I visit Tagaytay often but rarely I get a chance to splurge in one of the luxury hotel that the place has to offer. I can say that if luxury/ pampering is your priority you can definitely choose this type of hotel. I get to stay in the Premier Lake king because I want to have a view of Taal lake. They also have a mountain wing rooms where the swimming pool is located. Breakfast is buffet style and I can say that the selection of food is quite okay. It is located in front of Casino Filipino and beside Sky Ranch. If you choose the Lake room areas, you can view the big ferris wheel in your private balcony and you hear the screaming people in the area. But you don't have to worry about the noise, once in your room you can't hear the screaming in the sky ranch area. If you don't have a private vehicle like me, there is a jeepney that pass by in the area ( Casino Highway) coming from Our Lady of Lourdes Church. I am recommending this hotel if you have a budget to splurge and get the Lake rooms.

We chose this hotel due to the many good reviews and boy they did not disappoint us. We wanted a quiet getaway for our Anniversary. We booked the twin deluxe room as someone had just booked the last available king room for the same price minutes before we placed our booking. I then wrote to them asking if we could get a king room in case a room becomes available. I also asked if we could have anything to acknowledge our anniversary (just something printed on paper like "happy anniversary"). They responded to my message immediately and said they would try their best to accommodate my request. When we arrived we were welcomed by friendly staff (check in was a breeze) and assisted to our room, I was very pleased to see that we were given a king deluxe room and upon entering the room there was a beautifully printed out happy anniversary behind a plate with chocolate cake (which also had happy anniv. written on it) surrounded by petals. *insert emoji with heart eyes* This just made our stay extra special. We enjoyed our swim in the pool and the spacious overall facility of the Hotel. Breakfast buffet was okay. Would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and surely will be back when we want some time away from the city. Thank you again to the Staff for exceeding our expectations! Keep it up!

one of the best hotels we've been too in tagaytay room is very spacious (we got the premiere after paying for upgrade cost) but the view we got is less than desired my kids, especially my daughter, had a blast playing in the spacious and large playground area and toying around with the animals especially the hens/chickens, ducks owner was even gracious enough to give us the chick of fancy of my daughter bursting with laughter, joy playing with the chicks the staffs are very kind and courteous despite being a little undermanned - they're doing their bests to satisfy the guests very few downsides: 1) treadmill not working- need to replace 2) better if the teambuilding facilities can be restored - so we adults with our older kids can play in these too 3) water warmer for the cold pool 4) hire singer ladies for the acoustic nights 5) a broader selection for the breakfast- i.e. no fish served for the non-meat eaters 6) make the menu prices a little cheaper very little things to point out. we generally enjoyed our stay.

Domicillo Design Hotel is just beside the main highway but their rooms promises a quiet sanctuary for their guest. And it’s true! The moment we arrived in our room, we don’t wanna leave anymore. We just want to lounge all day in the bed which has a direct view of the Taal Lake. The room has complimentary bottle of wine, one hour massage for two and breakfast! The bed and pillows are comfy and soft, you will have a relaxing night. The TV is decent sized so you can watch while in bed. Wifi is reliable and fast. Toiletries are complete with matching bathrobes and slippers. We’re not a morning person but who can say no to a free delicious breakfast so throughout our stay, we choose to wake up early for a nice breakfast. It would have been better if they allowed us to eat in the balcony/patio. Would I go back? Definitely! But I think I prefer the superior rooms which is located at the second level. It has a nicer view of taal lake. However, the TV and room space is smaller compared to Premier rooms.

since we already stayed at the other hotel in our first night in tagaytay, after checking out we immediately proceeded to this hotel, summit ridge. normally, if only a few minutes for the standard 2:00 pm some hotels will entertain you, and do standard procedures for checking in although you are advised that the room is not yet available. this hotel's staff are not really accommodating and advised us to wait until 2pm for us to be entertained. well, we just hang around robinson's mall and came back at the hotel reception after 2pm. such a good location, but since its location is along the highway, we got a trouble sleeping because of the noise of cars, motorcycles that passes even at wee hours of the night.

Pros: - Excellent staff! Very pleasant and courteous. Checking in/out was a breeze! - Super fast wifi - Full equipped kitchen (bowls, plates, water goblets, cups, saucers, knife set, cooking utensils, 4 burner stove & oven, fridge, rice cooker, microwave, kettle & exhaust!) - Place is very secured - Really quiet and peaceful place. The location is great, too! It's just along the highway, about 2-3 mins drive to Ayala mall. - Beds and pillows are of hotel quality. I also love how you get extra pillows! - Room service is cheap! You can also have food delivered which is awesome. - Strong water pressure - Lots of parking space - Huge closet space although we didn't get to use it since we only got to stay overnight since they were fully-booked the next day. Cons: - The gate for checking in/out is different so we had to back-up (road is a bit steep and it's hard to go back to the main street because of the busy traffic). It's best to put a sign outside.

When I reached front desk and check my booking, I was told that they upgraded it to room with balcony. I was surprised, it was a good timing. We chose your hotel because of its facilities, location and we really wanted to play table tennis (which has sentimental value for us). Thank you team Vista Real, to kuya and ate who assisted us from parking to our room, to front liners who are commendable. Ladies are approachable and very helpful. I couldn’t remember your names. But all of you are Fantastic including your superior. Your genuine smiles make your guest’s experience memorable...♥️ Thank you.😊

We check in early so we got a parking space slot. They only have 12 slots for it as I remember. It was along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway so it was really on the center of everything. If you want to have mass it is a walking distance in Our Lady of Lourdes church ( on the other side- you can cross using the bridgeway). If you don't have a car public transportation was easy. The room we stay in was only suitable for 2 persons with a view of Taal lake. It was cozy and I have a good night sleep because the there was also a typhoon during our stay so the weather was very cold and windy. They have board games at the ground floor in case you want to play those. Overall I really like this hotel and will come back at it.

It's our first time in tagaytay to stay for 3 days and staying with viewpark was really worth it. Location is just near tourist spots (picnic grove, our lady of manoag and peoples park in the sky) and you can ride jeepneys going to different places also, very accessible. My favorite was their SPA, a rejuvenating experience and worth for the price also with complimentary breakfast( complete meal). There is a garden for relaxing. I could not swim on their pool because it's freezing ( I hope they can make the water hot or at least warm). Overall, location and Spa was really worth it and looking forward for staying in this hotel again on my next Tagaytay trip.

when you feel like you had enough of city and crowd... this is the place where you should be. Their roof top dining is great. its worth what you pay for the foods! if you are up to drinking with your friends.. their happy hour is the best for you.. cheap and very nice pulutan. :) kids are welcome as well, as they have a little playground at the rooftop and tents for rent. All these including their very friendly staff! we asked if they have a piece of cake for our friend whose having his birthday. sadly he wasn't feeling well that morning so he decided to stay in his room and we went for our free breakfast, so NO.. they don't have any cake. BUT! the chef made a special 2 layer pancake with chocolate syrup for our friend! thank you so much Chef! they even gave a small bowl of Congee for our 1 year old princess niece! the rooms are nice and clean, you got the basic needs. Hotel is also close to EVERYWHERE! :) Good job guys. more power! cheers!

This time we looked for a place away from the main highway so we can get away with the human and car traffic, and I guess we just hit the jackpot. This place is the best place to be- not far from restaurants, parallel to skyranch (you can actually see the ferris wheel from the balcony), just a ride away from the places you want to be, near mahogany market for the freshest harvest, and of course, Tagaytay's bulalo. And location is just the icing. We were welcomed by the best staff who assisted us and let us check in quite early because we came in at around 9am. And when we got into our room, we were greeted by the sweetest clean smell. it's as if you're in a 5-star hotel. And the linens? Best linens I have to say. Though you need to be extra careful not to soil the linens because they might have to charge you. The restaurant downstairs offers a number of choices for your free breakfast. They also have the best crew who caters to our requests which sometimes are not in their menu. They have karaoke for wednesdays and thursdays, and live bands on fridays and saturdays. But since it we were there during the Holy Week, they showed Christian films instead. Overall, it was one of the best places we've been too, if not the best. Miss Anne, was the most accommodating. :) Thank you.

I have stayed in several hotels in tagaytay and so far this is the best I have been so far. The rooms are elegantly designed with a touch of class. The rooms can easily compete with 5 star hotels but with just a fraction of the price. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, they seem to take care of details in terms of cleanliness. The bathroom amenities are available only upon request, but this is understandable because, even other countries do that too, hotels also do their part in saving the planet by minimizing the use of plastic containers, etc. The staffs are friendly and ready to serve with a smile. Breakfast is good, I love the tapa! The location is also right in the center of Tagaytay which is good. Overall, this is a hotel that will give you value for money. This is definitely the best hotel in Tagaytay. Definitely, I will book this hotel again in my next Tagaytay trip.

We went to for Valentine get-away, and I must say it turned to be one of the best Valentines. Check-in was prompt, and the staff was super friendly and attentive from the first till the last moment of our stay. Every request was answered "yes" and delivered quickly. Things to like about hotel: unique design that makes the experience special; great staff; 30 min massage we got for free; large and tasty breakfast; WiFi in the rooms and the lobby; relaxing atmosphere. If you are looking for a nice weekend with your significant other, choose Theodore - you won't regret! A tip: if you want to have a nice dinner, I'd suggest to go 50m down the road to Pamana - that's a great Filipino restaurant, nicely designed and with tasty food

The place was perfect. Location is right beside where the action is. Room is very clean, new and neat. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is relatively cheap as well considering we booked one night before the trip. Staffs are also available when I have to call them during midnight. The ONLY concern possible concern though is the bathroom. It is a bit see through but the shower area is completely covered. If this is not a problem, then this hotel is one of the best choices in Tagaytay

The hotel is relatively new compared to other hotels within Tagaytay. Quite close to shopping areas & restaurants too! We only stayed here for 1 night but I must say, I'm impressed with the service & how spacious the room was! The reservation officer, hotel manager & front desk personnel were all polite and very helpful. The beds are comfortable. The veranda is an added bonus considering our room was located on the 21st floor. So you really don’t need to turn on the AC at night. Just open the window & let the fresh cold breeze of Tagaytay cool you off at night. The ref, microwave & electric kettle were all working. No carpet on the floor so I suggest bringing your own sandals when checking in at this hotel. The design of the bathroom is quite odd. The loo & shower is divided by a smoked glass and with separate doors. Quite uncomfortable when you're sharing the room with just a friend! The heater & water pressure are both up to standard. No WIFI inside the room but I guess that’s ok since we stayed there to relax. There is a free wifi at the lobby. Data signal is not that strong inside the room & acceptable when near the window. Their restaurant is also new, offering Asian Cuisines. The manager was helpful enough to guide us through the menu when we dined at their resto located on the 3rd floor. It is a small resto similar to some small restaurants found in Thailand with modest asian interior design. Also, with an open kitchen so you can watch them prepare your food. All of their offerings are reasonably priced. We ordered for their sampler, pad thai and tab tim grob. All of them were interesting and quite delish! Kudos to the thai chef. They are offering a unique experience of enjoying an unobstructed 360° view of Tagaytay via the roofdesk. You just need to ask them for this. Highly recommended if you are a budget traveler but don’t want to compromise on the comfort and value of your money! Will definitely come back to this hotel.

From out of the blue, sans any plan, just decided to pack our bags ang headed to tagaytay for an overnight stay. I only had a few minutes to look for a place to stay & decided to book at Rangya Hotel based on reviews. When we reached the hotel, we were greeted by a young guy named Jairo. He was very accommodating. The room is clean & it smelled new. Most importantly, the bathroom is clean. And yes, it has a Bidet! Not all hotels have it😊. I would love to stay there again the next time I'm in tagaytay.

I love companies that value the evaluations of their clients and improve themselves as they go. I have read previously that the internet connection in the hotel is low-to-none, but when we stayed there, this wasn't a problem at all. I also read that there were no available hot shower in their rooms, but there was hot shower 24/7 during our stay. There was an on-going repair and repainting during our stay, so clearly there really is an effort on their part to level up. We found that shower head of our room was a bit defective, and we called for maintenance around 10pm, he came and had the shower head replaced right away at around 10pm. Our reservations did not include breakfast but when we asked for hot water for our coffee, it was at our doorstep in less than a minute. The staff is really courteous, very good at directions in and around Tagaytay, and the front desk clerk even let me use her cellphone when the landline I was calling was out of service.

This hotel is actually a good one. The location is a bit far in the tagaytay proper but manageable with the jeepneys along the way min. fare only. This hotel can help you travel leaving your car in the hotel because the traffic is really terrible in the tourist area and also hard to find parking. The parking is yours below your room with your own garage gate. You will need to walk from the jeepney stop to the hotel and not a problem at all bec. it is also exercise. The pool is the gem of this hotel open until 11pm, good one for you to relax after a long tiring tour. Downside is that our CR's door lock is broken it cannot be locked. I did not complain with the hotel so not a problem at all. I'll book again here next time.

When we checked in, we noticed that we were the only reservation during our stay. Which was fantastic as we were pretty much the masters of the house! It is a beautiful mansion, designed mostly for wedding parties, but it was a perfect fit for our countryside adventure. The house is not too far from the main road where there are snacks and fruit stalls, and where you can get tricycles into Tagaytay city. It is not suitable for those who want to be right in the centre of things, but to be honest, there isn't much to Tagaytay city centre so you might as well try to stay in a more serene countryside. The hotel has in-room massage service they can call, as well as a driver who can take you around and see the sights. The staff are fantastic, who attended to our every need (it was easy, as we were the only ones) and very friendly. They will go beyond their duty to serve. I remember needed small change and the staff took my big note, rode out to the shops to get the changes for me. Great place. Discover it before the crowds do.

a bit expensive. breakfast was awesome. staff also awesome. the hotel is it self but then surrounded by some of the best clubs and restaurants in the area. WITH A VIEW from the common areal. The The views are awesome views to the lake and the party clubs and people were great. our room had 5 beds........kids loved the t.v. and facilities..........VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND...AND ITS A 10 MIN WALK,,,YES WALK TO SKY RANCH.........THE weather is a bit cool here because of being on a mountain but the VIEW IS AWESOME.!!! Just wear jeans or pants and a light jacket.......recommend ....it does get windy...........HAVE A BLAST HERE........BREAKFAST WAS AWESOME...not cheap...............STAFF ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD.!!!!!!!!!!!

Had a great vacation stop over in Tagaytay at Aspen in Wind. The location was perfect, the top floor in the tallest building in Tagaytay directly overlooking Taal lake and volcano so an amazing view of the lake and mountains from the balcony. Everything you need is either on-site - 7-11, Pizza Hut a European cafe/deli, a Taiwanese cafe, a bank a laundry and even a hardware store! a short walk up the hill you have Starbucks and a supermarket. Jerrys Grill is across the road and a short walk down the hill offers loads of other restaurants. Jeepneys stop just outside the site so it is easy to get out and about if you don't want to walk. We took a motor tricycle to the boat pier to get to the volcano which was great fun. The apartment is great very bright and clean and everything is brand new. We had no problems with the water heater which is easy to adjust as is the air-con and digital microwave. We are from CA but not tech gurus but you don't need a degree in rocket science to operate anything in the apartment and Miss Letty shows you how to operate everything on arrival. If you do like your tech toys this place has a great Smart TV with strong internet and a variety of cable channels such as HBO for movies. We used our Netflix account. It also has international adapters. If you are on the large side you may find it small for two people but we would say we are a normal size US couple and as we travel in Asia often we are not shocked by a 36 Sqm condo. The site has indoor and outdoor pools, darts, pool table, badminton, tennis and basketball courts. There is a small charge to use them but its no big deal. The facilities are there if you want to use them but in Tagaytay you come for the views and the breeze both of which are amazing. We just chilled on the balcony all day. Waking up to be surrounded by mist and watching the clouds lift to reveal the lake and volcano for us was a unique experience.

I booked the Jasmin room, and it is really tidy and spacious, looks better in person than in the pictures. Extra pillow and blanket were provided for free. Breakfast from Sinangag Express is also provided, which is just beside the hotel. The hotel’s 3rd floor has 2 rooms (Irish and Jasmin- where we stayed), these are fronting the main road that is why noises from vehicles, etc. can be heard. I suggest you request for a room on the 2nd floor (they have 6) - not fronting directly at the main road. Also, eating inside the room is not suggested, drop a tiny piece of food and you’ll see a parade of ants in just a few minutes, ants were so fast that i had to put our trash bin outside the room. Staffs were very friendly and accomodating, though rooms doesn’t have refrigerator, they offered us to use their ref at the lobby. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel, i just hope they fix the problem with the ants, maybe book a pest and control service =)

there are a lot of good things about this place but i'll start first with the cons. there's a swimming pool but it's unusable specially on a january when it's very very cold. our room was on the 4th floor and it was a little tiring to walk to the stairs everytime you have to go somewhere, image those who would be assigned on the 5th flr. there was a construction on-going at the back part of the hotel, and they still assigned people beside the construction, it was a little noisy, but from a hotel, you try to expect to get the relaxation you need. for the good parts, all employees are approachable and willing to help. the hotel is just a few meters from the city proper and there are a lot of public transpo for trips to other places. the room is nice, the bathroom is clean, the whole place is clean, the view was good (although it was at the wrong side of tagaytay), the food was adequate and there are ample facilities. if you ask me if i'd go back? yes! the cons are heavily outweighed by the pros. the bad stuff are mostly small things i can do without.

the location is perfect and very near to everything such as malls, church, restaurants and market. staffs are very much accommodating especially the guard at night shift. the room is fine but the hotel must check the availability of toiletries in the room prior for guest's check in. our room doesn't have soap and shampoo and only one toothbrush was provided. toiletries are essentials in a hotel especially for travellers who has unplanned travels. the room must also have at least a cup to use. other than this, our stay is fine and definitely check in again in future.

Total waste of money and time. should stay instead to other hotel in Tagaytay.. Dirty and smelly room (#5). Overused and dirty beddings/sheets and Towels. when we enter our room there's two used towels hanging inside the cabinet. No slippers and even a chair provided inside the room. Only saving grace - the good mannered staff and dining crew. Overall, this a total rip-off and NOT coming back or recommending this to visitors in Tagaytay. Lesson/s: Dont rely to the pics here in Agoda and wonder why theres 2 comments only for this hotel. There are many good/best hotels in this area.

Hotel Aroha has the same facilities as other 3-star hotels. What sets it apart is their attentive staff. They anticipated our needs and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay. Some areas for improvement: 1) Wifi signal keeps dropping out, even though our room was near the router 2) Hair dryer is not included in the amenities Overall, the experience was great. We'll definitely come back next time.
