"The resort is located north on White Sand Beach with a large 7-eleven store next to the resort with many restaurants, shops, spas along the beach road. We stayed in a sea view grand deluxe room. The balcony had a Jacuzzi and 2 beach chairs. The room was spacious with a comfortable oversize king bed. The large walk-in shower had hand held and overhead controls. We had an excellent view of the gorgeous swimming pool, grounds and White Sand Beach. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious with many Western and Thai dishes. Eggs made to order. I enjoyed the pancakes and waffles, hot tea and coffee. There is ample outdoor seating (right on the beach) and indoor seating in case of rain. The grounds are beautiful and immaculately manicured. The sea side swimming pool is large with a swim-up bar and also a children's pool. There are saunas and comfortable lay-down beach chairs. Large beach towels are available in your room. You can enjoy lunch and dinner pool side. During dinner, there is live music supplied by a beautiful Fillipino lady and a key-board player. The beach is wonderful and the water is free of any foreign substances. There are 3 swimming pools at the Hillside building. The roof top pool provides a great view of the beach and the hotel's seaside facilities. The roof top pool has Jacuzzis on one side of the pool and also a swim-up bar. There is a 3 story water slide here. There is a spa at the hotel but we choose to go to massage places along the beach road. This hotel has everything you need for creature comforts and the section of White Sand Beach at the hotel is simply fantastic. I believe this resort and spa should be considered a 5 star property. Would definitely recommend this resort for couples and families. Enjoy you visit here. "

"I’m staying at Kacha for 3d time & will come back again. Hotel is perfectly located at white sand beach, where you can find all you need (all types of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, massage salons, blanks &etc) each evening just in front of Kacha are parking cars with street food. Im always staying at seaside chalet. Rooms are wide, clean & bride. Each equipped with flat screen tv, AC, fan, kettle , free bottle of water, free fruit basket, free cheeps are served everyday +tea, coffee. Good speed free WiFi is available in the room & hotel territory, also at the beach. Breakfast is more Asian & not big variety, but everyone can find his type of food for morning. At the seaside restaurant live music in the evening +20% to Kacha in-house guests. Beach is clean, but with stones, you need to walk few meters to free of stones beach. I enjoyed my stay in Kacha & found it more than comfortable, so will definitely recommend it to my friends. "

"It can be pot luck sometimes choosing a hotel online in a place you've never been. We are frequent travelers to Thailand, and Grand view resort was a wonderful find. Its just at the end of White sands beach, but that's perfect if you want something a little quieter. You can swim straight in front of the hotel, restaurant has lovely food, and reasonable pricing for Thailand. Breakfast was always great. Facilities were good. Easy access to ATM's, 7/11, Supermarket across the road, "night life" only a few mins walk if you like that sort of thing. After touring all over the island on scooters we quickly realized this was the best hotel and in the best location on the island. We will definitely come back again, because 2 weeks wasn't enough."

"I have been to Thailand nearly a dozen times and my stay at Chang Buri was the best experience so far. We were greeted with a cool drink at reception and checked in quickly and efficiently. Our beautiful room was the deluxe seaside with breakfast situated in a two storey building. Very nice layout with a lovely chaise lounge in the box window which overlooked the villas, the smaller pool area and had views of the ocean through the trees. The room had a small balcony with two cane chairs which also shared the view. The room looked exactly like the promo pictures. I liked the bathroom which seemed part of the whole room making it feel larger. It was separated from the bedroom by clear glass panels, but also had sliding opaque doors if you wanted a bit more privacy. Large mirror above a sink with a power point nearby. Hairdryer. Good lighting above the mirror. Tea and coffee making facilities. Free bottles of water every day. Room safe. The room was made up every day with beautiful towel art and flowers scattered on our bed. The grounds and infinity pool were exceptionally maintained. Views out towards the ocean. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas available by the pool and sea. Access to the sea is via a slope of shallow steps. Small cafe/restaurant for lunch/drinks/snacks just in front of the pool and prior to the ocean deck. Breakfast was quite varied with many choices, to suit the tastes of different guests. Hotel location was ideal for us. Just at the south end of White Sands Beach which is the main touristy beach. It is a very long stretch of white sand with plenty of beach cafes and restaurants. There is no real access to WSB via the beach from Chang Buri unless you swam, however a very short 5 minute walk to beach access and all the street stalls, shops, restaurants and cafes. Perfect if you want to be a little out of it but still really close. We were very happy with our stay here and plan to do it all again next year."

"We travel often and normally stay in 4/5-star hotels (Andaz Maui, Visa Luxury, Pullman), but this was one of the best hotel experiences we had. We will return! Location: 2 min walk to the best part of White Sand Beach (no dirt, no rocks, sand and clean beach area for sunbath and swim) Staff: Best trained staff we ever experienced. Very friendly and polite. Open for conversations, but also attentive enough to respect your personal space if you needed it. Moreover they very often asked to make sure whether we had everything we needed. Rooms: Large, always superclean. Also cleaning staff was very friendly. Food: One very good 3 course dinner was complimentary. Breakfast had changing dishes. Also if you came 10 minutes prior to closing (like we did..) they still brought out fresh food and let the buffet open until we were done. only thing: We stayed in 310 and had poor wifi reception. We heard other rooms had it better. Maybe this can be improved. We had mobile data and were ok though."

"The Hotel is exactly opposite the the beach if you take the beach side. There are two parts of the hotel- beach side and hill side. Its better if you opt for the Beach side as the cost difference is not much and the view from these rooms are awesome and all of these are pool+beach facing. Breakfast was good. The wifi was not so good but that should not be a concern for anyeone while choosing any hotel(My past exp says all hotels have bad wifi). The cleanliness of the rooms could have been better but i still say it was not bad at all.Additionally for anyone who likes Indian Food, there is a restaurant just opposite to this hotel which server really tasty Indian cuisines. Recommended for anyone who wants to stay in Koh-Chang at White Sand beach. Enjoy!"

"I stayed at the resort for 2 nights during the long weekend. Because of the monsoon hit the island so some part of the building is broken. The staffs upgraded the room for me without any charge, that’s a really kind and high responsibility of them. The location is right in the central of White sand beach surrounding by restaurants, convenient stores, market and stuffs. The resort is on the beach which is very amazing too. The foods are very good, you can have both Thai and American breakfast. The staffs are very friendly and gave me lots of suggestions. I love this place and recommend you to stay there :))) "

"The Alina staff are super friendly. The hotel has all the amenities you want and is priced right. It is just across the street from the beach and is close to many excellent restaurants. It also has an excellent pool. The staff’s answer to every request is “yes, no problem”. We have stayed at Alina each of the 3 years we have visited White Sand Beach on Koh Chang. We will be back. "

"It is very close to the beautiful white sand beach and has wonderful rooms. Big bathrooms and an entry to the beach. The beach on that side is a little bit Rocky, but if you walk like 2 more minutes to the north of white sand beach, you will have the most beautiful beach by your side. It is a new hotel, with a small bar in front of the hotel. The prices are very good and I would recommend to stay there. The only thing that we didn't like we're ants in the rooms, even though we had 2 different rooms for 2 different nights, in both have been ants. first in the bathtub and in the other room on the bed. But that's all."
