"For my opinion- it’s the best hotel in Koh Samui. Staff were very nice. Location super central. The vouchers’s idea was very nice. Liked to chill on the pool-floor. Recommend to ask a room on a high floor because the hotel stands in a shopping mall and the lowest rooms are close to the parking plot. Everything was great and for sure will be back to COSI again on my next travel. "

"This is a great hotel. I had a lovely time out here. The only problem is the room service. I doubt they don't give you room service. But don't think about all that. That's how Koh Samui is. It's very laidback and chilled out. This hotel is the best because of its location and the beach side restaurant and bar. So without thinking, just go! Even the nightlife is 2mins walking!"

"Believe me you will not find a clean place like this in Samui at this rate, they clean your room and they place 2 bottle of mineral water in your room everyday, this is the 7th time i stay here, the location is woooooow, 2 minutes walk to (The Mall, 7/11, massage, beach, restaurants & nightlife) they have their own laundry and they rent Moterbikes also at a very low rate, cheaper than any place in Samui, i will continue staying here everytime I visit Samui"

"love this hotel!!! booked it via the agoda app on the morning we were heading to koh samui..prime location in chaweng (preferred over the far far seedier lumai) hotel right on the main street, however, wasn't disturbed at all in the room. some great bands in the bars surrounding! the resteraunt next door is pretty nice for bbq food. hotel is right on the lake, opposite the beach and has the friendliest staff; they forgot to give us the wifi code so walked it up to the room for us!! we stayed in a superior room, with a/c, mini bar. huge room with a huge plush bathroom. zero complaints! right opposite the lonely planet recommended 'the page/library' resteraunt/hotel which opens out on to the beach and if you like don't like to venture too far from 'western' creature comforts then mc donald's, pizza hut and starbucks are in the complex next door! "This is a great place to stay for gay people on Samui. The hotel itself is in lovely gardens which the staff are constantly maintaining, watering plants and sweeping up leaves etc, the rooms are very nice and comfortable with excellent air con and the pool area is great. You can sunbathe and swim nude in the pool if you like and the bar serves great cocktails and food. Some days are busy and some days aren’t around the pool, but that’s life.. but it’s always a nice place to chat to other people or just relax. I had a great week staying here and I have to say the staff made it.. every single person who works here makes you feel welcome and at home, and they are always quick to help with anything when needed. Such a great team of really nice people! Location wise is good. Obviously it’s not on the beach so if that’s a requirement for you then this won’t suit although that does mean it’s more private and secure. The beach in cheweng is 10-15 min walk or on a scooter you have loads of other beaches not too far.. I went to crystal cove and thought it was way nicer than cheweng anyway. My only criticism is that in the bathroom of the standard rooms there is no shower screen, and there is space for one.... I really hate it when the toilet and the floor round the toilet is wet from the shower 🙈... other than that no complaints at all! Overall I’d really recommend "

"A group of friends and I stayed at VOP over New Years and were extremely pleased and impressed with their flexibility and willingness to accommodate us. Our other hotel, which we had booked over a month prior to our holiday, double booked our room and left us stranded for 3 days in Koh Samui. Thankfully, VOP Suites sympathized with our situation and invited us to stay there even though they hadn't officially their doors yet. We were the first guests to stay there and yes, there was still some construction going on, but the rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel owners were so kind and welcoming during our stay. They gave us recommendations for places to eat, explained how to get around the island, and even drove us to where we wanted to go on occasion. Our New Years holiday was definitely saved by the kindness and outstanding service standards provided at VOP Suites."
