Hotels near Jomtien Beach

The resort is very large equipped with many rooms. Though it's far from the happening areas of Pattaya, it gives a pleasure to stay in a calm area of Jomtien. They provide shuttle service to Jomtien beach road every hour, which is the best way to commute with other parts of the city from the beach road. Otherwise, guests have to rely on the taxi service from resort which sometimes becomes costly and only negative point of this place. Centra by Maris excels in all other aspects. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Swimming pool is also very large and busy with kids and families. The breakfast is also very nice with a lots of option to choose from. We liked their live section very much at breakfast. Staffs are well spoken and prompt at service. As it's a very large resort, it never felt congested even when it was fully booked. Its a best pick for travelers with kids and peoples who likes to stay away from the crowd. We had a great stay here.

Marine Beach hotel is small but gorgeously designed hotel with a clean, orient-inspired architecture and interior. The room was very comfortable, and continues the design aesthetic. The balcony had a rack for drying clothing which was a helpful addition. The shower gels and the breakfast were lovely. The staff were friendly, helpful and warm and their manager has fluent English (best to ask her more of your complex questions and requests). Just a note on the location : This isn’t located in the heart of Pattaya town center, but on Jomtien Beach, which is about 30 minutes away - but this area is on the beach side, and has a quiet charm. If you’re prepared to hail and ride the simple Baht Buses though, and learn how they work and their simple routes you can get in and out of town very cheaply. Just up the road 2km north is the JT Market, which has some great food at night.

Have stayed in 8 Hotels in Jomtien over past 3 years, my first time in New Eurostar. Good location just off Beach Road, close to action but far enough for a quiet nights sleep. Efficient check in 24 /7 Reception. Big clean room King Bed plus a single, safe, good shower. Superior room with Balcony, no view other than a delapidated side street. Good pool, only negatives far to few pads for the sun beds, buffet breakfast so so. Would use again, FAR superior to Eurostar International 50 mtrs along Soi 1.

First time in Pattaya and chose this hotel which located at Jomtien Beach area. Hotel location is great as in the middle of the Jomtien. Jomtien beach is far from the main city area but it considered as another centralised location of its own. Cost of travelling to the main city attractions like central festival mall and walking street is around 200 baht in a group of 7 persons with the use of pattaya single cab "duk duk". 7-eleven is right beside the hotel only which is so convenient for the travellers. Beach is just across the road. Walking down the street you can see lots of shop along the road. Easy access to the Jomtien night market with lots of foods and bar which are so happening at night but recommend to use a single cab duk duk (transportation) with only 10 baht per person if lazy to walk down the street. Hotel has really good massage service. Staff is friendly and helpful with lots of greet and smiles on their face. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in a deluxe room on the 8th floor and everything was very well maintained and good quality. A/C worked great. All the hotel services were top notch. They arranged multiple excursions for us that were all from the quality tour operators and at reasonable prices. Since we usually split our time between Koh Lan island, Pattaya, and Jomtien the hotel is in a perfect location. You can walk to the Jomtien Night Market, Rhompo, dozens of nice restaurants, salons, bars, markets, etc.. Being located on Soi 7/8 its not as crazy at night as the hotels on Soi 1 & 2. If I could change anything at the Hotel it would be the Swimming Pool Hours. My only complaint has absolutely nothing to do with the Hotel, but Jomtien Beach itself. The huge renovation of the beach is beautiful, but the water is nothing you would want to swim in, especially after spending a day at one of the many beaches on Koh Lan.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort. Ive stayed in other hotels in the Jomtien area before and this was above and beyond any of them. The location of the Hotel couldn't be better as it gives you easy access to Pattaya, the harbor, and Jomtien. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, most spoke decent English and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable with great views of the beach, refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, bottled water, etc.. The breakfast buffet was the best ive ever experienced in Thailand in the 30+ years ive been coming here. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Pattaya in the future. The hotel is located at the +-12th alley along Jomtien Beach so it's a quieter and relaxed zone. We booked a suite for 3 person, satisfied with the spacious room, good shower & bathtub. The double bed was very comfortable. However, the only disappointment was the single bed for 3rd person, was surprisingly just set on a flimsy extendable / foldable metal bed rack. Not a light sleeper, still didn't sleep perfectly well as when I was travelling at hotels of equal STAR RATINGS in Thailand. Room service team didn't change the bedsheets if you don't request at the reception. I don't know about other guests, on third day we had to remind the reception they haven't change our beddings. I hope the hotel would get some proper single beds for future suite room guests, please.

They claim to be a 3 star hotel around the Jomtien Pattaya area but after staying for 2 nights and experiencing the room, it feels more 4 star than anything. The hotel is located further back from Jomtien Beach and will be a bit of a walk but it is flanked by both Family Mart and 7-Eleven which makes purchasing snacks and drinks so easy. Breakfast is not provided here but should you wish not to venture out, the two convenience stores will easily fulfill your first meal of the day with coffee to boot. The rooms are clean, cosy and tastefully furnished with a modern industrial concrete-effect wall and ceiling finishing. Our room even came with a small balcony. Staff were friendly and more importantly, the AC was ice cold! Would love to stay here again if we come back to Pattaya.

The Seaside Jomtien Beach Hotel was a wonderful and beautiful hotel. Just walking into the place you can sense that it has its own ambiance. I had a late check-in because of my late departure from Bangkok to Jomtien. I was greeted warmly by all staff members as I passed them by with a friendly smile and warm hospitality. The Hotel is right on Jomtien Soi Neung, (The Beach Road in Jomtien). It was very easy to find. There are a number of quaint little cafes around and a 7/11 only about a 100 meters away. The beach is at the front door step of the hotel. So, if you are looking for a place to relax during the day under the shade of an umbrella on the beach you do not have to walk far at all, only across the street! I had reserved a Superior room. It was very clean, spacious and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, and I say this coming from a person that is very picky about the type of mattress I sleep on. There was room-service but I never tried it but they had a full menu to choose from as well as a nice little cafe area and bar down in the lobby. I enjoyed the breakfast there each morning I stayed. It was a very good breakfast, a mixture of Thai and European cooking. There is not a lot to choose from but what there is, tasted delicious and was always hot. I do have to say, my only complaint was the coffee. Whoever makes it, makes it way too strong. I am American and one that likes a cup of strong coffee but this was too too strong for anyone's taste. No matter, this is a hotel, I have already recommended to friends that are going to Jomtien soon and I know I will be back there the next time I visit in Jomtien. The area is quiet and away from all of the hustle and bustle. I gave 5 stars to each section but location I gave 4 only because if anyone is looking for a shopping center or Mall or Starbucks, they are quite far from the hotel. I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It's in front of the beach which can easily cross the road to enjoy Jomtien beach. And the night security guard was so friendly. By the way I had requested for double bed but what I got was twin beds. So I needed to pull the beds together on the first night. But for the second night the housekeeper covers the coverlet to be together for us.

This has to be my 6th time staying at Royal Thai Pavilion and for good reasons too. Number 1 has to be the great privacy. You would not run into noisy packed group tourists here. As there are not many guests here espeically during low seasons, you will treated like a royal guest. Also, this location at a quieter part of Jomtien beach is perfect for couple wanting to get away from the sneaziness of cetral Pattaya. The beach is across the road. Service is always excellent and non-intrusive. Room cleanliness is of high standard and breakfast is good. Cliches as it sounds, this place is a home away from home for me and my unreserved first choice whenever I visit Pattaya.

The staff are lovely, the view from the pool is great, the room are really clean and the bathroom are lovely. Literally a minute away from the beach. The pool is small but I didn't mind because the view was great! Came with my family and they enjoyed it. It was a bonus because we stayed in the quiet part of Jomtien Beach. Wifi was dodgy, the view from the room aren't the best and the breakfast wasn't the greatest, but this didn't really bother me. It was what we needed for a night in Pattaya. Would come back for a short stay again!

If you have been to Pattaya many times, and you just want to hang around the beach. This hotel is perfect. Some nice cafes & restaurants along Jomtien Beach. If you have time, take a trip to the Glass House for lunch or dinner. Impressive & huge restaurant. Great food, Great sunset view. Most important is by the beach. There is another Italian restaurants beside, but I didnt get the opportunity to try. Will visit that during my next trip. Cheers!

we booked a private pool villa with a roof where you can watch stars at night. the depth of the pool is around 1.3m , not too deep , and there are auto jaccuzi in the morning and evening. the hotel is just 5 minutes walk from jomtien beach. there are restaurants around the area. family mart and 7-11 are also very close to the villa. however, there are dogs at night, they will only bark at human but never bite and attack us, so you don't need to be afraid of them veryveryvery gooooood service !! nice staff !

My stay at the Sunshine guest house was excellent , i recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay in Jomtien Beach Pattaya. I originally only planned to stay for one week but ended up staying for four weeks. Everything about this guest house is of the highest quality. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The Guest house is in a central location and is very easy to get anywhere around Pattaya. The beach is only fifty meters from the guest house at the end of the street.street. Ive traveled all over Asia and most of Europe and i have to say this is the best Guest house i have stayed at.I will definitely be coming back again.

Had planned a short trip to the Pattaya area and went searching for a hotel location in Jomtien Beach. We would usually stay at the Furama but it has now changed hands and did not excite us. Reserved a Deluxe Seaview Double Bed, high floor. It was a great view from the 5th floor right on the end of the building. So, in essence, we had an 'ocean view' looking straight out to the sea. There was adequate parking, an elevator, buffet breakfast included. The breakfast was very good, no issues with it. The bed was king-sized. The room had two location where a good sized piece of luggage could be set on and opened, not on the floor as many hotel do not give adequate luggage space. Had a table with 2 chairs and a sofa. Only small negatives, the shower stall was small. If one weighs around 90+ Kg, it is a tight fit. The bar of soap left a lot to be desired, brought my own. I would rate it a 9+ out of 10.

Stayed there for two nights, it is a pretty nice and quiet place to stay. I got the fifth floor room with the access to the outdoor bathtub (which needed some cleaning), for only $31USD for two nights. The bed was super comfy and there's also a small balcony. The staff were also extremely friendly and courteous. It is a distance away from the main area of Jomtien Beach which can be a put off, however, with the availability of songtheaws along Jomtiensaineung road, getting around Jomtien beach/pattaya would be a breeze.

Generally okay and I would consider staying there again. However, it is not really a hotel more of a condo complex with a pool where rooms are rented out. The good points were very good but there were some surprising irritations which would be easy to fix. We rented a junior suite at a big discount which was well worth the extra space . The suite had two big bedrooms with huge comfortable king size beds, two bathrooms, a small eating area with a table but with only two chairs, a 30ft by 20ft lounge, and a private balcony by the pool which measured 8ft by 60ft. There was a TV screen in each bedroom and the lounge, with reasonable choice of channels. However, the bedroom furniture was totally inadequate for clothing storage, there was no coffee table in the lounge so that although we could sit on either of the two sofas there, we had nowhere to put drinks or snacks except the floor. A kettle was provided but no cups or mugs with handles, so we had to buy them to make hot drinks. The fridge worked very well but switched off when the key was taken out of the slot by the door, along with all the other electrics. There were no plastic chairs or sun loungers to use on the private balcony, which kind of destroyed the purpose of having the balcony. There were no towel rails in the bathrooms. The swimming pool was only 3ft deep along its entire length and not really suitable for adults swimming. The pool was clean despite it being a watering hole for the local pigeons, but there should have been a warning notice saying "No Diving" given the shallowness of the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were tables, umbrellas and chairs by the pool, but no sun loungers. There were no other problem guests while we were there. The hotel dining room was not operational while we were there, but given the proximity to Jomtien beach road this was not a problem. The rooms were well cleaned and fresh towels provided every day.

Service with a smile !! Very impressive in all departments. From Chambermaids , maintenance staff , and front desk staff. Its just a HAPPY place to stay. My room was bright, clean, with everything i needed. There is something about going in and out of the hotel to the beach and being welcomed back everyday with a smile and exceptional polite staff. The rooftop pool is very good although i enjoyed the 7 minute walk to the beach. The current Agoda rating is far too low and needs to be higher. In my experience, 34 years staying in Jomtein area when you find a hotel that is exactly as it is described it should be rewarded. Thank you to Lawinta for a great 15 night stay.

This hotel is located on the Jomtien beach strip, as opposed to the centre of the city, but we have stayed in Pattaya many times and we usually choose to stay in the quieter Jomtien area, since it's easy to catch transportation to the city centre and back. There are many great local restaurants in this area as well and the beach is much better here than in the city. We really enjoyed our stay here. We spent hours in the pool every day. It was so quiet and relaxing. The pool was a great size and the water was perfect! The rooms were nice. Very large and full of light with big balconies. The TV had a number of good channels and the bathroom had a really nice bathtub. This hotel had plenty of hot water, too! My only complaint is that one guest and his three female companions also staying at the residence were often sunning themselves nude at the pool and even being sexually inappropriate. There were families with children at this hotel and the rest of us also do not want to see all of that. I wish the staff had said something to them. I mean, it says right on the pool rules sign that guests should be wearing appropriate swimwear at all times. As I mentioned earlier, we have stayed at a number of places in Pattaya, and we would definitely stay at Fifth Jomtien The Residence again!

staying at JOMTIEN TWELVE HOTEL for 2 days... at first i choose this hotel because its still affordable and just a step away from the beach.. About the location. just a few steps to go to minimart... I booked the standard room, the room not too big but its enought for 2 person... what i dont like about the room is only the light, its a little bit dark... What I super like for this hotel? the staff is super duper friendly and fluently in english.... they help us A LOT... really really A LOOOOT.... we can get recommend about where to go, what to do and what transportation we can used.. Ahh.. they also lend us beach towels if we want to play at the beach... for the breakfast, we can have a few choice menu that we can order as much as we want... overall.. i have a super good holiday staying at JOMTIEN BEACH....and will book it again if i want to go to PATTAYA~

The Welcome Jomtien Beach Hotel, was a very disappointing stay. The building is fabulous and had to be spectacular "once upon a time". That time has past. The lobby is dark and resembles a scene from the "Adams Family". The rooms have been renovated and brightened. And there is a lovely ocean view. The breakfast is impressive. But there is one huge problem, bugs. When we came to our rooms there was a strong odor that we assumed was bleach. I thought that was strange because the floors were Redwood. We changed one room due to the odor. The new room was not as bad but still the odor was too strong to sleep in. At 12:30AM we had to change rooms again. That's when the parade started..roaches and it dawned on me that that odor was not bleach but insecticide! The new third room was OK but when I turned on the light in the bathroom there were bugs hopping around in sink. Fleas! Close the place for a week and fumigate!!!

We loved the large room we had although the view off the balcony was the rear of another building. It was a relatively short walk to the beach and there were lots of umbrella covered chairs available. The street doesn't have a lot of activity, you need to go a couple streets north for that. Access to more businesses in Jomtien is pretty simple. Multiple blue "baht buses" cruise up and down the beach road day and night, making it cheap and easy to get from Jomtien to the Pattaya beach area as well. The 10 baht per person is a deal. We took the baht bus from the hotel to the BKK airport transfer bus station in Jomtien for 20 baht for two of us as opposed to the taxis drivers wanting 300 baht for the trip. Th baht buses put the night market and other places with more activity easily within reach. Staff at the hotel was accommodating and helpful. We had to ask housekeeping for beach towels every day and track them down on whichever floor they were working at.

Modern hotel Deluxe room first floor was just 1 meter from swimmingpool and we even get breakfast to balcony. Afternoon sunshine comes to swimmingpool and perfect for me that sun not shine all day there and balcony. Smiling friendly staff and good clean everyday. Low season breakfast menu have 4 option so no need to eat same food every morning. We booked 2 nights but stay 4 night Hot water was not hot but such high temperature it was no problem at all. 7/11 bit faraway but still walking distance on the beach road. We enjoy our stay.

The hotel was a great decoration in combination of the modern and the traditional Thai styles looks, very beautiful and nice swimming pool right in front of hotel close to beach, located in the middle of Jomtien Beach Road at Pattaya. The room was very nice and clean with large balcony and good beach views. Friendly hotel staff provide excellent service, offered welcome drink while check in Breakfast buffet is perfect with many choices & taste very good. Would love to return in short period of time.

I was dropped off by a truck filled with people(Pattaya’s taxi) on the entrance of a small street of soi 4 at Jomtien beach road. The small street looked unimpressive with hawkers and cheap restaurants clustering the already narrow passage way that was paved with uneven cement floor leading to the hotel. As one walked along the path one could see a row of cheap guest houses. I was thinking what on earth have I booked for accommodation, and I am not the type that will rough it out as a bag packer. Half hearted with disappointment I continued to venture inner into the street which was more of an alley. Finally, I saw the hotel which was an unimpressive 3 story building of concrete and tiles. However, upon entering through the door was a rather cozy lobby that greeted me and somewhat brighten my mood a little. Friendly receptionist spoke simple but passable English, checked me in and in no time I was ushered up 3 levels on foot to my studio room. The room was big with a tile kitchenette and dinning set arranged with cutlery. I was presently surprised to see that the bed was king sized and covered by quality linen. More then meets the eyes was the goose feathers filled mattress and pillows – one of the most comfortable kinds, and one only find them at top end hotels with their suite rooms. The bath room was equally cozy with designer pebbles flooring, a proper vanity mirror and table, but the best was the huge, two men sized and rustic looking bath tub! I thought I could drown myself to death that night from taking a bath. The room was also beautifully adorned with Thai artifacts of cottage and ethnic style and with a sizable walk in wardrobe good enough for a fashion queen! I was breath taken by the surprise I got from such value for money, that I need to go to the balcony to get some fresh air! This hotel truly shows that one should never judge a book by its cover! It was a rare gem among stones, I was very happy with the find. Oh yes! The beach is just a stone
