Short Visit”
We were looking for a with a hotel with a pool and this is the only one with a small pool in Santiago City that I came across. I think this is one reason why this hotel is almost always fully booked If you book only a few days before your planned stay. The room is clean, queen sized bed is comfortable to use, with Hot & Cold water. It has a restaurant and a bar. Parking is guarded and secured. Very reasonably priced with the amenities it offers. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.

Medyo maamoy lang yung sink ng early morning. I dont know why. Saka di gaano mainit yung hot and cold shower. The food was superb. So as the service and the staff.

Family vacation ”
The staff were very accommodating and attentive the minute we stepped into the hotel. There was a little glitch in the booking but they were able to resolve everything professionally and without hassle. The rooms were clean and inviting. The kids had a great at the pool. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Zen Hotel”
Zen Hotel is a highly recommended place. Staff were friendly and professional and excellent in providing good service to their customers. The only quite negative comment that I can give is phone signal is really low while the free Wi-fi is consistently getting disconnected.

I love the cleanliness of the place and the professionalism of the staff. The pool was not working but they offered us an alternative pool at their sister which is a big plus! We really enjoyed swimming there! the location is also awesome, in the middle of town nearby fastfoods and spas. The cable had all the channels we wished for. A big plus for a family traveller! Enjoyed out stay there!

This would be a 5-star across all items, if it were not for a cracked bathroom sink and no hot water from our shower. The hotel staff suggested we boil our shower water using our coffee pot boiler, as our option.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was obviously a popular hotel with the locals and had a vibrant atmosphere. We were visiting Santiago for a wedding, so were out a lot. Staff were always welcoming of our many visitors, even the one with a big surfboard . . . It was quite noisy at weekends with functions and children in the pool area.

Food at the lobby was great, we stayed 4 days and eat there almost everyday. Staff were helpful, internet was not that good though - but you can request to restart the router every now and then :) definitely coming back.

In a Maintenance”
I booked 2 rooms and both rooms doesn't have a working heater. It's not easy to take a bath with cold water. (The staffs provided me a pail and water boiler, good service) There's also some cockroaches. The aircon is working well but one sink from the 2 deluxe rooms I booked wasn't working before we used the room (they fixed it after we reported the sink). The pool was under maintenance during our visit. The breakfast is good.

Staff were awesome abd helpful especially restaurant staff and reception. Very noisy in our room due to functions and weddings upstairs. I think they should do something about noise control. Staff in corridors and hallways are equally noisy early in the morning. Swimming pool was not working when we booked ... these should have been noted in their advertised. Free breakfast which was a good treat. All together great stay.
