"Travelling with a group of friends, booking this room is trying to enjoy our late night drinking beer beside the pool. We love the pool access room very much together with the Jacuzzi which came with the hot & cold water, we bought the snacks, beers, our dinner and enjoy besides the pool, keep on chit chatting while swimming. Room are clean, and the bathroom is big, special design for the bathroom, come with the transparent glass between the room and covered up with the roller blind. The bad, our room are occupied with 3 pax, we add on an additional bed, but the amenities inside the room are too stingy, no toothbrush, toothpaste provided. only basic amenities, one bottle shower gel, one bottle hair shampoo and one bottle body cream, that's all. So we 3 persons share it. Was wondering 4 stars hotel only provide such little amenities. As for the breakfast, it's not many choices but we still enjoy it, especially the yogurt cover with the transparent film in the minibar fridge to keep its freshness and hygiene, as well as the salads. Overall this hotel definitely worth for the price will come back again."

"Feeling tired and weary after catching the night bus, we were delighted to be offered to check into our room early. After few minutes to relax on lobby, we were able to use our room from 9 onwards. The room is very comfortable, we heard no outside noise from our room, we both slept so well .Facilities were clean and new and we were especially happy with the attentive and friendly service from Mr Ake and Ms Ta. They helped us to much during my trip. On the check out date, we wanna go to Bangkok, but didn't know where to catch a minivans,MR Ake drove us to looking for the minivan station without any charge ( its so amazing) In summary, this is a lovely hotel with even lovelier staff. "Having travelled around Thailand this hotel had the best bed. The rooms were excellent including a jacuzzi bath (although there for 6 nights never used!). The infinity pool on the roof was super with the adjacent pool bar. At breakfast there was a good selection, well presented. The hotel is a little outside of Hua Hin but this is made up for with a free shuttle every 2 hours, plus tuk tuk or taxi is cheap for any other arrangement. The staff were the jewel in the crown, so helpful and friendly. The manager ‘Book’ (apologies if spelt wrong) arranged a day out for us to see waterfalls, elephant sanctuary and winery, his advice was invaluable. The hotel is constantly improving and soon should have its own spa. The hotel deserves to do well because the staff and management go out of their way to make your stay a success. "

"This is brand new hotel, it's about 4km from town, but from 10am till 9:30pm, they have drop off & pick up services every two hour from hotel to clock tower/ Hilton beach road. all staff are local thai, only 1-2 staff speak good English, the rest only speak simple word. However in my 5 nights stay they try all they can do to satisfy all my request, for example, I order room services request to take out onion & sping onion, request ice, request eletrictic mos killer ( as hotel don't have they well buy some spare one for me), suppose drop off services need to book an hour in advance I often forgot only call in 20-30 mins early, also I need book the Hun Hin to old airport minin van, they help me to call to the minin van company to booked and make sure about time remind the van driver again.....theses are all pro. Cont is pool is small at 2/f but as most the time no body there so become me & my bf private pool, only downsize is look over the main road, abut noisy. Also breakfast is not so so....but when I request for cook egg they will cook for me. Overall we are happy our stay, room is cosy & comfortable, for this price you might only able to get a small room....so if we go back will be happy to stay there again.....feels like home away from home"
