"We got the room for 70% off with free breakfast. It was one of the best deals I've got so far. Hotel staff are all friendly, attentive and accommodating. The room and the bed are huge. Although the room we got has no outdoor/city view, only an indoor patio view. A/C cannot be adjusted, it's a little warm. Breakfast is great. Buffet with good selection, from typical Filipino breakfast to breads to cereals. They also got non-breakfast food. Selection varies daily with some mainstays. Free airport transfer. A few minutes away from the airport and from Rizal St which is one of Puerto Princesa's main thoroughfares where you can find most of the restaurants, bars and other city attractions."

"We love the location of this hotel. It was in the heart of Puerto Princesa city, right smack in the middle of Rizal avenue where you can walk up and down the street to go to famous food spots and bars. Only bad thing about being close to bars is the loud music until 2am. I guess we were just so tired at night after all our tours that we fell asleep despite the noise and loud music. Make sure to request for a room at the back of the hotel. "

"Decorated with local/native style crafts, materials, art, and people. 5 stars in the local sense, not the Hilton sense. Small rooms, cozy, and everything worked, Air Conditioner, WIFI, phone, lights, etc. Hardwood floor in the room, quite unique as it slightly creaks as you walk :-). The bed was exceptional mattress, pillows and covers, great sleeping, queen size in our room. (Not the usual foam mattress and pillows usually found in PH) Location: Quiet, and a one block walk to the Baywalk where fresh seafood and local dishes await, a treat for Filipinos and visitors alike. Stroll and enjoy a nice evening. Breakfast was included and adequate, freshly cooked, brewed coffee a plus. Getting around: Trikes cost 10 Pesos per person in town, 60 Pesos to the airport, the Hotel has free transfers for the airport however. A motorbike rental is located at the hotel if you wish to explore. Staff: Very pleasant and helpful with tours and shopping suggestions. 5 Stars. Tours, we did the Underground River and Honda Bay, both OK, heavily organized, book at the front desk. Hint, use plenty of sunblock., and a hat. Further: Puerto Princesa is but a small part of Palawan, some world class beaches and resorts remain hidden and unspoiled."

Location is good, Cleanliness is okay. Facilities okay nman kaso nasira ung door lock ng room nmin and we need to wait for while bago kami makalabas ng room. But all in all, VERY SATISFACTORY. Just be Specified with the HOTEL Name to avoid confusion and hassle "

"the hotel is nice, clean, rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly and helpful, ready to accommodate guests' requests whenever possible. hotel's location is very central, much better than other hotels in puerto princesa with just 5 mins walk to main city artery, rizal avenue. for a fee, hotel can organize various trips across the island. airport shuttle van is free of charge. hotel provides 24 hour electric supply (a kind of luxury in p.princesa)by own generator. swimming pool is small but sufficient, breakfast could be little improved since it is usual continental or american style. wireless internet is always available although in some rooms the signal is too weak. if you are used to shangrila facility and service, better look for other hotel, but everybody who is looking for tranquil, family hotel...highly recommended. will certainly return when in p. princesa. "A little hard to spot on the main road, next to the Giligans restaurant, look out for the orange sign. Friendly welcome, room is large and clean, the bed is very comfy. Agree quite noisy from the bars but it can be slept through, close to the airport, clean and a good price still make it a good place to stay. "

"This hotel was an excellent find in a tricky market. Very nice, clean and modern rooms with a good shower that had good pressure and was hot when needed. Hotel provided wifi which worked well and a free breakfast which was simple but good. What impressed me the most was how attentive the staff were. I emailed a few days ahead to arrange a tour and they replied quickly and efficiently and I booked all subsequent tours through them. I also was arriving late at night into the new airport and asked them if they knew if it had taxis/trikes etc but to my surprise I turned up with a guy from the hotel and a mini van to give us a private transfer. I was very impressed that they did this for free without me needing to really ask for it. It is in a central location and close to the airport but has been built to give people a calm and quiet atmosphere. The only downside for me is not having a fridge in the room to keep the free bottled water cool but asides from that it was a good stay. "

"Yes, most affordable no frills accommodation in Puerto. Close to SM and main street shops especially hardware stores to get my supplies for my business. Travel around is short, sweet and cheap. Happy with them. This is the fourth time I have stayed here. Good enough for what I want."
