"I've travelled in Samui and Koh Phangan a lot and I'd have to say this is the best value place with the kindest and most accommodating staff that I've come across. The French owner and his Thai wife will go out of their way to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one. Their attention to detail is admirable, the rooms/bedding is comfortable and clean and their breakfast is awesome. We asked for baguettes ahead of time and in combination with the best omelette I've had in a long while and homemade jam that will blow your mind (my partner is now an addict of the mango and the coconut jam) we wouldn't even consider staying somewhere else in Samui."

"Overall really happy we chose florist resort. Originally I only booked the standard Ac room for 3 nights to get the free airport pickup, then I wanted the option to switch if we didn't like it. We ended up staying for 5 more nights. Room: Initially we were skeptical since we walked in and there were tons of mosquitoes in the room. There were some small gaps in the door so we were scared we were going to get ambushed at night. We killed all the mosquitoes and I'm happy to say the room was pretty mosquito free from that point on.The room is clean which is most important, the furniture and towels are old and worn. But, for what we paid, I think its fine as they were clean. the staff should consider cleaning the dead mosquito bodies off the wall though. Breakfast: its included with the room. Standard stuff... every morning I had watermelon, pineapple, instant coffee, toast, Bacon, and a plain omelette (made to order). You can also get oj, cereal and eggs done other ways. Restaurant: food is decent. Not the best not the worst, not the most expensive, not the cheapest. We would usually get lunch there, then eat at arun@samui for dinner or somewhere else in town. Arun has amazing, high quality, cheap Thai food (first restaurant on the left after the long dirt road). Staff: nice and attentive. They all seem like extremely hard workers to make florist resort nice. Maenam beach: we went mid may and it was awesome. Very few people there. My husband and I were the only ones chilling at the beach in front of our resort most everyday. No idea what others at our hotel were doing... maybe the pool? Florist should fix their beach chairs though. Some were broken. After beachtime I would go get a massage from bliss u spa. Toy is sooooooo nice. Left side from the street right off the beach close to the resort."

"If You want to avoid the most commercial part of Koh Samui, and still not stay at a resort or in the nice fishingvillage Bo Phut, then I really think this is the best part of Koh Samui to stay at. Lolita bungalows offers nice, spacious bungalows with AC, Hot water and nice beds. Each bungalow has different standard, but are still ok. When we arrived we first got a bungalow where the ac-machine didn´t work. But it was no problem to change emmdt. We also wanted to extend our stay with 2 more days and it was no problem to arrange even though they where almost fully booked. They clean the bungalow and change bedclothes every day. They say that they offer the best food in the village, but unfortunately we didn´t agree. We went to "The Hammock" at the same beach for their fantastic breakfast buffet, and had fantastic dinner at "Talay café". If You rent a motorbike You can easily go to Bo Phut for a nice dinner at 5 star restaurants, but also cheaper versions. If You want shopping they You should definately go to another village. But overall we where really satisfied with our stay. But honestly I´m not very impressed with Koh Samui as a destination. If You want to explore Thailand and the Thai culture, go to another Island."

"I cannot stress enough how beautiful this collection of bungalows is. The location is right on the beach and oh what a view it is! The family that run it are lovely and will do anything to help you, there is always some around too! You can have a massage on their wooden veranda over looking the turquoise waters of samui. Absolute bliss. The value for money is amazing, it's the upmost luxury at half the price. I'm 23 and that is really saying something! I had an air conditioned one bedroom bungalow with living room all to myself for 397 Chinese Yuan which is approximately 40 GBP...it would have been cheaper if it weren't for the service charge, hotel tax and city tax...whatever that is I don't know. I'd book via somewhere else but I wanted this hotel and it was the only sight it was still available through. Very, very highly recommended. "

"Staff friendly and helpful, good size room, cute cats. Mae Nam Beach is suit us (couple) more than Chaweng and Lamai Beach due to less girly bars. Beach is clean and water is clear (in the end of Feb, 2020), also deep enough for real swimming. We hired a motorbike and stayed for 7 nights, would definitely return to this lovely little hotel, definitely recommend!"

"we decided to stay here as the hotel was in a quieter part of ko samui and it was closer to the ferry terminal for our onward trip to ko tao. when we booked we didn't have particularly high hopes as the hotel price was heavily discounted. however, it was one of the more comfortable stays we had whilst we travelled around thailand. plus points include rooms of a reasonably high spec (given price), pretty cool roof swimming pool and free dvd hire (all rooms came with a tv and dvd player). also, staff were really genuine and very helpful. negative points, the hotel is on the main ring road that goes around ko samui, also the hotel corridors seemed a little austere (perhaps i'm being petty). "The resort is located at the most beautifuly natural and clean Maenam beach (palms all around, wide and long sandy beach, crystal water, resorts are at the beach, but you can hardly seen them behind the palms and they organicly flows inside the palms, that was big pluss compere to other beaches.)Everest resort is located about 3 min walk from the beach, in calm, green, nise and quiet street, were is everything that you need: shops, restaurants, even washing machine. I was really glad that I booked this place, on this cozy street, it was like paradise after Bangkok noise. The owner is great, polite, provide all the information that we needed and even made a exellent tour around the island, much cheaper than the tour companies, so we saw the other places in island, other beaches in Koh Samui and this place and this beach I liked the best. "Khwan Beach Resort was an exceptional experience in Samui. Very chic and comfortable , perfect for a couples' getaway. At the eastern end of Maenam beach, it felt very private but still close enough to eateries/activities. Although not on the beach, it's a short stroll through a shaded tunnel to the sand. (There's a great drink shack to the right, run by Eddy. Fresh coconuts and smoothies, also thai beer). The staff was lovely, very friendly and attentive. (Make sure to get a cocktail from Tay at the bar.) We stayed in Tamarind Villa and although it's a tented suite, it was definitely a glamourous camp. The outdoor bathroom was the best part, it was wonderful to shower underneath the full moon and stars. Koh Samui was a beautiful island to explore but Khwan Beach made it a sweet getaway. Thanks for everything! I highly highly recommend. "
