The hotel with its location have given it add value.. The pool is big, how ever its floor cleaning has not taking care properly, tree leaves and other deposit were poolside floors.. The breakfast is OK.. I would like to stay again.
Jomtien Palm Beach Resort Hotel in Pattaya was a great stay — clean, bright, and conveniently located right next to the beach and the main road, making it easy to get around. The staff were very nice and helpful, and the morning buffet was really good with a nice variety of options. For the location and comfort, I found the price quite reasonable. I would definitely come again and recommend it for a relaxing and accessible stay in Pattaya.
Room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Sunset view from the room is excellent. Bowling is available in the hotel but it is not cheap. The hotel is right next to the beach, with plenty of restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the night market. Breakfast is average with rather limited choices comparing to other hotels. The main concern is the room is not very well sound-proofed. Noise from next door can be very disturbing, and the airconditioning has a loud noise when switched on. These are not great for sleep quality. A bit of smell in the corridor as well, probably due to poor air ventilation. If these do not concern you then it is a value for money hotel in Pattaya.
We had an enjoyable stay here. The swimming pool is the best thing about the hotel. Although be aware, it closes at 7pm which might be dissapointing for some. The pool is huge and has a beautiful garden. The hotel itself does have a dated feel to it. The rooms were of a good size and the showers had very good shower pressure. Breakfast buffet was good, but not excellent, no bacon and some breads not as nice as other places. On our first morning we were instructed to eat upstairs as downstairs was full. Although the same food was available, the downstairs atmosphere is much nicer, so I would recommend anyone to wait rather than eat upstairs if possible. The staff were a mixed bag. Some of the female staff seemed somewhat impolite and blunt in our interactions with them. Even though it seemed unintentional but I would expect better service interactions at a hotel. On the other hand, the male staff at the door were extremely curteous and helpful and worked very hard with any requests. Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. If you would like a hotel with a nice pool right next to the beach, but don't require a perfect five star experience, it would be a good choice. I would consider staying again.

I booked a room which from the photos on Agoda looked fairly new. Beware, they put me into an old room which was smaller, at least 40 years old and not clean. I was then deliberately mislead by the night duty manager about the room quality and availability. That changed the next day after I had investigated further. Always gain facts before challenging management. A different Duty Manager after hearing me out, apologised to me, and went out of his way to find and upgrade me at no additional cost, to one of the best rooms in this hotel complex. Being courteous and respectful does help. The hotel management addressed my concerns professionally and to my full satisfaction. Fabulous views! Great rooms on the western end facing the sea. If you seek better, you will have to pay 5 times more at the Hilton. The buffet is very good except for the overly strong coffee. Staff are helpful, courteous to all especially young children. The pool complex in front of the hotel overlooking the beach is well looked after. A great safe place to relax by the 3 pools and cabana type bar and eating facilities. This Resort is great in a great location. should be considered by any wishing to stay in this area. Yes! Great place to stay especially if you have children.
