Nice hotel, quiet and good location”
We had a nice stay in this hotel for an affordable price. Room was great, wich frigidaire and TV. Very quiet, no sounds of traffic.

Perfect place to work, fast wifi, clean room”
I was very happy here as I could get on with my daily internet work with a fast connection, I also slept good even though the mattress was very hard. just 5 mins walk to tonys place for good food, also 5mins to shopping centre

Booked a 2 night stay at this hotel, the room was ok, bed was a bit hard, WiFi ok, good shower, the lady on the reception didn't say much when we booked-in, next day I was asked for cash payment by her! Unknown to me, if you book a room at this hotel, you cannot use any cards to pay for your stay - strictly cash only payment - maybe the hotel operates should update their booking rules/details on Agoda's site! You get what you pay for! I you arrive in Ayutthaya by train, you have two options to get to this hotel, first option - 5 minutes byTuk Tuk or, the 5THB (per adult) ferry ride at the end of the soi opposite the Railway Station, once you're on the other side of the river, it's about a 5 - 10 minute walk to this hotel. very basic hotel, rooms are simple, bed was very hard, but bearable. do not leave food, or you'll see small red ants. staff is not very fluent in english. couple of minutes walking from tony's place where you can get nice breakfast.

Good location and good value”
I don't negative have much negative to say about this hotel, except the lady at the front desk was a bit cold and took her sweet time and paperwork to check me in, even though I showed her my paid agoda confirmation and booking ID she tried waiting for the fax message from agoda. I just told her to write down my confirmation number and assured her that fax will arrive soon, she eventually gave me a room. Room is pretty large, clean and has basics. Walking distance to the bus station and market where you can find tons of stuff including restaurants. This is a great value for the money you pay, I recommend it.

Nothing great and nothing bad”
This place looked more like a family run guest house, but nice simple spacious room. The aircon was good and toilet much below standard. I would give an average overall rating for this hotel. Since I stayed here just two nights and two days and most time spent outside, it was an ok place for me

Great place, but are better in town”
The place is very clean and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is nice and will help you if you ask. There is no restaurant, and the restaurants are a few blocks away. The big negative is that the beds are extremely hard. Weve stayed all over South east asia and have had some hard beds, but this bed was litterally so hard it felt like you were sleeping on the floor! Overall though it is a decent place.

Value for money Thai style hotel near to sights.”
This is a conveniently located Thai hotel within the old city. Check-in was speedy and the room was large, airy and clean and at the end of the ground floor corridor. Unfortunately this was beyond the range of the Wifi and adjacent to the area where the noisy cleaners gathered in the morning (6.00am) Mattress was unbelievably hard and we had to request an additional blanket. Bathroom was typically Thai and the floor remained wet after showering.All in all a satisfactory stay however I am unlikely to book there again.

If possible, spend a little more for a better place. There were many channels on an old television set, but the reception was so poor. Wifi was so-so. The "blanket" was just a big towel. Parking was very tight.

Gloomy night of squalor”
Aside from the absence of a top sheet, and traces of stains and hairs on the threadbare bottom sheet, this squalid place looked like it was last cleaned during the reign of Rama III. Layers of dust on the (heavily spotted) bathroom mirror, cobwebs in nearly every corner, and walls well dotted with dead bugs added up to a not-so-positive impression. No fridge, either, but at least they provide bottled water and thick towels. And, hey, we weren't robbed during the night, so it wasn't all bad.

Budget hotel, value for money, centrally located”
We knew that it is a budget hotel so we did not expect much for the fancy services. The hotel is more like the guest house or service apartment. The room is big, the toilet is old but good enough to make you feel comfortable. Blanket is too thin, and you have to pay extra for it. Bring your shampoo and your own bath foam with you. After all, it is value for money.

An awfull, dirty place - better find sth else”
The worst place we have slept during our vacation, unpleasent staff and very dirty rooms. They don't have mosquito nets so do not forget to bring your own! There were hundreds of small, red ants in the room so do not throw any food to the bin in the room (unless you like ants.. thousands of ants).
