"We enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the central location near the night market and massage centre (Day and Night Spa). The hotel also arranged tours to attractions like the floating market. Food was not a problem as there is a highly popular restaurant within walking distance, frequented by both locals and tourists. It is very reasonably priced, with Tom yam Gung to die for. "

"First Things First: I'm not a tourist - I'm a foreign teacher teaching English and I've been in Thailand since 2014. But I was a "tourist" in theory when I stayed at this hotel. My review will reflect my thoughts as a non-Thai but with my understanding that Thailand is NOT the same as America, my home country. VALUE FOR THE MONEY - I rated this a 4/5 because the Wifi was very unreliable during my Thai gf and my stay (Friday, Dec. 30 - Tuesday, Jan. 3 ~ 4 nights total). The Wifi is by AIS, which is one of the major wireless companies in Thailand. As a cellular company they are rumored to be the best; during my stay, the Wifi would cut in and out to the point my gf and I had to use our 4G mobile data connection. Early mornings Wifi was reliable but as tourist filled the rooms or came back or woke up the Wifi proved unreliable. Not a super big deal but this point and review is for folks who are new to Thailand. This Wifi situation is NOT common in Thailand so if you will stay here and for a long time, you might want to get a prepaid SIM (just a suggestion). Also on this same topic, the *free* included breakfast with our stay was a nice touch. Eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, juice, cereal, etc. and a local Thai dish each morning. My gf and I ate breakfast every morning and while it was not super good it was delicious. I booked the room with "partial ocean view." I was on the 6th level and I had a very good view of the ocean. Partial yes but that is a very conservative word to describe it -- I had about 120 degree view of ocean view (in short, I had more ocean view then I was expecting). Very nice touch. LOCATION - 5/5 stars because it's across from a 7-11 shop, a short walk to the beach, a short walk to the main night market, etc. Across from the hotel, next to 7-11, is what I will refer to as a "Thai night market," meaning you can buy Thai food for like 40+ baht, which is a great price and won't break the bank. Also, this hotel is one block away from "

"We found Hisea Hua Hin Hotel by chance when we we're talking to a local across the street from the hotel. We told her that we're searching for another hotel to stay at for the remaining 3 more weeks of vacation in Hua Hin. She immediately pointed to Hisea Hua Hin Hotel across the street which according to her, just barely opened for business. We decided to check it out right there and then, and we were lucky to meet the owner himself who showed us around. Hisea Hua Hin Hotel is definitely a jewel of a find, for its highly detailed facilities, tasteful decor, furnishings, amenities, friendly and helpful staffs, and for the price! Additionally, the location is perfect and within walking distance to a lot of Hua Hin's city center places of interest, and the beautiful Hua Hin beach! We've looked at many hotels in the area prior to visiting Hisea Hua Hin Hotel and nothing beats Hisea Hua Hin Hotel for what it offers, the price, location, and the staff. Being that it's brand new, it's absolutely immaculate! Although it's low season and therefore it's not fully booked, I see housekeeping clean every rooms everyday! The beds are the most comfortable we've ever found during our 3 months of travel in Asia, and the owner accommodates our needs to the best that he can. Case in point, I wanted an electric fan in my room due to my special need for it, and he happily obliged without question although the A/C in his hotel works perfectly. The staff are very attentive and helpful, and the owner is a hands on kind of a businessman. He's always around and can easily be reached and easy to talk to. Now, this is not the Hilton or Centara, but it doesn't have the high price of those 2 either and for all the quality service and amenities Hisea Hua Hin offers, it just can't be beat! Lastly, I would like to add that I have worked for big 5 star hotels in Las Vegas as a V.I.P. Associate for 5 years, therefore, I know a jewel of a find when I see one when it comes to hotels, amenities,"

"After dealing with a bait-and-switch guesthouse who's name starts with a "V", we managed to book this hotel. The hotel is very close to the train station within easy walking distance to the nightlife area, restaurants and the night market. If you want to go to one of the malls, simply step across the street and wait for the green 10 Baht Songtaew....couldn't be easier. Rooms are spacious and clean but a bit dated because it's an older hotel. Even so, our room was bright and comfortable. We were greeted by kind staff and check-in was efficient. There's a 200 Baht key deposit (fair) but no elevator (lift). The WIFI was the fastest of any hotel I have visited in the world...strange but true. If you want luxury go elsewhere but if you are like us and consider a hotel room as just a base from which to do everything else, this hotel is plenty comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will likely do so as long as the price represents a good value. Thanks Euro City!"

"This is not a "frills" hotel, and the price tends to reflect this.. However, given the rates, it IS an exceptional value. The hotel is literally :05 walk to the rail/train station.. the night market is only 2 blocks away. It's off the main street - so limited road noise. You can walk to the beach in about :10, directly down the main street - no need for taxis/tuk-tuk's etc. What impressed me the most was the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the property. My room 1/1, was very small, but was literally spotless.. and I mean spotless.. bathroom was newly refurbished and the shower water pressure and heater (as is common, the hot water come from a heater in the shower room itself) was more than ample for a nice hot shower. New flat screen TV and excellent air-conditioner (with the compressor outside of the room door itself. My stay was during a 5-day national holiday, so fully booked, but my room was ready as promised/advertised, before 13:00... reception is more than helpful and speaks adequate English. My room did not have an in-room safe, but the reception has a hotel-use safe where you can leave things secured. The only downside for me was the included breakfast which I would call a *very* basic affair at best.. two eggs, one small chicken sausage, 2 pieces of toast & preserves and coffee/tea.. To me, I would not factor in the breakfast into the buying decision.. it was more than acceptable, but I wouldn't use the fact that it's included (or not) as a decision making factor.. I would rate this hotel, given what it is (that being a limited-service hotel) as a solid 8.5 to 9.0... largely because of it's excellent location and spotless cleanliness factor... "

"Stayed here for 5 days in room 406. Book through Agoda and got cheap price at 980 bath/night for the Superior room. Room have no balcony but considered spacious for a budget hotel eventhough bathroom is quite small. Room is spotless clean with a mini fridge, safe box and coffee making facilities. Everything looks modern, new & clean. Wifi is good. The only cons is aircond is noisy if you set the blower to max and water pressure is quite low but manageable. Location is superb with walking distance to Hua Hin Night Market (7 mins), 7 eleven (3 mins), Soi Bintabath (5mins), beach (8 mins). There are many massage shops & restaurants nearby hotel. There is a motorbike rental beside the hotel at only 150 bath per day. There is no breakfast, restaurant or swimming pool in the hotel. Staff is always helpful and any request for any additional amenities like extra hanger or extra pillow is at no additional charges."
