      Clean, affordable and superb location for Sun world halong complex”

      Right behind the 5 star hotel and opposite to the amusement park Sun world and that makes this hotel a great choice, hot shower is nice and stable, receiption staff are super friendly and helpful, they helped us to temporarily stored our lugguages for our fun time in the Sun world, they even borrowed an umbrella so that we avoided getting too wet in the park.

      Great location”

      Right across the road is Sunworld Park. Facilities are new but not standard. There is no local phone (which is not necessary cause we're local), lack of bath towel when we checked in, the floor is not well-cleaning, but the staff was very nice and friendly. You'll have to contact to Receptionist by phone if come back to hotel late.

      Great location”

      Great location and large room that slept 5 of us perfectly. Concierge was lovely and spend much time with us using translator app on our phone. Linen was fresh and beds were comfortable. It is a realitivley modern building with each floor one or maybe two studio spaces. We had to look past the unleanliness in bathroom, lack of pillows and no where to hang a towel, kettle with no cups. These are small things and with a little extra care, this place could be fabulous.

      Pretty basic but fine for a night. Not sure the bed sheets were completely fresh! Room small but sufficient. Air con worked but was very noisy. No real view out of the window but I doubt many places have a view in Halong considering the amount of construction around the city. Receptionist was friendly but we had need to interact more than check in and out which was smooth enough. There is a lift in the property.

      The only advantange of the hotel is located near Sunworld. ”

      The path to the hotel is very narrow and not clean. The hotel room is very small, hardly use TV. The surroundings are under construction that are noisy.
