to be aware of to manage your expectations: the satellite TV has only 2 English language stations. The neighbouring property often hosts very loud parties that last past midnight. The pool closes at 6 PM. "

"it's located at the main street of Chaweng. Abt 200-300m (walking) away from the Central Festival Mall. The streets can b quite congested. Everything frm food, cafes, bars n spas are all in walking distance. Rooms arent really spacious but are clean n comfortable. The toilet/shower room is enclosed by glass panels (inc the door) which arent really the tempered ones..thus ppl frm outside the toilets could potentially still see u doin your thing. So heads up for those of u who may feel uncomfortable knowing tht u can be seen from the bedroom area. They are restaurants just nxt to the hotel whr u can hv breakfast n coffee. Staff were friendly and there is the pool at the backyard. Overall good for a few days stay."

"warm welcome from staff. got two cold drinking water when we arrived. stayed two nights at a room without air-cond with good experience. got a room with sliding door at ground floor & own balcony. got a goose towel craft on the bed & we was so touched. good fan. excellent cleanliness. good water pressure. moderate wifi speed. but still reasonable. tv got many channels including italian france spanish channels. useful staff help to carry our luggage. no lift in this hotel. for muslim, there about 500m to close halal restaurant name Fareast Restaurant nearby festival central plaza. this hotel is name based on owners son name. talked to Mr. Lek who is the owner of the hotel really soft-spoken person that always smile. also Miss Abua that help me a lot are also polite & helpful. u r also can rent a motorcycle from the receptionist at a best price compare than others. its was so overwhelmed. this hotel near with festival central plaza, mango bar, arkbar & beach. but overall this hotel close to night life. everything is so good. if ur walked at the night by ur own u will never get scared bcause this hotel is also the main road in one way. anyway thanks for the great services. thumbs up guys..."

"This hotel was a pleasant surprise. The location is at the beach and at the main Koh Samui nightlife area but is not too noisy at night. The place looks nice, there are a lot of cats and dogs here. A plus if you like animals, a con if you don't. Our room did not have a tv but it looked nice and was comfortable. For this price the hotel delivered excellent value."

"First, the hotel location was the key motivation to us for selecting this hotel. The hotel was located at the Chaweng business district. Central Festival Mall was just opposite the hotel. Another good thing was the hotel layout well isolated the crowd and traffic. You can't really feel the disturbance for your getaway plan. Convenience store, food, shopping and travel agency for day trip were just around the corner. We actually spending two days discovering the small alley or hidden shops. The staff were very polite, helpful and able to communicate in English. Room was clean and comfortable. Just the wiring of TV might be small element can be improved. The cafe had great food, and awesome scenery. Every morning, we enjoy breakfast with sitting side by side and enjoying Chaweng sunrise. We spent a lot of time at swimming pool too. Overall, we had a very wonderful getaway here and we like to come again."
