Book from Agoda for about 54SGD per night. Selected this place as based on the price I get a huge space unit, free breakfast and a new place. Very resort feel lobby with all the resort furnitures, layout and setup. Check in was easy and fast as receptionist speaks good English. The rooms are in an apartment style building. The white color building somehow just didn't match the resort feel. As expected the room size I had at Block 5 was huge. Bed was comfy. Room with digital aircon. Artistic minimalist furniture. TV mounted on the wall was atat small BUT the best signal reception in all the Pattaya hotels I have stayed. Room is very clean. no funky smell. Toilet is also clean but lack simple stuff such as tooth brush unless you call them for it. Hot and cold water in the shower was OK. Full breakfast layout and food was great. Recommend to sit out side as the airconditining area will make your clothes smell due to the cooking and poor exhaust. Huge pool area. You kinda don't want to go to Pattaya beach anymore. There is a spa center which I think for its cleanliness, the price is OK. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely come back if the same price still stands.

It was my second time in 3 years. Rooms in higher floor are really old while the middle floors are nicer. Every room here has great ocean view with comfortable space (quite larger than most of hotels in the same grade in Pattaya). Parking lot is large (most of Pattaya hotels are not). Swimming pools are good but no speration between that of children and adults so I have to be very careful when my children stay in the pool. ABF is par. Overall is good for money I pay.

I quite often stay at Pattaya and Jomtien area for last 10 years. So far it was not bad for my choice of hotel.However, this time I chose MARINE BEACH HOTEL PATTAYA was absolutely collect. First of all the hotel room has very good amenity and equipment, I can see how serious owner of hotel choose these, not cheap look as others. Room is tidy and clean at all. I can see training of staff is well done to welcome guest. Most impressive point is BREAKFAST, even 5 star hotel serve prepare coffee(mad water) but they brew one by one and full range of coffee variety. Food including selection of Bread are not like other, so far this is a best Breakfast. I will come back again sure.

First time in Pattaya and chose this hotel which located at Jomtien Beach area. Hotel location is great as in the middle of the Jomtien. Jomtien beach is far from the main city area but it considered as another centralised location of its own. Cost of travelling to the main city attractions like central festival mall and walking street is around 200 baht in a group of 7 persons with the use of pattaya single cab "duk duk". 7-eleven is right beside the hotel only which is so convenient for the travellers. Beach is just across the road. Walking down the street you can see lots of shop along the road. Easy access to the Jomtien night market with lots of foods and bar which are so happening at night but recommend to use a single cab duk duk (transportation) with only 10 baht per person if lazy to walk down the street. Hotel has really good massage service. Staff is friendly and helpful with lots of greet and smiles on their face. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel was very good value for money, it is in a very good location close to Jomtien Beach and Pattaya is easily accessible. The rooms were ok, clean & tidy but a little dated, the hotel pool is very nice. Some of the additonal services were quite expensive, such as taxi / massage Internet WIFI extremeley expensive however the internet cafe opposite the hotel offer cheap daily / weekly WIFI internet access which works very well. It is not a 5 star hotel but I would highly recommend it, very happy overall.

I traveled with my kids, wife, and sister. The facilities are really good. Best part: their large, beautiful, and clean pool. My family had a very good time at it. You can even relax and have drinks by the pool. They have a beautiful little garden around the pool. Worst part: their in-room food service does not work. I ordered twice, but didn't get any food. Probably the staff picking up the phone does not understand English. This hotel is literally close to the beach. And the break fast is served near the beach. You can see waves and trees while having the breakfast. The surrounding is pretty clean. I walked with my whole family with ease. It's very easy to hop into Baht buses. And most of the taxis and Baht buses knows the place by name. Jomtien night market is a 5-minute walk where you can have a great dinner with very low price and enjoy other family tourists and music in open air. I would definitely go to this hotel if I visit Pattaya again.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel and Resort. Ive stayed in other hotels in the Jomtien area before and this was above and beyond any of them. The location of the Hotel couldn't be better as it gives you easy access to Pattaya, the harbor, and Jomtien. The hotel staff were knowledgeable and very helpful, most spoke decent English and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The pool is fantastic. The room was clean and comfortable with great views of the beach, refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, bottled water, etc.. The breakfast buffet was the best ive ever experienced in Thailand in the 30+ years ive been coming here. This will definitely be my hotel of choice when visiting Pattaya in the future. Our stay at the Inn Residence was wonderful. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, that is away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya but close the the beach and getting about in town. Then this is the place for you. It was easy to find and only a couple of 100 meters deep into the Soi it is located on. The beach is just a few minutes walk from the Inn. The room was wonderful and so very comfortable. Our room had all the conveniences of home. It is a great place to go and relax after a long day of having fun in Pattaya. The staff was more than accommodating. They were helpful with every request and very question we had. I recommend this place for a short stay or long stay. We definitely be staying here again.

They claim to be a 3 star hotel around the Jomtien Pattaya area but after staying for 2 nights and experiencing the room, it feels more 4 star than anything. The hotel is located further back from Jomtien Beach and will be a bit of a walk but it is flanked by both Family Mart and 7-Eleven which makes purchasing snacks and drinks so easy. Breakfast is not provided here but should you wish not to venture out, the two convenience stores will easily fulfill your first meal of the day with coffee to boot. The rooms are clean, cosy and tastefully furnished with a modern industrial concrete-effect wall and ceiling finishing. Our room even came with a small balcony. Staff were friendly and more importantly, the AC was ice cold! Would love to stay here again if we come back to Pattaya.

I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice room and good location near the beach. It's close enough to Pattaya for some fun night life yet far enough away to be quiet and an enjoyable place to stay. We didn't use the pool, but swan in the sea every day and went jetskiing, tubing behind a boat etc. If you want a big pool this is NOT the hotel for you. I'd rather swim in the sea anyway. Good location near beach nice swimming pool,nice rooms and off season price.Great breakfast that in rest of the world would be called brunch,they have even some lunch items,unfortunatelly its only to 10 am.May good for Germany but in Pattaya/Jomtien caming back at 1 am one needs wake up call.Annoying music 7 pm to 11 from hotel restaurant,does it have to be so loud?It disrupted my sleep only first day after arrival,than one is going places..Also be ready for long checkout even if all paid?only thats why less points for personel,otherwise maximum for all..Summary nice peace of real estate in excellent location,great deal for off season price.

this hotel was by far the best hotel that i have stayed in all of thailand. the water pressure for the showers was great and the customer service was very great also. the swimming pool felt like it was a private swimming pool and was not overlly crowded. this hotel has greatly beaten the four star hotel down the road from them which is a four star hotel. i would have to say the rolay thai pavilion deserves a better rating than just three stars. we would gladly return to stay again at this hotel and thanks for the free wifi.

It was our first time in Jomtien Pattaya. We liked our stay so we decided to extend it with 2 more days. + Def the roof top pool. What a view and it was nice after a long day in the sun to cool off. + Good location. Near the Jomtien Night Marked or just go to the beach street and grab a bathbus/songthaew where for only 10bath can hop off where u want on its route. Google their route as it will be very concenient for you. We used it a lot. ÷ as many other places,the walls are thin. You hear everything. ÷ Breakfast was okay, but the problem is when the hotel has too many guests and there is only app. 10 tables (5x4 and 5×2). The staff tried their best to keep up with cleaning tables and refill the food though :-)

We managed to get a flash deal on agoda. We were pretty lucky. 50% off. It was a very relaxing and plesent stay. Very quiet compared to the rest of Pattaya. I thought quite family/couple orientated. We stayed in a room on floor eight. It was one of the cheaper rooms but it overlooked the pool below, the sea to the right, derelict land and mountains to the left. We really liked that we were allowed to use both swimming pools, as there were two. I especially liked the newer of the two pools that our room overlooked. Raised up on the 2 floor, the pool itself was not deep but designed nicely with a nice view of the sea across the road. The road suprisingly was not that busy. I presume because we were away from most of the hustle and bustle of the main area round there. I thought the buffet breakfast was good. It had a variety of food from all over the world. I thought the fried eggs could have been heated up as they were a little cold. But a small criticism. Overall, very impressed. A short 20 baht songtaew ride to the centre of Jomtien or central Pattaya from outside the hotel. A place which we would probably visit again if we managed to get it for a similar price.

I and my girlfriend fully enjoyed staying at this nice small design hotel. We choose a room with our own swimmingpool and we were very plesed with everything. We have stayed at som 4 and 5 star hotels before this hotel and my girlfriend and I both decided that tis was the best hotel so far. The hotel is 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. You can go with taxe in only 15 minutes to Pattaya beach if you prefer the nightlife there.

Probably the best value hotel I have stayed in over the 20 odd years I have been coming to Thailand. The breakfast for 2( included in the price) was worth 300 Baht alone which was just under half the price of the room itself! For that price it is difficult to criticise. The room we stayed in overlooked the neighbouring hotel whose noisy tour buses would arrive early morning and evening regularly but if you closed the door to the balcony it was not overly intrusive The hotel itself is a collection of 8 storey blocks built around an internal roadway so not a conventional set up for a hotel but works fine. No room WiFi while we were there (they said it was broken but didn't seem in a hurry to get it fixed) but they are fine with you sitting on sofas at reception to go online. Location close to the beach at the beginning of Jomtien strip so easy to get transport into Central Pattaya. Walking distance to Pattaya Water Park along the quiet beach road (carry straight on along the beach road where the main road veers off to Pattaya) - a few nice cafes and restaurants (one with live jazz) along this road with bits of the beach here unencumbered with the usual umbrellas and deckchairs etc.

My stay at the Sunshine guest house was excellent , i recommend to anyone looking for a quality stay in Jomtien Beach Pattaya. I originally only planned to stay for one week but ended up staying for four weeks. Everything about this guest house is of the highest quality. All the staff are very friendly and willing to help with anything. The rooms are very clean and well equipped with everything you need. The Guest house is in a central location and is very easy to get anywhere around Pattaya. The beach is only fifty meters from the guest house at the end of the street.street. Ive traveled all over Asia and most of Europe and i have to say this is the best Guest house i have stayed at.I will definitely be coming back again.

We just kept saying 'wow' when we saw our room, the furnishings, and the view of the sea and Jomtien. We ate out at various seafood restaurants during our stay, so I can't comment on the hotel restaurant. Although some way out from the centre of Jomtien (the hotel is in Na-Jomtien) cheap local buses (song taews) pass the hotel every few minutes 10 baht any distance so getting to the centre of Jomtien or even Pattaya is not a problem.

I booked a room for a friend to stay for 8 nights. She kept telling me how this room was very clean and very responsible price. The cleaning lady was very friendly and always served her bottled water and coffee packages every day since my friend didn't want a cleaning service to her room every day( she likes privacy). Well nothing negative about this hotel or staffs. Everyone seems to be very helpful when needed. My friend took a baht bus (20 baht) to Central which was confused us cause we read the previous comment and the guy said he got charged 10 baht, not sure if she got fooled. Location is alright for a family or people who are into quiet places around, it is not that close to downtown Pattaya just saying. I can't wait to book mine and stay at this hotel next year!!!

Generally okay and I would consider staying there again. However, it is not really a hotel more of a condo complex with a pool where rooms are rented out. The good points were very good but there were some surprising irritations which would be easy to fix. We rented a junior suite at a big discount which was well worth the extra space . The suite had two big bedrooms with huge comfortable king size beds, two bathrooms, a small eating area with a table but with only two chairs, a 30ft by 20ft lounge, and a private balcony by the pool which measured 8ft by 60ft. There was a TV screen in each bedroom and the lounge, with reasonable choice of channels. However, the bedroom furniture was totally inadequate for clothing storage, there was no coffee table in the lounge so that although we could sit on either of the two sofas there, we had nowhere to put drinks or snacks except the floor. A kettle was provided but no cups or mugs with handles, so we had to buy them to make hot drinks. The fridge worked very well but switched off when the key was taken out of the slot by the door, along with all the other electrics. There were no plastic chairs or sun loungers to use on the private balcony, which kind of destroyed the purpose of having the balcony. There were no towel rails in the bathrooms. The swimming pool was only 3ft deep along its entire length and not really suitable for adults swimming. The pool was clean despite it being a watering hole for the local pigeons, but there should have been a warning notice saying "No Diving" given the shallowness of the pool. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were tables, umbrellas and chairs by the pool, but no sun loungers. There were no other problem guests while we were there. The hotel dining room was not operational while we were there, but given the proximity to Jomtien beach road this was not a problem. The rooms were well cleaned and fresh towels provided every day.

my partner and i had a level up from the now hotel (complete rip off) to the fifth. first look at the place you get exactly what you saw in the brochure. my family also travelled - and my mum is in a wheelchair- service were extra polite (maybe it the thai way as my mum is thai), and the hotel is wheelchair friendly. the bathroom is a bit small, but has all the bits and bobs you need to get clean. the bed is firm but very comfortable- and the aircon is positioned and set at a level that keeps you extra chilled on those hot and humid nights. no smoking in rooms but has a cute little balcony. small gym behind pool- even if you dont use it, it always adds points. good food in restaurant- thai and western. just a 5 min walk down the road to the beach- out of the way of usual pattaya hustle and bustle. laundry and massage places all around. negatives- the road outside was not so wheelchair friendly- concrete is uneven- some kind of construction going on (don't know what- but need to watch feet). pool is a bit dangerous- getting in and out v. slippery, black tiles so not so clear underwater. no kettle for some reason, but a microwave that can easily heat up the water. most of the time only one guys serving in the restaurant, he's sometimes not so pronto (spotted him string at topless guys on facebook- but hey it is pattaya), and for some strange reason the cook up and left at 2pm on a thursday. all in all it's a convenient, not too pattaya-esque hotels close up the lovely jomtien beach, great restaurants all around, thorough cleanin lady ( especially after you cover the floor with sand they're much appreciated. buses go all the way down the strip and also can take you to the famous walking street in 10 mins.

staying at JOMTIEN TWELVE HOTEL for 2 days... at first i choose this hotel because its still affordable and just a step away from the beach.. About the location. just a few steps to go to minimart... I booked the standard room, the room not too big but its enought for 2 person... what i dont like about the room is only the light, its a little bit dark... What I super like for this hotel? the staff is super duper friendly and fluently in english.... they help us A LOT... really really A LOOOOT.... we can get recommend about where to go, what to do and what transportation we can used.. Ahh.. they also lend us beach towels if we want to play at the beach... for the breakfast, we can have a few choice menu that we can order as much as we want... overall.. i have a super good holiday staying at JOMTIEN BEACH....and will book it again if i want to go to PATTAYA~

Hotel is old, looks elegance if it was 30 years ago but well clean. the furniture is old , Room is good location for sea view. Staff is friendly Large car park (most of them is touring bus for Chinese) Breakfast is good taste. Not much for selecting. **Hotel has many Chinese tourists, so it could be inconvenience sometimes such as elevator or breakfast queue. Conclusion : Pros : Cheap high floor sea view 180 degree room. Cons : It's still look old.

Modern hotel Deluxe room first floor was just 1 meter from swimmingpool and we even get breakfast to balcony. Afternoon sunshine comes to swimmingpool and perfect for me that sun not shine all day there and balcony. Smiling friendly staff and good clean everyday. Low season breakfast menu have 4 option so no need to eat same food every morning. We booked 2 nights but stay 4 night Hot water was not hot but such high temperature it was no problem at all. 7/11 bit faraway but still walking distance on the beach road. We enjoy our stay.

this was our first hotel stay in thailand, and it set very high standards for the other hotels which we would be visiting later. the location is quite good if you want to stay opposoite the beach, also the walk around the hotel is fabulous.at the entrance is a swimming pool which adds beauty to the hotel.the rooms are quite spacious, all the facilities like locker,chairs,tables,almirah are available. the rooms are maintained quite well.there was a bit of communication problem with the hotel staff and understandably so but the travel agent of the hotel solved all our problems. she was the most affable person i met in entire thailand trip, not only did she book all out trips in pattaya, but also helped us communicate with the hotel staff as her english was quite decent. the icing on the cake was the gud spa facility in the hotel itself.also, since it is at the beach, we could commute in pattaya with ease with the help of the local transport called tuktuk.
