"I book this hotel for 4 old ladies. What i saw: Nice welcome with drink, smile and good room with perfect view. What they 4 said: All was perfect, good choice for breakfast, big swiming pool. For a good price you get maximum. The only small disadvantage is location, coz to the beach you have to cross bussy street. However the hotel has free shuttle to beach 4x a day. They did not try, but is nice they think about everything. In fact i dont know if the location is plus or minus coz is bettween everything and if you are not lazy walk 15 minutes so then location is definitely plus."

"very good location, easy access to all the shops on the road closest and paralleled to the beach. bonus that by the side of the hotel have very very good and stylish italian and french restaurant just in front of the road and the other hotel stick by. room is quite good and large than its price, swimming pool is medium size, not large and not small. but in room tv is out of date tv 4:3 format and quite small screen size, better update to 16:9 lcd or led and larger screen size (which nowadays it's very cheap). and also too less english language tv programs, hbo and cinemax are very good channel hotel chose for customers, but the picture is poor quality and not clear. in hotel restaurant needs more stylish furnishing to attract more customers at lunch, because at lunch i can notice have nobody eat. breakfast buffet is quite good, but the coffee taste is too weak. atmosphere inside the hotel is very good. but in room must put the lamp for reading books beside the bed because the light is too weak to read in bed before bed time, in my room have not any. that's enough for this time."

"Very good location. They had Rainy Season specials with a discount for the 3rd night. The hotel was busy with "bus-loads of tourists. - Staff spoke passable English. - The breakfast buffet was .. well a buffet. - Across the street from "FATHER TED's - IRISH PUB & STEAKHOUSE". - Bintabaht night life (near the Hilton) is very close for an easy walk. - Many nearby restaurants, bars, night markets, etc.. - Beach is very close (300 m?). (It would require $300-$500/night to get closer)"

"Very nice hotel. Clean. Friendly reception. Breakfast was very nice. Layout of room was a bit unconventional but ok for short stay. Aircon worked well and was quiet but blew over beds so had to turn down on a night. About 20 min walk to strip of bars either walking street or soi 80. No path on busy road when walking to soi 80. Hotel was worth what we payed and we were very happy with it."

"First Things First: I'm not a tourist - I'm a foreign teacher teaching English and I've been in Thailand since 2014. But I was a "tourist" in theory when I stayed at this hotel. My review will reflect my thoughts as a non-Thai but with my understanding that Thailand is NOT the same as America, my home country. VALUE FOR THE MONEY - I rated this a 4/5 because the Wifi was very unreliable during my Thai gf and my stay (Friday, Dec. 30 - Tuesday, Jan. 3 ~ 4 nights total). The Wifi is by AIS, which is one of the major wireless companies in Thailand. As a cellular company they are rumored to be the best; during my stay, the Wifi would cut in and out to the point my gf and I had to use our 4G mobile data connection. Early mornings Wifi was reliable but as tourist filled the rooms or came back or woke up the Wifi proved unreliable. Not a super big deal but this point and review is for folks who are new to Thailand. This Wifi situation is NOT common in Thailand so if you will stay here and for a long time, you might want to get a prepaid SIM (just a suggestion). Also on this same topic, the *free* included breakfast with our stay was a nice touch. Eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, juice, cereal, etc. and a local Thai dish each morning. My gf and I ate breakfast every morning and while it was not super good it was delicious. I booked the room with "partial ocean view." I was on the 6th level and I had a very good view of the ocean. Partial yes but that is a very conservative word to describe it -- I had about 120 degree view of ocean view (in short, I had more ocean view then I was expecting). Very nice touch. LOCATION - 5/5 stars because it's across from a 7-11 shop, a short walk to the beach, a short walk to the main night market, etc. Across from the hotel, next to 7-11, is what I will refer to as a "Thai night market," meaning you can buy Thai food for like 40+ baht, which is a great price and won't break the bank. Also, this hotel is one block away from "

"This hotel is really nice. First of all, the security is pretty well. They will give you a key when you check in to scan before using the lift or stairs. The room is clean and the price is on budget. I paid like 20$ for a night. There is a 7-eleven next to them. But only a disadvantage is the location. It might take 10-15 minutes to walking street. It is quite quiet at night and the way to walk seems insecure. It would be better if you rent a moto because finding a place to park a car around walking street is not a good idea."
