I read poor reviews for this hotel in the past but recently it has undergone extensive refurbishment and new management. We stayed in VIP room and it is roomy and comfortable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There is free Wi-Fi and connection is reliable but a little slow. Some negatives about the room: 1. Shower area very small (but water pressure is good and tem...
Got this as a last minute booking whilst travelling. Room was pretty basic but clean and the hotel has parking and is within easy walking distance of the riverfront, tha sadet market and the popular Viernamese restaurant, Daeng Namnuang. If you're looking for a cheap, clean room in a good location then this is it.
This hotel has been operating for less than 6 months. So, it is bright and beautiful. The staff is very nice and courteous. There was some mistake upon checking in. I booked for a superior room for 2 persons and a standard room for 1 person. At first, I was given 2 standard rooms. I asked the clerk to check and the problem was promptly rectified. The superior room we...
The hotel and its staff are excellent. It a nice, new, and clean facility. Its location is convenient to city center, markets and the Friendship Bridge. Rooms are simple and comfortable. Restaurant is good, and the rooftop bar and bistro is excellent...and provides one of the best views of Nong Khai and the Mekong River. You would have a difficult time finding a be...
I will start with the only con and thats the wifi its not so great especially if you need it for business apart from this the hotel is great i live in nong khai and had to use this hotel ive used many hotels in nong khai and this is by far the best. The breakfast is a thai breakfast but as long as it fills your belly thats fine with me, the rooms are immaculate the tv ...
I LOVE this hotel. If this room was in New York City it would cost about $300 USD. The room design is not normal Thai, in any way. I was told their home office is in the tourist south and this explains how they have such a great design. The room is very modern, very clean, very comfortable and very nice. The hotel is 10 minutes walk to the border and for 80 baht...
staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and new. But I think the hotel is good for people who have car or motorbike. The hotel is near main road and about 10-15 mins walk to the main attraction likes Tha-Sadet Market.
The location was great for the hotel, great service, markets close by with a few restaurants. Finding parking was a little mission, but the friendly staff escorted us to the hotel car park and we enjoyed our stay.
So clean, spacious, modern and extremely comfortable bed. Would stay here again and recommend to all! The bathroom has its own shower. Great hotel.
stayed for four days, great value for money, room was big, with lcd tv, clean, comfortable bed, bathroom was nice, wifi included and works perfectly. the staff was friendly, and the hotel is close to the main road, yet very quiet, two blocks from tha sadet market and the megonk river, restaurants, bars and shops close by. only con was that on the 3rd day there was n...
I visited the hotel with my wife during the off-season, the price was very good. I was very happy with the hotel. The room was nice and with a nice view and balcony. I had a hire car which I was advised to park in a rough parking lot opposite the hotel. I was very uneasy about parking there as there were large buses and a taxi rank there and very few cars! My hire c...
We enjoyed our stay here very much. Everything was new. The hotel and rooms are beautifully decorated. The balcony/terrace outside each room was great. The area around the pool had lots of shade and places to sit and relax amongst the orchids and palms. The hotel restaurant served good Thai food. The best thing was the smiling, friendly, helpful staff. They had limited...
wonderful little hotel a little bit outside of the centre of nong khai. quiet and peaceful. very stylish house and garden, built to the visions of the owner of the house. the owner and staff do anything to make the visitor feel as being a part of the family. the owner speaks english very well, due to a long stay overseas. the food that this hotel serves is also a1 !...
the hotel is very new, when i got of plane at udon thani mini bus drivers had never heard of it he then took me in to town and droped me at the wrong hotel and drove of i then had to pay a tuktuk driver to take me to modern inn but he didnot know where it was.the hotel is listed as being in nong khai city centre it is not u have to get a tuktuk into town, they need to te...
My first impression upon arriving at the hotel was that it seemed abandoned. My second impression was that reminded me of my first car - a Buick Regal. It was a luxury car but came at an inexpensive price due to age taking it's toll so that it was no longer a luxury experience. At some point, a luxury hotel decides whether it will try to maintain high standards, or if...
Neat and clean, peaceful environment, good location, kind and helpful staff. Best hotel in Nong Khai
Nice and quiet location .The owner is very friendly and knowledgable he also gave good recomendation about good place in town .room clean and tidy .it would be better if the hotel has pool and safety box.
Nong Khai doesn't get a great deal of tourist traffic, its chief claim to fame being that it's one end of the Friendship Bridge connecting Thailand and Laos. That said, one could easily while away a couple of pleasant days in this sleepy riverside town, where excellent food, great massages and plenty of greenery are all readily available. Should you choose to do so,...
