The rooms are really nice and the staff are friendly. Each time I’ve stayed there has been some issue with facilities though. It’s best option due to cleanliness of rooms, good breakfast and location but I’ve never yet been able to use the pool due to cleanliness or closure, the sauna for women also didn’t work last time I was there. The staff seemed confused that I even cared about this so that was odd. I would stay again simply for the location and clean rooms. Don’t go if you like to swim or work out on you hotel stays tho.

I recently stayed at Howard Johnson by Wyndham and had a pleasant experience overall. The service was excellent, and a special mention goes to Mr. Manu, the Front Desk Manager, who was extremely helpful and ensured a smooth stay. One of the best aspects was the flexibility with early check-in and check-out, which made my travel plans much more convenient. Initially, the room was not very clean, but when I informed the staff, they responded quickly and cleaned it very well. I would consider staying here again for the great customer service and convenience.

I had requested early checkin as i was arriving early morning from abroad along with breakfast as i going to use the room for just the day time in advance. From 5.00 am to 9.30 am i was made to sit around even when rooms were being checked out at 7.30 onwards. I said i just need one room n not the floor itself as the staff kept saying rooms are being prepared. I had to postpone an important onsite meeting nearby due to the delay in assigning me a room as requested way in advance even after me being considerate to the hotel being full at 5.00 am and guests exiting at 7.30. They asked us to have breakfast and i told them the following day im not around n checking out the evening i checked in, however i was charged 1k plus for breakfast saying we cannot adjust that as per rules. 5 star hotels have accommodated such requests and responded promptly to request. They kept mum n extracted the breakfast charge with no apologies. The property is good, breakfast is lovely, rooms are well kept however staff needs to be trained to be empathetic n not flex their powers. I did not ask anything for free, i asked for adjustments as my itinerary was kinda tight. So, whoever plans to book this property remember they are not flexible even though the property n price point are good. Staff needs serious training on customer experience. They dont smile nor interact with guest proactively.

Hi Everyone out there literally don't visit this, Pool non operative from last 4-5 month wifi a big issue in hotel you call reception no one pick and have a quick response, things are being delayed in hotel as you are in government guest house, yes one thing what I liked was food and cleanliness of room are good, but half of the tap don't operate properly those fixtures in bathroom need a serious cleaning even the shower doesn't has flow of water what is needed, wifi issue, pool issue, sauna issue gym equipment issue, pathetic I am for sure not visiting not telling anyone to visit this hotel again

“Overall very good but some annoyances”
Good: If you need to be near outer ring road and the tech campuses, the location seems pretty good, especially with Elements Mall next door. Breakfast is delicious with a wide variety. The only people who complained were the type where you could tell nothing would please them. The rooms are spacious and the hardwood floors are comfortable, as are the bed and air conditioning. The bad: WiFi has a 3 device limit!!!! NOWHERE is this stated on the wifi login portal or the terms and conditions. Calling the front desk you will get "no sir that is impossible" when you ask to add devices. I needed to call 4 times for a code for my laptop (I already had a US phone, international phone, and my wife's phone connected). Each code lasted merely hours. I just gave up after 4 tries and used my hotspot. My major complaint was probably the wifi but getting into the room was more of a hassle than it needed to be. I called around noon before check-in to let the hotel we'd be in late around 2am or so do to flight delays. When we arrived at 3am, we were written as "no-show" and then checked into the 6th floor (smoking floor). I booked a non-smoking room. I called when we got to the room (at the direction of the bag boy) and said this was a problem because we booked non-smoking. The gentleman said it was impossible to give the room we booked because they were sold out. I explained I had asthma and will not be staying in the room, that I called in advance and that it should have been kept available since my booking was paid in advance. Magically a room key was ran up to us one minute later. Why?! Why not do your job when asked instead of "sir it is impossible." Obviously that was a lie. We had a non-smoking room one minute later and enjoyed it. Cleanliness: The showers are showing buildup between the glass and tile. The sheets and pillow cases had stains but the first room cleaning came with great, clean replacements. The housekeeping staff was wonderful and made sure we had what we needed each day. Honestly the housekeeping staff and the breakfast crew are saving the experience for us. They were great. Front desk staff were generally good except for the wifi support and check-in. TLDR- overall I recommend despite some customer service hiccups.
