Hi , it was a short trip to Bangalore .I booked Elanza hotel by seeing the ratings however it was wonderful experience staying at this property. 1: Neat and clean rooms .Well maintained four star standards 2: Customer centric front office and restaurant team.Always one step ahead to ensure our needs are met 3: All toiletries are meeting the standards of 5star property. 4: Well behaved staff and proper response to your request over the phone. 5: Excellent pricing of rooms and food tariff is very low compared to other four star hotels.Quality of food and water is very good. The hotel is located at the heart of the city in Brigade road. This was one of the best hotel stay we had. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Facilities in room was great. Staffs were very cordial and always ready to help. They helped us to book a cab while it was raining heavily and we were late for an invitation. So many nearby eateries. MG Road metro station is less than a KM. Couple of improvement points. For extra bed if possible to provide a bed instead of roll on mattress. Considering it named s b business hotel to add office pick up and drop at a nominal price.office pick up

The Adarsh Hamilton Bengaluru is a Meticulous 4 star Boutique hotel. It is a sister hotel of Shangri La Bengaluru. It is owned by Adarsh development group who are a very reputable developers in Bengaluru. Let me start from the reception - Very accommodating and helpful. The Bedroom - Nice size bedroom with very comfortable Bed and pillows. I am a very well traveled person and always stay at a 4 & 5 star hotels internationally. The bed and pillows at Adarsh Hamilton is one of the best that I have slept on.Dining facilities is very good and breakfast is excellent. The restaurants staff pay meticulous attention to every guest. If you need to get around the hotel has few cars that one can hire at a competitive rates.

I had a king room, it was in a quiet corridor - most of the hotel was quiet on Friday night. The price was just right through Agoda (just over RS 5000, incl taxes, wifi and breakfast). Room was very good, a bit dated but maintained very well. Bathroom was spotless and bright. The room service food was excellent, but prices a bit frightful but consistent with hotel's star rating. Staff were wonderful - Needhi, Tagendra and Santhosh. Check in and out was breezy. If you can digest the f&b costs, this hotel is very highly recommended.

There are hotels and hotels and then there is Lemon Tree Premier. Situated centrally with ample parking and world class amenities. The staff are well trained and friendly, services offered are up to the mark. Small mistakes done can be forgiven because they compensate you quite well. Worth every penny spent. The in house restaurant and 24 hour coffee shop offer you the best of world cuisine without compromise in hygiene. Impeccable service at the front desk and rooms. The in house spa is splendid and offer you about 6 different types of massage and the swimming pool is the icing on the cake, located on the top most floor it offers you a splendid view of bangalore with utmost hygiene. There is a fitness centre adjacent to the pool which looked well equipped even though I didn't get a chance to use it due to time constraints. Lemon tree has earned a regular customer through me. A 24 hour check in/out would be great. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a luxury stay without burning the pockets.

Short 3 days stay at this hotel, the service in here just stunning, each and everyone at the hotel takes you to the best of the care. Starting with Naryan at the café, the receptionist, the security people. It was a outstanding service. Last day of my travel i was sick, had a fever. The whole crew was helping me to recover fast, a very special thanks to cleaning boy Saravanan who was always at my door trying to provide best of the service, also thanks to chef who was kind enough to prepare Peppery Rasam. The reception guys checking upon my health. Just had a amazing stay, will always stay with my fortune if I'm coming down to Bangalore.

I selected this hotel based on it's location and value for money. While it is a good hotel in all other respects, having a functioning gym/fitness centre is a key element of my hotel selection as I travel regularly for work and want to maintain my fitness. Despite having signage to a gym and adverising as such on the website, this hotel does not have a gym/fitness centre. Consequently, I do not see it fit to have five stars.

I liked the rooms as I got the chance to take a look at 3 different rooms when we requested for a room change. I booked a triple room, but they don't have 3 beds 'fixed' in a room rather come with a folding bed which is noisy and shaky so we wanted twin beds - one for my parents and one for me. We stayed for 2 nights at the hotel and the buffet was great with a variety of continental/western and Indian food (included free with the room). However I can't get over the fact that it's not exactly 5 star! It just seems ordinary with good features but not what you expect from a 5 star hotel as we've been in many and this is not it! But then I'm thinking is this how Indian hotels are - unless you go for 7 star?? Anyway the hotel staff were great, food was great and rooms were great as well. It was close to Brigade road, Capital and Garuda malls, and the Forum and Mantri malls were too far as we were repeatedly told by the auto guys outside the hotel. They were reluctant to go that far I guess. I would suggest you take a cab to anywhere because its so dusty! The airport is around 35km and we took the Mega cabs which we booked online and was at the entrance way before our requested time (thats a good thing). The airport drop cost us Rs.650 but they don't give change so we let him have Rs. 700 (it's fine considering the luggage he pulled down!). Overall it was such a pleasant stay at the hoel and we will definitely visit again.

Superb, Satisfying and awesome experience. Best part of stay is great location, ultra clean property (not just lobby and reception). Rooms are spacious, good quality linen, great bathroom (Im very serious with bathroom cleanliness) Fabulous food quality and taste. Breakfast is very tasty (Best dosa I ever had) Staff is courteous, polite and ready to help. They also look very happy to help. Another unique thing is one touch phone helpline. Whatever is need, its taken care by one touch. I had some issue with water leak on first day, they sort it out in no time and next day even I got up grated room. Overall Radisson Bangalore is at Great location, ultra clean, spacious, great food at both the restaurants with open kitchen and Value for money. If I ever come to Bangalore, I will only stay at Radisson. I cant find any fault at any level of service. Superb. Ravindra

A friend of mine recommended St. Mark's to me prior to my arrival. I was choosing between two hotels in downtown Bengaluru and went with a good referral. I booked via agoda.com and didn't realize if there one-person occupancy room as most other hotels had max. 2-person occupancy. I arrived past mid-night and the shift manager informed me about such issue and said they would check the next day. Had good breakfast the next day and went and talked with the duty manager. Long story short, although there might have been some issues, the hotel management listened to my story and accommodated it to the best they can. Problem solved and I didn't even have to think about switching to another hotel nearby. My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights total and were impressed by all that we observed. If all hotels around the globe are managed like St. Marks, there will not be dissatisfied customers. Yes, I would stay at St. Marks again.

We stayed for 3 nights in an executive suite. The room size was enormous, just the kind of place I hoped for. It had all the basic facilities you would expect. Cleanliness was top notch. Room service was prompt. Front desk staff were polite and quite accommodating. Valet parking staff were excellent. Kebab studio breakfast menu was great, but across 3 days it's quite repetitive. On the con side... I think TV channels provided are limited. Could do better with more sports channels.

The best hotel on that level i had been stayed till now , the staff was excellent , my travel was in the night and they let me stay till 6pm with little extra money , the hotel is very good and clean , perfect location , i will really go back again and again ... it was easy to check inn specially my booking was from Agoda they never ask any extra money because some hotels when you book tru any other site and you go to check inn they ask you more money ... i really enjoyed my stay there for my 5 days and even i didn't book with breakfast but they told me from the first day i check inn that the breakfast will be complementary from the hotel to have free breakfast excellent hotel with excellent management ...

Beautiful and historic hotel with a grandeur mystique, from the uniformed bell hops to the glass elevators. Few-minute walk to Cubbon Park and city buildings. Staff was very helpful and endlessly polite. Great breakfast buffet and decent dinner buffet, but if you order outside of the buffet hours expect delays. Also very close to Planetarium and dancing water park, as well as street markets. Definitely recommend if this is the location you're looking for.

it was very nice and very comfort,very good staffs,there performance will be satisfied to the guests ,i am really enjoyed in the wonderful restraunt in hotel spring&spa,i stayed two days with my wife and 3 years old daughter,she is also enjoyed on these days i am noticed some minor issues but not serious,one is to provide very common land mark near to the hotel(like urvasi theater),because most of the ricksha drivers and taxi drivers don't know this location,second thing is bath room and toilet seggregated by glass, day by day cleaning or wiping required,there is wonderful swiming pool,nobody notify to me because of that i missed wonderful swiming experience in hotel spring,if reception staffs can be notify this,that will be helpful to the guest,thanks&best regards,sujeesh

During my trip to Bangalore i happened to stay at the Park Hotel in Bangalore. It is very affordable and value for money with excellent customer service, food and rooms, Located centrally it is very easy to travel to any main streets in the city and also easy for people to locate and visit you at the hotel.I found the spa very interesting though i was not able to utilise the facility, May be next time

upon entering - valet service and bag transfer to the room 5 min for checking into the hotel as all documents were ready con- the reception lobby stinks... please do something about it ! rooms- excellent - everything in the room was nice. neat and very good room service as this is a business hotel please include atleast 1 hour of wi-fi as complimentary. 750 rupees for wifi is really expensive. loved the hotel over all and would definitely return

Near the train station and all the shopping! No frills 12 room property located on the 12th floor of an office block. Staff were extremely courteous and friendly. Lots of good eating on Church Street a 5 minute walk from the property. The rooms large, a little dated but functional. Good for families with its split room. Finding the hotel by taxi the first time is tricky but once there everything is walkable.

The stay was very comfortable. The hotel provides you good service and facilities. The price to performance ratio is very good. The deluxe room is quite big and comfortable. It is well equipped with a mini bar, iron board, TV, phone and the air conditioning is also fine. The bathrooms are clean and the housekeeping provides you with all the extras you need very quickly. The restaurant cum bar is average. The food and drink selections are ok but the staff hospitality is amazing. The front desk staff are very polite and very helpful as well. They try to reason out with us and provide with the best support they can. However, the only drawback is the internet. We need to get prepaid internet coupons. The internet speed is good but I would prefer to log in and automatically select the coupons from the login or pay extra to get it free. We cannot use a single coupon for multiple devices which is another headache incase you are using a laptop, smart phone and a tablet. The travel desk is also reasonable. They are priced competitive and the hotel drivers are fluent in English which is good when you cannot speak the local language.

It is the best hotel of this price range during my 6 hotels stay in this trip. The hotel is conveniently located just 50 m off the MG Road in a small lane, so it is quite although located in the city. There is a vegetarian chain restaurant at the corner and the famousTandoor restaurant is 10 minutes walk away. There is also a government approved souvenirs shop next to the hotel. The only complains are that it does not include indication of a landmark near the hotel in its address (including in the voucher from Agoda). Hardly anybody knows the address, even ricksaw drivers, except those working or staying in the area, since there are only less than 20 buildings in this lane. When booking transportation to the airport, the reception offer a taxi at Rs 900, when insisting onusing a metered taxi, I got an airport taxi at the rate of Rs 600.

Great clean boutique hotel. Owners were very friendly and helpful, only reason I gave 4 stars for staff is I had contacted hotel ahead of time and received confirmation by email that they would arrange transportation to pick us up at the airport and they failed to do this. When we called the hotel from the airport, they didn’t know anything about the arrangement and it was the office girls day off. She is the one who had confirmed by email. We took a taxi from the airport and all was well.

Excellent location.Great view of the lake from the top rooms.excellent suite.Manager mr Vinay was very good n helpful n nice person.Staff nice n warm.Breakfast excellent spread I felt I was eating lunch n dinner too.All very fresh.great value for money.New hotel a year old so all very nice n new n fresh.Will certainly recommend this hotel though the other big hotels are nearby too like Taj ,park hotel ,Oberoi n Conrad.all near by next to each other.Great mattress which matters.Gym all great machines with the instructor for help.i loved this place.
