"Great place to stay with your family! There are a lot of family activities to do here! Swimming, beach, golf, massage, etc. This hotel is located close by the golf course and access to (private) beach haha. Seapine hotel used to manage by military but now under operating by private company, which make it better in every part of their service! Definitely come back!!! "

"No complaints about our two nights at the Riad. Located on a quiet side street south of Khao Takiab, the hotel is ingeniously laid out around a central pool area, and our "Sleeping Cat" rooms on the ground floor opened directly onto the swimming pool. Well-appointed room with everything necessary, including an ensuite jacuzzi we did not even use. Breakfasts were decent without being exactly stellar, and were served in a pleasant covered area opening onto the pool. The "cat" motif is everywhere, and is quite sweet. The resident cats were well-behaved, but if you happen to hate cats, this may not be the place for you. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The Riad is not right by the sea, but a short walk (c. 300 metres) gets you to a beach (Suan Son Pradipath) that is - in our opinion - much better and less touristy than Hua Hin itself. There is also a good golf course close by. If you have a car (we did)) there is limited parking under the building, and songthaew buses run from the Supatra-by-the-Sea restaurant a short distance to the north, and will take you all the way to Hua Hin for a fraction of the cost of a taxi. Plenty of good seafood restaurants not far away in Khao Takiab. Considering all these benefits, and the fact that prices were reasonable, we were surprised to be almost the only Westerners in the place, and to learn that 90-95% of guests are Thais, mostly Bangkok weekenders. I would have expected others to pick up on a niche boutique hotel such as this, but perhaps tourists really ARE sheep, or maybe the Riad owners ought to get their website going properly: it has been "under construction" for far too long. "This is actually my second stay here at Bihai Hua Hin. Everything is pretty much the same, great. Just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. For European tourist, which you guys usually walk a lot more than Thai people, this would be nothing. The beach is not connect to Hua Hin beach as Tra Keab Mountain split the beach and the beach is a lot more peaceful. On the weekday À la carte American and Thai breakfast is provided, while on the weekend hotel will provide buffet breakfast. Swimming pool is a reasonable size. Hotel's parking lot can accommodate 7 cars. 3-4 more cars can park in front of the hotel which hotel security will help you on that. Only down side of my stay is the inconsistency of water temperature. "

"The Rep on arrival was informative and spoke great English, The pool was clean and big enough to accommodate the number of guests staying during our visit. The room was spacious and had everything you needed - Home from Home. we were on the Eighth floor overlooking the pool and mountains behind. The room was clean and parking was no problem, the guards on the gate both day and night were very pleasant. The location was within walking distance to the beach 500 meters, the part of the beach where the monkeys can be seen belly flopping into the sea off small rocks. The main part of Hua Hin was a 15 minute drive with great markets and beach side restaurants, we stayed 3 nights , wish we had stayed longer , will 100% be going back."
