"The place is amazing! They have an excellent swimming pools! One thing that this place sets apart from the other resorts here in El Nido Palawan is their honesty. We forgot one of our bags at the resort when we discovered it while we were about to board the plane. The resort went above and beyond by searching for it and sent it back to Manila on the same day. "First of all, I would like to thank all of Charlie's El Nido's staff. Due to a regional blockade in the Philippines, we had to leave El Nido suddenly on the third day of our trip. I think it would have been difficult to return home without the help of Charlie's El Nido staff. Thank you for taking a close look at the flights and transportation like it was your business. Charlie's El Nido has a perfect room condition and sophisticated interior for the new hotel. We have everything we need, including air conditioners, refrigerators, sofa, toiletries, etc. and cleaning the room is also good with towels art. We can also use WiFi perfectly without interruption. The water quality of the pool was kept clean every morning and afternoon, so we could enjoy a pleasant swim in a clean swimming pool without a single bug.
