Amazing Stay AAA+”
We have an amazing time with Hyatt. We stay in the villa for 3 nights, amazing view, room is spacious with stand alone bathtub and private beach front view pool. There are 4 public pool you can choose as well as kid pool, view is amazing all the way from the lobby on top of the resort. 2 restaurant to choose from, 1 is international cuisine, other one is seafood by the beach. Highly recommended for the SPA service , heavenly feeling in there. All the staff was friendly, helping you with any task you need, from big to small. This is a kid friendly resort, playground, kid room, kid caring services, you can leave your kids and be free for few hours. Access to central Samui by motorcycle or taxi for roughly 10 minutes Highly recommended for everyone, from solo travel to couples and families.

Picturesque backdrops and amazing hospitality”
Had a wonderful time at Hyatt regency during our stay in the first week of June. The staff is very courteous and the property is very well maintained. The manager keeps moving around and greets you personally. First day they had limited vegetarian and Indian options in breakfast but finding more Indians in the hotel they kept adding dishes in subsequent days. The swimming pools are very beautiful and maintained very clean. The Camp Hyatt is the highlight as our kids loved that. They wanted to spend entire time there only. So we can leave kids in that club and they are very well engaged through multiple activities. Only drawback is that the beach is rocky and you can't enter the sea. Also the location is but far from Chaweng beach. But u very easily get bikes on rent at the resort itself which helps in flexible commutation. Overall we had a relaxed and Rejuvinating stay.

We stayed in a couple of 5star hotels in Koh Samui. However, the stay at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui has been the best and most comfortable we’ve ever had. I would rate the hotel premises as one of the best resorts in the world. Everything was top notch. The views are divine.

I have been to Samui about 5-6 times over the past 10 years(always staying at a 5 star hotel), but this was probably my favorite hotel. Great pool Great food (restaurants) Great location - close enough to main areas by taxi, but far enough away from the crowd Extremely clean and well kept I highly recommend this hotel

Quarantine Stay”
I am staying here for 8 days quarantined on the Sandbox program. I love my staying very much. Not crowded, quiet but entertaining. During my stay, they have an art gallery show which is very interesting. The whole hotel was built based on Art Inspiration. Customer service is excellent. Very Beautiful pools. The private beach is tricky though, it's not like you could swim. It's lots of rocks and wind. You could try. The central mall is 15 minutes away which is great. A lot of restaurants around but not within walking distance. The best transportation around the island if you are on a budget is a motorcycle. Rent a car for sure for the group. Overall, 5 stars, and I will recommend this place to my friends and family.

Incredible views and great service”
We had read many great reviews and seen some incredible pictures of the hotel before making our reservation. Thus, our expectations were quite high but the Hyatt Samui still managed to exceed them. The service was top notch, the hotel room was beautiful, and the views were breathtaking. we enjoyed eating breakfast every morning with watching the sun in the sky. we enjoyed our time at the Hyatt so much. i would highly recommend this hotel to everybody looking for a romantic, relaxing getaway.

The Hyatt Regency Samui is a beautiful new premium resort that blends modern, aesthetic, and ecological design with excellent service. We stayed in the roomy Regency suite which is perfect for families and business travelers. Our 3-year old daughter loved the kid’s club {Camp Hyatt) and sliding into the kid’s pool, My better half and I savored the sumptuous breakfast before sweating in the well-equipped gym and later on relaxing at the beach. The lounge also offered me enough private space to do some serious work and take a few conference calls. Best of all, the excellent Hyatt staff truly went the extra mile to make us thoroughly enjoy our stay. Highly recommended, and we’ll be back!

Everything was so perfect . 5 Pointe für breakfast . Kids Club is Open From 09-18 and the Kids had a lot of fun . The Personal is so kindly , i would really recommend this Hotel . We stayed in 5 Hotels in koh samui and this was really the BeST one of all , the rooms are lovely , big and very clean

Close to the airport, Chaweng, and Bo Phut with brand new facilities. Excellent breakfast, gym, small but pretty beach. Most of Samui is shut down and desolate so Hyatt was a good change.

Spectacular new hotel with several choices of great pools. Very modern and good architecture. Professional staff and good breakfast. The only negative is that there are no kayaks / paddle boards available like some other hotels and that there is not really much within walking distance of the hotel. Still, we would definitely stay here again though.

The hotel is on on the beach and close to the airport. Food there is excellent especially the breakfast, delicious, well organized and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. We love the swimming pool, though water slide is small and only for little kid. The hotel is beautifully designed yet not practical. To go from one place to another spot is confusing and not might need to have long walk, or passing some funny route, for example, I need to cut into a small garden path to go into my room otherwise I need to encircle to the building entrance and take another stair to get there, or i have to wear swimming suit to go through the hotel entrance and lobby to get to the swimming pool.
