"For my opinion- it’s the best hotel in Koh Samui. Staff were very nice. Location super central. The vouchers’s idea was very nice. Liked to chill on the pool-floor. Recommend to ask a room on a high floor because the hotel stands in a shopping mall and the lowest rooms are close to the parking plot. Everything was great and for sure will be back to COSI again on my next travel. "

"Not too far from all the action in Chaweng. Hotel staff were so nice and helpful!! The very first night I had left my bag with valuables in a shuttle bus from the airport. Staff made no hesitation in helping me track down the back, spending several hours driving me around Samui, with success !!! I WILL be coming back :) Thankyou for an amazing stay !!!!"

"I love this hotel. I love the service. breakfast is great. service immaculate. Paul the manager should be the mayor of Samui. They bend over backwards for you and are always pleasant. Rooms are very clean a great bargain for a true 3.5 star hotel in Samui. Compared to other 3 star rated hotels this hotel is far better than the current rating system. I will never stay at another hotel than Nova Samui Resort."

"Believe me you will not find a clean place like this in Samui at this rate, they clean your room and they place 2 bottle of mineral water in your room everyday, this is the 7th time i stay here, the location is woooooow, 2 minutes walk to (The Mall, 7/11, massage, beach, restaurants & nightlife) they have their own laundry and they rent Moterbikes also at a very low rate, cheaper than any place in Samui, i will continue staying here everytime I visit Samui"

"This is a great place to stay for gay people on Samui. The hotel itself is in lovely gardens which the staff are constantly maintaining, watering plants and sweeping up leaves etc, the rooms are very nice and comfortable with excellent air con and the pool area is great. You can sunbathe and swim nude in the pool if you like and the bar serves great cocktails and food. Some days are busy and some days aren’t around the pool, but that’s life.. but it’s always a nice place to chat to other people or just relax. I had a great week staying here and I have to say the staff made it.. every single person who works here makes you feel welcome and at home, and they are always quick to help with anything when needed. Such a great team of really nice people! Location wise is good. Obviously it’s not on the beach so if that’s a requirement for you then this won’t suit although that does mean it’s more private and secure. The beach in cheweng is 10-15 min walk or on a scooter you have loads of other beaches not too far.. I went to crystal cove and thought it was way nicer than cheweng anyway. My only criticism is that in the bathroom of the standard rooms there is no shower screen, and there is space for one.... I really hate it when the toilet and the floor round the toilet is wet from the shower 🙈... other than that no complaints at all! Overall I’d really recommend "

"This hotel has many rooms and is quite cheap. The location is away from the beach, but still great. It is about 5 minutes away from the party venues (Green Mango, etc.) and another 5 minutes from the beach. Nearby is the Bongoes restaurant, which has cheap dishes and a great selection (the best in Chaweng as far as I could see) of vegetarian menues. The rooms are oldish (toilet is very small) but ok for the price range. On the downside, the street side rooms are *very* noisy at night. You think that you are next to the Green Mango. If you intend to go out every night until 2-3 AM, this may be ok, otherwise it is far too loud to sleep. The staff is ok, but after staying there for more than a week, they wanted 300THB to stay to 3 PM on the last day. After staying there so long, waiving this small overstay would have been courteus, to say the least. They rent motorbikes, but it's more expensive than in other places. When I told the staff, that I couldn't deposit my passport, as I needed the bike to extend my visa, the wanted a 2'000 THB deposit, although I was able to provide a Thai ID card of my partner. This was stunning, considering that no other rental does this and that the hotel had both a copy of my passport and my credit card information from the booking."
