We arrived at about 2pm at Banyan Tree Samui and was immediately attended to by my Villa Host, Mr. Thep. As our rooms were not ready, we were ushered to the Lobby Lounge to wait. As we were ahead of check-in timing, we could only have the villa ready by 230pm. Our host introduced us to the resort and the dining options. Perhaps it was raining, hence he did not bring...

After did for so many filtered of hotel, thanks god, this is the best selection of hotel. We enjoyed big pool and beach front hotel room. But the hotel is a bit inside from main road, you will need to walk out like 5-6 mins to access to main road. Therefore we rented a bike with hotel so that we able to drove to far to explored others areas than Lamai beach. We would l...

We stayed at Langham Place for the last two nights of our holiday and can highly recommend it. The staff go out of their way to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible from offering cooling towels or a refreshing fruit kebab by the poolside to their ceremonial fire ballon release in the evening with a free cocktail thrown in.The pool area is very comfortable includ...

I-Samui is a relatively new resort with owners and staff who are very eager to please. My room was lovely and airy with modern fittings. The flat-screen TV, air-con unit and shower were superior to those you usually find in such modestly priced accommodation (1,000 baht or $28 a night including breakfast during my stay). Breakfast is served on the outdoor terrace overl...

it was my second time i was staying in this lovely hotel. the hotel is around 1 minute walk to the beach (just accross the small road through the seebreeze bungalows area) rather in the south of lamai. you will have breakfast a the seabreeze beach bungalow area what is accross the road directly at the lamai beach. really awesome, having breakfast at the beach! don't e...

if you are looking for something a bit away from the hustle and bustle of koh samui, this hotel might suit you since the location of renaissance is perfect - not too far away from chaweng & lamai beach but retain the reclusive feel of a quiet holiday place, even though the beach is a bit small and the water is sometimes too shallow to swim. however, the kayaking is per...

Spacious villa in a tropical garden on the edge of the jungle, just off the main road about 2 kilometers from the center of Lamai. Very quiet accommodation, friendly, smiling and helpful staff. Breakfast choice of 9 options. Nice swimming pool. Accommodation offers free transfer to Lamai at 11:30. Several restaurants within a radius of 500m, nearest supermarkets approx...

Hotel was really close to beach (2min walk?), and it was near to many restaurants and bars, but it was really quiet at night. Every sunday there is really nice night market near. Hotel room was big and clean. Staff was really nice and knew everything, you can book trips or ferry tickets straight from the hotel, or rent a motorbike. Only ''bad'' thing to say that t...

My plane arrived late. But all turns out better from airport transfer to hotel. Well arranged transportation of course with some fees. The cleaniness of the bed, room, floor, toilet are 5 star. Bed sheet and room smells clean linen. A walking distance to Sunday Lamai Night market, Mc Donald’s, beaches, mini-mart and you can get a good breakfast 2 mins walk. The staff...

Hotel is really nice with clean and comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool and great food. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, there's possibility to rent a car for a good price directly from the hotel. Great location close to local restaurants, bars, shops, Lamai market and approximately 500 m to the beach.

I've been to Thailand over 30 times, and this is the best value ive ever had. Huge clean room, great location. By all means it's not a luxury resort, but for the money, cleanliness, size of room, location, excellent aircon, ambience, it's great. I could stay in a 5 star resort if I wanted, but when I'm in Lamai this is the only place for me.

Stopped here whilst in the lamai area, was very cheap and the room did not disappoint. Was a good size, with an ensuite. The best feature of this hotel was the staff, the lad behind the counter was very helpful, he showed me the sky TV set up in the rooms, and even hired me out a scooter without taking my passport. For me this was a bargain hotel with great service. T...

on arrival staff didnt speak hardly any english and we wwere just gioven a key andpointed in the diorection of the room, which isnt too bad. when we seen the 'Bungalow' which was more like a garden shed we started to worry. we opened the door and found lizards in our room, it was boiling hot and A/C was broken and blowing out hot air. you could just about stand around ...

Have stayed here a couple of times before and they have made some improvements with opening a restaurant with very affordable food for both breakfast, lunch, and afternoon coffee's. Hotel and rooms are clean and tidy and staff are friendly. We will return again on our next visit to Lamai.
