Went to Palawan for an online appointment with DFA for my sons passport renewal. It was our first time to visit Palawan as well, so decided to go sight seeing at Puerto Princesa after our appointment. We chose HUE hotel since it located right beside Robinsons Mall which is where DFA office is located. It is very convenient , you only need to walk to get to the mall. Quite impressed with the staff , everyone was very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Fortun our shuttle bus driver who met us at the airport. Fortun is friendly and bery informative when we asked for information. Staff at the restaurant ate also very nice and attentive . They had initiative and they remembered what our apecial request were the first day so we didn'nt have to ask for it. They automatically served my son with his glass of ice and set the salt and pepper for myself at our table. They kept on checking if there is anything else we needed. Special thanks to Cha, Chubbs and Charm. The breakfast serve was quite good , they had different choices everyday for the 4 days that we stayed with them. Hotel is 15 mins by tricycle to recommended local restaurants such as Kalui and Kinabutch. Overall we had a very pleasant stay, bed was comfortable and room was clean. I would definitely cme back to stay with HUE:)

we are very happy staying in a 4 star hotel. every time we mentioned the name of this hotel to our friends and business partners, they keep on mentioning wow! that is a nice hotel in palawan. we arrived earlier than we expected. we are welcome with our names written on their welcome stand near the front office. we felt like we are very much welcome in that place. the front office associate are very accommodating in answering all our queries regarding city tour and el nido trip. thanks to agoda in making our travel in puerto princessa and el nido a memorable one. agoda never fails me, every time i travel around the philippines.

Secluded yet accessible to the city's hustle and bustle. A very beautiful hotel in Palawan with amazing views of mangroves amidst the sea. Had a peaceful stay and loved the dramatic sunsets and sunrises right there from our hotel's window. Staffs are very friendly and working hard. Recommended by my brother who lives in Puerto Princesa. An excellent choice, food is great, they were able to cook for us by request and set a table by the pool. Little things that makes our stay wonderful!!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Place is clean and value for money is great. Location is within the main highway, thus, making it very accessible to top destinations like Baker's Hill, Crocodile Farm, Butterfly Garden and others especially if you opt for using public transport just like what local commuters do. Also, just a walk away if you want to stretch some muscles to SM Mall and Baywalk area.

I was there on my birthday for two days. Know many hotels in Palawan and want just something special. I felt like in all the good business hotels i stayed for conferences or work. But as a Palawan tourist i felt not in a tropic island, just had the imagination of another town. Pool a bit boring, view to the wall. Price for food and drinks really much higher then other hotels in same class, for this I can stay in Europe. Service and cleanliness perfekt, best trained staff I know in Palawan. View from room, just to something like a construction place or junkyard. TV and WiFi best I ever had in Palawan. This hotel sets the top mark for business hotels here, as a tourist I prefere hotels with more outside and garden facilities. As a business traveller: 10 points, as a tourist: 7.5 points.

Our stay in Palawan was our best travel experience so far. The experience won't be that good if the hotel did not offer a comfy and great accommodation. What we like most is the location as it is just across Robinson's place where you can easily buy stuff that you need. The staff maintains cleanliness and orderliness every day. However, it would have been best if they included free breakfast because we got feedback that other hotels offer this as part of the hotel accommodation and even with a lower room price. Also, the restaurant only serves breakfast buffet hence we have to go to Robinson's to find a resto where we can eat. Also, a coffee shop we can hang out after a tiring city tour and Island hopping is another perk that they can have. Overall, we had a great stay at the hotel and our Palawan experience was definitely a blast.

We were pickd up in the airport and we already felt the service that Deep Forest Garden Inn has to offer. When we arrived we were welcomed with a welcome a drink. And our room was ready. We got two deluxe rooms cause we thought that one room would not accomodat us but I was wrong. The deluxe room was sooooooo big. The ambience is so foresty. We Always have our breakfast intheir restaurant because the food is great. and its cheap. and its great. Their resto has so many dishes to offer. especially their chicken cordon bleu (must try). Wverything about the hotel is good except the location. The airport may be near but the city aint. So when you ride a tricycle its gonna be a little pricey. But for me deep forest garden inn is the best hotel in palawan

From the moment I stepped into their reception area, I was awestruck - not by the usual hotel lavishness but by the lush greens that surrounds it's whole inner compound. The straightforward entrance was truly unobtrusive of what the place offers - a large room, bed, outdoor hangout place, and garden was just the beginning. The filling breakfast, the well-kept swimming pool, the garden swings, the sounds of the birds and the bees, and the rustling of the leaves all provide a sense of contentment and haven before and after work. And to top all these, their personnel are super pleasant and service-oriented - not an iota of bad vibe here. I've heard all the nicest things about Palawan and its beauty, and the experience in this hotel, surely parallels that. They sealed the deal that my first time in this magical destination, will truly not be my last.

The moment our group arrived in Canvas Boutique Hotel we fell in love with the place. Very spacious, clean and lavish home away from home ambiance... A well maintained elevator, stairs, lobby, walkways, garden, pool area. Painted Table (in-house restaurant) was superb in serving mouthwatering breakfast/lunch/dinners/snacks menu. Front desk, restaurant staff and other staff members were very accommodating and approachable. Rooms were intricately designed and huge, it can accommodate up to 6pax per room. Pool area by the way was excellent to rest and relax after our whole day tour. So far the downside was the "slow internet connection- very low signal" but that doesn't stop us from enjoying our 4 days stay! I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to visit Puerto Princesa Palawan!

I rarely post reviews, but for them I have to. I am very very happy on how the hotel looks exactly as advertised. Excellent rooms, superb cleanliness, and awesome hospitality. When they learned that we went there for my son's birthday, we were surprised by balloons and birthday greetings in our room. Then in the afternoon while my kids are enjoying their pool, the staff, led by their manager Rhoda, brought in cake with candles while singing happy birthday to my son! Having my kid treated so well makes me feel grateful as a father. The frontdesk Lara is so sweet to my kids and really interacts with them everytime she sees them. They would also arrange transport for you in case you will do DIY tours. I don't think I'll stay in another hotel in Palawan except White Breeze onxe we come back.

When we first rocked up to the hotel we were greeted and were given a glass of fresh juice which we thought was welcoming and made to feel relaxed.The rooms were very impressive and the beds were perfected.When you first arrive at the airport and if you take a tricycle to the hotel dont let the driver take you to book for adventures in Palawan because the hotel supplies all your needs and the prices are the same everywhere. The food at the hotel wasnt the best but not much variety offered. At night we would sit around the bar by the pool which was very relaxing and the bartender Ryan was brillant and always made sure we had drinks, so make sure you tip him he does a exceelent job...Thanks Ryan....Overall the hotel i would stay there again when i go back to Palawan...

Best accommodation we've stayed so far staying in Palawan, from Puerto to El Nido back to Puerto again! Airport Transfer - Very Good! Right away they are there waiting for you. (Kuya the driver was very professional and kind) Front Desk - Excellent! Friendly and smiling staff, offered us the welcome drinks. Just forgot to provide the internet password but it's fine. Room - Very Good! (Hotel is just currently having a renovation with the new building so just bare with the not so good entrance going to the elevator) Room was very tidy, very good smelling since I am pregnant so was perfect for me. Bed was so comfy and neat. Restroom is close to perfection with complete set of toothbrush, toothpaste, combs, shampoos, shower cups, hair dryer, and very clean white towels. Shower was so good, pressure and heater was perfect, only problem was that my New Zealand bf was a little bit huge and he complain about the edge of the sink which was close to the toilet and he got hit on the side. Over all tv was good, AC was perfect and drawers are clean, there was a safe too and the fridge was cool with complimentary coffee, tea, and water just the other 2 bottles cost us 40php thought were free. lol Restaurant- Nah, i don't recommend their food though, just average and not so good with my tastebuds, we ordered bolognese and siomai and tasted just average, i also knew and read from the review the breakfast wasn't so good or just okay and i checked it in the morning as we didn't book with breakfast and yeah, the breakfast wasn't that good when i checked it. I already guessed it since the dinner serving food weren't that we expected it should be; taste was blunt. Pool - It was okay. My partner went to a night swimming alone, and the water was seem calm and okay. I haven't seen any of the guest went to swimming during our 2 nights stay though. My husband and I had a very unforgettable and wonderful experience in Aziza Paradise Hotel. Free shuttle service from and to the airport was very convenient and warm welcome smiles from the Aziza employees. Food is tasty, welcoming feel of the hotel's facade and breathtaking pool area. Special thank you to Sir Glenn who assisted us with our luggage, giving us useful information about Palawan, Sir Adly from King James Travel and Tours who was very professional in booking our Honda Bay Tour, Man-Man from the hotel's main breakfast area who served our food and was very polite, April and the rest of the Front Office team who accommodated our special requests, Sir Jerome Gusto who showed flexibility and professional relationship; we rented a car from him for me and my husband to enjoy our first time adventure in Palawan. Sir Allan the Guest Service Manager who made sure that we are attended well and everything that we need are provided. Thank you Aziza for a wonderful experience, your service and smiles is what made our stay enjoyable. Keep it up!

Pros: Very near the airport and most of the place you want to see in the city. Walking distance to SM Palawan and Baywalk. Right in front of the hotel is the public market. Their buffet has a geat selection of food items. The room was spacious, clean, and well furnished. The bathroom was well maintained and stocked with everything we needed. Cons: Our room was not very well lit. Too much of a dim effect.

October 2016 when me, my family and best friends decided to go to Palawan since my Brother and 2 best friends came back from abroad. It was our first Family get away. I was so happy that we were complete though I wished my boyfriend was with us. My boyfriend was working in Thailand that time and I know that it's impossible for him to join us. Without me knowing, he planned to propose to me with the help of my best friends and the staff of Rema. I was one of the greatest memory that I will remember all my life.

Before I booked, I thought Palawan village hotel is located only 2 minutes away from the airport. But now you need to take a tricycle to come to Palawan village hotel after the new airport is built. It will cost you about 70 to 100pesos to come here. The staff especially who works at night was so friendly and helpful. She gave us useful advice of things to do in Puerto Princessa and gave information about El Nido. Their breakfast is simple and tiny but I was grateful for free breakfast for 13 dollars room! The room is a bit outdated but clean. I would stay here again if I come to Puerto Princessa. Palawan village hotel is a really value forthr money.

The FO staff are friendly and accommodating. Guards are polite. Complimentary buffet breakfast has variety F&B staff are attentive. The room I've booked is perfect size for my family of 4 members. Clean, homey and good value for money. Location wise, it's almost near all good restaurant's in the city. However, I'm suggesting for them to invest on a good first aid kit. My brother got an upset stomach. I've asked if they have a (hot/cold compress) water bag and medicine for diarrhea but they don't have it (though it is understandable that they can't just give medicine.) Though I appreciate that the Receptionist has suggested on where we can buy the medicine. All in all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back to Fersal incase we travel to Palawan again. The place is very relaxing..And what I've loved most is their food! So sarap with a low cost. I also love their buffet breakfast.. I have stayed there for two nights with my family including my two sons. A 4year old and an 8months old. They love the swimming pool. In fact, they swam right after we checked in even if it is a bit late. What I am also grateful at is the staffs. We were assigned in a room at the first floor. I asked if they can give my request of twin bed when I booked. They said it is subject to availability and at that time, there was no available room. Until after my kids finished their swimming. We request for a family room since the bed is not enough for us but instead, they offer a room with a twin bed without asking for an additional fee. I was so glad that they offer it to us. I was very happy on our vacation at Palawan and stays here at Marianne Hotel.

Pool was available for use 24/7 which was just wonderful. You can swim just before going to bed. The buffet breakfast was great too it can keep you satisfied until your next meal. The hotel dont replace soap, shampoo, water and dental kit on a daily basis unlike other hotels but you can request for this so this wont be a problem. Huge beds. Coffee/Tea making facilities is not available. You can request for the water heater pot and just buy 3-in-1 sachets. Great service too. Staff are courteous. They come at your door within minutes if you need anything. One of the best in Puerto Princesa. Some tricycle drivers tend to overcharge if they know you stay at Asturias.

This hotel was an excellent find in a tricky market. Very nice, clean and modern rooms with a good shower that had good pressure and was hot when needed. Hotel provided wifi which worked well and a free breakfast which was simple but good. What impressed me the most was how attentive the staff were. I emailed a few days ahead to arrange a tour and they replied quickly and efficiently and I booked all subsequent tours through them. I also was arriving late at night into the new airport and asked them if they knew if it had taxis/trikes etc but to my surprise I turned up with a guy from the hotel and a mini van to give us a private transfer. I was very impressed that they did this for free without me needing to really ask for it. It is in a central location and close to the airport but has been built to give people a calm and quiet atmosphere. The only downside for me is not having a fridge in the room to keep the free bottled water cool but asides from that it was a good stay.

The hotel is very near the airport but the management will still bring you by car, free of charge, thereat. This is a good thing. The staff are very accommodating and will go out of their way to meet your needs. The room we stayed at is also clean. I booked a standard room and I find that the toilet is a little bit small, but there is hot water shower, so I am fine with it. Ipil Suites is named from a native Philippine hardwood tree-Ipil, which is abundant in Palawan. The staircases and other furniture of Ipil Suites are made of ipil wood, hence, its name. The wood makes Ipil Suites homey. I am partial to hotels with hardwoods as I grew up in an old house with big planks of wood flooring. Ipil Suites is not located along the main road, but it's a stone throw away. There are restaurants and native craft stores along its vicinity. I will recommend Ipil Suites for comfort and ease of transport to and from the airport and other tourist attractions.

We are excited to spend a night at this well-reviewed hotel. Our stay became memorable and was beyond our expectation. What makes it so special is the owners' warm hospitality. The staff strive to respond the needs quickly and try to give 5-star service. You feel the warm welcome once you enter the hotel. The owners are always around and make sure our stay is comfortable. It was especially special for us since Mr. Enrico, the owner, knew we were there for our anniversary, he took time to celebrate it with us. We appreciate the special gift from the hotel. Also, it was also nice to talk to Mr. Lito, the co-owner, and hear his life in different country. We were so touched to experience the wonderful "Omotenashi"- professional hospitality provided at personal level. The room was very pretty and specious and thoroughly cleaned. I was happy to work at the balcony desk. The pool and garden view was fantastic! We enjoyed the breakfast and some coffee break at their restaurant.

It's worth the money I paid for and I stay for 7days really worth it I recommend this place, and the staff are really friendly and their very concern is that they are doing the tourist spots you want to visit in Palawan, if you want to eat a restaurant and coffee shop there is on the ground floor beside the entrance and front desk It's very nice and worth it foods, I do not regret choosing my hotel that I took on my vacation last sept 19-26,2017! john-USA
