Good location, very cheap. Meet nice new friends. Restroom inside the bunk feel uncomfortable but it is clean and good. Stair up to second floor of the bed is way difficult. The door or each bunk are able to lock with keys, great. Staff are friendly and helpful support on manything, love the service.

I only stayed because very cheap and just needed a place to stay for a day or two. They were doing renovations so it was noisy. The A/C was not strong in my room. Manager is nice lady but sensitive.

Great Value and Location”
If you want a cheap but clean and centrally located place, this is the place. Can't beat $20 or less a night. Centrally located on 2nd Road with easy access to everything. No bathtub...simple toilet/sink/shower head. Thought the drainage pipes were a little dirty..could see some black moldy stuff in the sink drain. Room clean and comfy. Great cable TV selection of channels. A/C worked great. Nice massage place on the first floor. I normally stay there when I need a quick one night stay before leaving town or just getting there. But I would stay there the whole time if a larger hotel was not available as I like to hang by the pool...there is no pool at the Ice Inn. Currently there is some construction going on next store on a new apartment building so sleeping during the day could be noisy. (Dec 2019).

Thanks. +Good a/c +Good TV channels with clear reception on Sky +Good shower/fridge +Few hundred meters to beach and Central Festival but this could also be a negative. Depends what u want. -No lift although there was porterage which is necessary if on top floor as stairs steep. -No safe in room. Have secure boxes at reception but only open 08.00-17.00 after that u r stuffed. -/+ U r in the centre of Pattaya. Do NOT expect peace and tranquillity from the road/taxi rank/ 7/11 outside, to the other guests and their 'friends' at all hours of the day and night. Enjoy.

My stay was comfortable, the room was cleaned every day and I had no real complaints. Third floor and no lift but no problem for me, maybe a problem for some older people or infirm. Only small complaint was that there was a very limited selection of channels on the TV. I will be staying here again in the very near future, very good value for money.
