liked the location right on the main street of night life. we got good discount at agoda. place was very clean. pool, jacusi and wifi wer free. we extended our stay by a day in the same hotel. hotel staff was so good that they told us to do the booking though agoda rather than themselfs, said that it would be cheap that way. this is a true four star facility at the price of three star. it was got inhouse laundry and departmental store and message center. there is a very reasonalble indian resturant also just walking distance from this place. must take this if you get that at reasonable price.

This Hotel is just behind the Centric Sea condominum in Soi 16 Pattaya Klang. I would call this road "little India" as there are mainly Indian Restaurants in this road. Walking distance to Soi Buakoaw is just about 5 minutes. At the beginning of Soi 16 you will find also the famous Yellow Thai mango sellers where you can buy them 24hours including the famous sticky rice with mango. The Mae Wilae market with many little food stores and under the roof eating is also near. Coming back to the Hotel. The staff is very friendly, the Hotel is well looked after. Daily cleaning until 5:00pm possible, which is great for long sleeping. I had a room, facing the new May Hotel. I checked both Hotels, and the rooms are great in both Hotels. I had the feeling of staying in a 4 star Hotel. The bed as mention in other reviews are really great. They have a high-end pocket spring mattress with around 35cm thickness including the topper. This will make you sleep very well. Coming back for sure.

I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. It is located near the soi bakhao, with walking distance to pattaya festival shopping centre, beach, restaurants, bars, or you could easily take a motorbike taxi to walking street. This hotel is excellent value for money for a 4 star hotel and for the extra $10 aud a night I upgraded to the deluxe premium and the room was very spacious with a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful and because I checked in thru facebook, the give me 2 free cans of Coke. It has a rooftop swimming pool and the swimming pool is big enough to do a few laps and they have happy hour cocktails for 2 for the price of 1. The buffet breakfast is pretty good too, a lot better than these other Pattaya hotel buffet breakfasts. Next time I come to Pattaya, I'll be staying at this hotel again.

You just could not imagine that you could pay for less than HK$500 to get a four star hotel in Pattaya. Location is super; far away from the noisy walking street area, but located centrally at the city, that makes your travel time to other parts of Pattaya minimal. The hotel is located in a very quiet back street area. But this does not mean that it is hard to reach. We are a group of nine people. We don't have a problem of getting a tuktuk to go back to the hotel. In addition, you don't need to bargain too hard with the tuktuk driver They just offer to take us back to the hotel for 200 baht. Hotel is new and clean. The room is quite large. Apart from having a refrigerator, the rooms are even equipped with washer, microwave and induction cocker. You can even make your dinner at the hotel after you have brought some seafood for the Naklau Seafood Market. Seafood prices there is unbelievable low and there are abundant of varieties of seafood. I will highly recommend this hotel to others.

i have stayed at lk since 2005 on vacations. i made a bad review in april 18, 2011 and since then i've seen major changes for improvement. management has changed and that has really improved so much compared to one year before and now i highly recommend staying at lk metropole again. the service since we arrived at the car park to the front desk was good and best yet is their was so much respect given to my girlfriend who is thai and not a bar girl was great. location is up against restaurants, street food, atm, money exchange, motorbike rental, bars, go go's, taxi's, motorbike taxi's and more. staff was excellent during our entire trip and we had a few issues with our door and it was resolved quickly with some carving and shimming to help the door close properly. food is so so since food is made to order its hot but its hard to find it something i kept ordering and only ate breakfast 2 times our of the 22 days i stayed. however service in the restaurant was fantastic and very polite. i cannot say enough about the hotel again and am so glad its back to offering clean, polite and secure service at this hotel. i recommend 100%

August suites is one of best hotel to stay in pattaya. I was there for 3 day stay. It’s nice & silent & a very decent hotel situated in the heart of pattaya. Big spacious room & big bed makes u feels good. The staff is very nice & especially the manager Mr. Paul is very helpful & a nice person. In pattaya I went to Tiffany's Shooting Range so as I was a solo traveler I was not allowed to shoot as they wanted a witness as per rules for shooting. I called Mr. Paul and I was surprised when Mr. Paul personally came there within 5-7 minutes on his motor bike and he signed as a witness there and I was allowed to shoot. I thank Mr. Paul for helping me to complete my dream of shooting. I will suggest all to ask wherever you want to go he will guide u perfectly. American breakfast in the morning is good. But only problem with this hotel was the restaurant in the hotel closes around 6.30pm in the evening but I Didn’t have to worry as there were good Indian restaurants within 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel. August suites also have free internet service so over all best place to live with no worries.

If you are booking at LK President make sure to request a high floor. Unless you are afraid of heights. Even though it is on 3rd road the height of the hotel gives nice views of both the ocean and the city. One thing that has annoyed me for this hotel is everytime I book it through Agoda it has me pay at the hotel. I would rather have it paid through Agoda and not worry about cash. They also ask for 1000 baht deposit when checking in; not just taking a credit card in lieu of deposit. It's a nice hotel though and seems primarily used for bus tours. So you don't see many guests actually using the facilities of the hotel. This means the pool and swimming pool are normally empty. LK President is also advertising monthly stays so if you are thinking of relocating to Pattaya you can book here first through Agoda then if want to stay monthly can see what the rates are. The hotel has a parking garage and is in a prime location. It's a 1 minute walk across 3rd Road to a small street with 100 massage parlors filled with girls and Ladyboys. Recommended for those and many other reasons.

I stayed in deluxe room. This room is large bedroom, living room and shower room. Best choice for people who need hotel in central pattaya with reasonable prices (I booked it from Agoda). After checked-in, I walked to the sea in 10 minutes and central festive pattaya shopping mall in 15 minutes to have dinner This hotel didnt include breakfast. This is only one fault of this hotel I think. Because art in paradise is too crowded, I woke up early to go Art in paradise (only one interactive art mesuem in thailand) which you can walk from hotel in 20-30 minutes. After that I back to hotel and go to the deck of the hotel. It has swimming pool, sauna and fitness room which are free services. I really sad that i dont have more time to sauna. I really suggested this hotel becuase of good location, reasonable prices(quite cheap) and large room

Huge room with small balcony. Flat screen television, washing machine, microwave incl. Restaurant had good quality food. Pool narrow...only 4 sunbeds always in shade. Nice for relaxing but no good for sunbathing or for kids. This hotel is for solo's, couples or business. Location close enough to all amenities. A two minute stroll from the heart of Pattaya. Popular area with Indians...many Indian restaurants and also many small massage shops. @ Mind, however is mainly Japanese or European clientele. Motorbike taxi and convenience store on doorstep. I would return. For roughly 1,000TB a night the room was excellent value.

Personally this hotel is perfect for me. It's quiet, clean and friendly. The location is great as it's down a side street with bars and restaurants just a minute walk away. The roof top pool is lovely, the rooms are super clean and the staff very friendly indeed. There is a small restaurant in the lobby which cooks extremely nice food, both Thai and Western, for very cheap prices. There's a decent size safe in the room which is very easy-to-use and secure. It's guest-friendly (if that's what you're into). I will be staying here next time for sure. Don't doubt this place, just book it!!

What a great place! Having just decided that LK The Empress was probably my new favourite in Pattaya, I am changing my mind! We like everything we've seen in the LK Group so far; the hotels and the Leng Kee restaurant which is just 100 metres away from LK Royal Suite. However, this is a true highlight! We went for the basic suite but Agoda offered an upgrade to the Versace Suite for only 150 Baht more!!!!!! We did not hesitate. The best hotel I've ever stayed in? Well maybe not, but it is certainly a contender. The best room/suite? Almost certainly. If I had sufficient funds I'd book that Suite out permamently and move in tomorrow!

I enjoyed my stay at Golden Sea. It was well priced and good value for the price. Staff were excellent. Rooms were of good size and very clean Location is good being in Soi Bukhao which has many bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance to LK Metro and Beach Road. Breakfast was a little disappointing during my stay for the simple reason that everything was cold. The buffet options were very good, however the burners below were all off which influenced my rating from very good to disappointing. Maybe it was that particular day as it was really busy with many Indian families. Hotel is guest friendly. I only stayed the one night and value for money wise, would give it another try.

PROS-THE HOTEL IS LOCATED AT WELL SPACIOUS PLACE WITH FREE SHUTTLE TO DROP AT THE NEARBY STREET. ITS NOT THE MAIN STREET BUT LOCATED BEHIND THE MAIN ALLEY. 7/11 STORES AND INDIAN RESTAURANTS ARE ALSO WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. A NEAT HOTEL WITH GOOD ARRANGEMENTS. GOOD BREAKFAST FOR GLOBAL TOURIST BUT LTD IN INDIAN VARIETY. CONS- THE HOTEL CHARGES FOR KIDS EVEN WHEN YOU BOOK FOR A DELUXE ROOM WITH 2+1 ARRANGEMENT SO NEED TO CLARIFY BEFORE HAND. HOWEVER THE BIIGGEST FLIP SIDE IS THAT THE HOTEL DOES ACCEPT THE REQUEST OF EARLY CHECK IN EVEN FOR 2 HRS THAT TOO IN THE LEAN SEASON LIKE SEPT DUE TO RAINS IN THAILAND …THIS POLICY REQUIRES TO BE RECONSIDERED BY THE MANAGEMENT AS MOST OF THE CHECKOUTS ALSO THERE BETWEEN MIDNIGHT TO EARLY MORNING HOURS.

Page 10 has now become my hotel of choice in Pattaya. It is a newer hotel with spacious rooms. The bathroom is as big as some hotel rooms. It had a separate bath and shower and plenty of room to move around in. The room came with a safe and flat screen tv. It had a comfortable bed and quiet environment. The pool area was great. It was an outdoor rooftop pool that overlooked Pattaya. The dinning had quality food and friendly service. THey have an excellent breakfast spread. The location is the best thing about the hotel. It is one black from Central Festival Mall and walking distance to everything else. If Walking Street is your flavor, then it is just a 15 minute stroll from there. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Page 10. It gives you 4 star quality at an affordable price!

Have been here @ this hotel now on 4 occasions each time it's been EXCELLENT from the room location ( Block B ) looking over the pool, room cleaning service to the dining room were they cooked me bacon the way I liked it ( medium not crispy ) to the pool bar were they were always friendly, there was to many staff to name but all first class.... Only downside was the attitude of the INDIANS coming there by the coach load for a couple of days @ a time, they seem to DIS-REGARD ALL THAILAND RULES especially around the pool area with them trying to change right by the pool, but, bar staff put them in there place, they even went in the pool with clothes on when the pool bar girl was not there, ALSO, the Thailand BAN on smoking .......... .........THIS NEEDS TO BE STAMPED ON OR THEY WILL RUIN THIS QUALITY HOTEL STAR RATING...... One way would be to have it wrote on there paperwork that they fill in on arrival Seems that in India anything goes in regards to there behaviour. .REX / WAEPEN

I had a very good stay. This is a good hotel. It is a little out of the way. If you dont mind walking to 2nd road, which takes about 5 minutes, you should have a good time. Oh yeah, I almost forgot, they do have a hotel shuttle that runs to 2nd road/central. So really, you dont have to walk. It's seems to me to be one of those all inclusive hotels...since its a little off the beaten path. Its got a fitness center, pool, mini golf course, massage parlor, beauty parlor, resturant. Also, right acroos the street they got resturants, ice cream parlor, 7-11, ATM. The room is the best thing about this hotel for sure. I selected one of the suites and it had a massage chair in it. Wow!!! That thing felt great. The first couple of days I thought i would break that thing-because i was using it so much. I never had a hotel room with a massage chair. The room had a 50 inch TV. You cant beat that

new hotel. ideal location for all amenties.room has fantastic healing energies .2nd best bed ever slept in(1st bed Dream hotel Bangkok). water temp did vary thou and really shocked for 5 star no english speaking tv channels. room perfect size for 1 person. pool has unique water features and slides (although cool temp as surrounding apartments in complex will block full sun) massive marine aquarium in dining room. food looked good yet staff would not cook anything from menu if a buffet on not very helpful. overall .hotel is amazing

I must mention about some drawbacks of this hotel. The first drawback is, as a new hotel, most of the staffs are not well trained and have a very basic level of English, which could be a big inconvenience for guests from the developed countries. In my case, I wanted help from the front desk to book me a taxi to the bus stop. However, none of the 8 staffs sitting there was willing to help me. In a 4 star hotel, helping the guests to book a taxi is a very basic service. At least, the front desk staffs should give me an idea how to book taxi, but in Grand Bella the staffs chose to say "We don't book Taxi! We don't book Taxi". Not only for taxi, I requested to print a map for me and show me how to go to beach, and the answer from the from desk staff was "I don't know". Then my friend requested to give her a tissue paper (a tissue paper box was just behind the front desk staff who was dealing with me), and the front desk staff replied " I don't know". So, I realized, when you are in this hotel, you are on your own. You cannot expect any help from the front desk staffs. Very very very unexpected in a 4 star hotel. Another incident happened in the dining area. We chose to sit in the Indian Restaurant for breakfast where foods are served from 6 to 10AM. Sharply at 10AM, all the lights and air conditioners were turned off. In my life, I have stayed in guest houses to 5 star hotels; however, never found another hotel where air conditioners and lights are turned off to mark the end of breakfast time. I think, it is very rude! So, the hotel management must work on the staff training before the trainees, working in the front desk and dining without supervision, ruin the hotel's reputation and rating.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to Second St and its cheap baht buses. The hotel reception staff are excellent and speak good English. The rooms are clean & large. Good bathroom. Rooftop pool Ok but lacks character. For a hotel in this price range no free wifi is criminal. Ate breakfast at the Nags Head close by. Coming home late at night no problems - well lit & close to main road. Get a room facing the Avenues Complex, it's quieter. Recommended but it's a bit expensive at peak prices. Close to all shopping centres either walk or catch a baht bus for 10 baht. For the singles there's no joiner fee for one girl & ID to be left at reception for your safety. From my observation hasn't been the subject of mass tour bus bookings that destroy the character and independence of the larger hotels. Forty metres to a good pool hall and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Try the top floor foodhall/restaurants in the Royal Garden Complex day or night. It's clean, air conditioned and a large choice of food of various types. The beach at Jontiem is the best of a poor lot. Try the island off shore for cleaner water (cannot remember it's name). Walking Street is a cesspool but worth a look and slow stroll. Plenty of bars of every description for kilometres surrounding this hotel.

this is a wow hotel. check in in sofa with a free beer, that’s make me feel good the first second. i travel a lot and let me tell you this is one of the best hotels i stay (outside of 5 stars famous hotels chains). if you compare with the ritz from paris of course is not going to be sooo good. but this is one of the best hotels i stay. the staff is amazing, always smile (normally en thailand), helpful, 24/7 open. rooms good, swimming pool perfect, hotel size good in the middle of everything in pattaya. in the other side, pattaya is like bangkok (smaller) but with beach. soooo many massages, bars, exchange money, shopping, drink, party, and all day beach with beer. i recommend go to pattaya and to this hotel. one detail only and i say also in lobby when i leave, the internet works sooooooooo bad. that need to improve.

I booked the hotel on short notice, searching Agoda on my mobile phone. Location is even better than I expected. Walkable to beach road, restaurant, and shopping places. Room spanking clean and new. Parking is a few meters down the road. Can be an issue if it was raining but it was not. I can recommend this hotel if you are in Pattaya for a quick visit and do not require facility like swimming pool or restaurant on site

This is one of my favorite hotels, and I travel a lot. Location is great but its still quiet. The rooms (I prefer the junior suite) are a great size with a couch and lots of desk space for me to work at. The breakfast downstairs is simple, but more than ample. It is the best budget breakfast I have found in Pattaya. They have been able to cater for so many requests. Parking on site, adjoining rooms, Early and Late checkouts, tour bookings, in-room swedish massage, and a special top floor family room that you cant book if you dont know about it (shhhhhhh ....its a secret). The Pool area is also great, half undercover and half in the sun. With lots of recliner seating and pool towels supplied. ShoppingMall in one direction, Sports bar at the front door, restaurants everywhere, this place is great. Oh, and a very pleasent surprise was the quality of the room service, it was as good as you get from top restaurants without the helfty bill.

247 is the best because every time I had a problem, it was fixed 100%. Those that have been to Thailand before know that actually doing "100% fix" there is not a given. I complained about filth under the bed...typical, they mop the floors ad nauseam, but never go under the furniture. The staff came in, flipped the bed over, and cleaned all the nastiness; problem solved. I had a problem with a silly charge on my room service; talked to the head honcho, it was gone in a heartbeat. The hotel gave me a great deal on a scooter rental, and made it too easy. Swimming pool and gym on top are awesome, but the hours are dumb. They spent all this money on a rooftop pool, but close it at 9...still, great pool and nice gym. Breakfast was good and the price was great. Location is quiet, especially the rooms facing the back of the property. There is a large hotel being built behind 247; but I had no noise complaints at all...albeit they are at the foundation level now. The Soy has a few massage parlors and small bars, but no ridiculously loud large beer bars, karaoke places, live bands, etc... You will not be hit by a wall of tourists and heckled by ladies as soon as you step out of the hotel; which happens at some hotels in Thailand depending on location. In fact, the hotel has a driveway and covered parking area...so you have some privacy going inside. I liked the small balcony and the fact that my room was shaded and the hotel's rooms have views, i.e. you don't stare into another building...which happens in Pattaya. Great value, definitely recommend it.

Stayed at the Maytara for 4 days and had a great time - staff very frindly and helpful room was cleaned every day and overall cleanliness was excellent - Booked a room with pool access but was not very private because of this however this is a minor point as everythung else was perfect. Location was the best I have had in Pattaya with easy access to all the nightlife and restaurants - Baht Busess and motorbike taxis are all easily accessible at the hotel entrance - couldn't ask for more froma hotel really
