    Wonderful Stay !!”

    Amazing Property, Beautiful rooms with great view from Balcony. Excellent breakfast with attentive services. Chef pays special attention to the feedback and demand of individual customer. We loved stay for 3 nights. Rooms- They have AC with heating mode and room heater can also be provided to keep the room warm in extreme winter. New Year Gala dinner and celebration had DJ, Bonfire, Drinks and wide variety of snakes /food.

    Great Experience away from the city”

    The location is the best just behind a Paragliding spot. Really enjoyed the view from the balconies. Staff is very courteous and food is great. Only issues with a few ACs not working and smell of cigarettes coming from bathroom exhaust. Overall experience has been good

    Very nice new property ”

    Good property, nice view, we had breakfast included, Food was average, menu was limited as number of people were less at the property when we went. Overall average place, location is good and serene. Charges are quite high for extra beds for kids if you need, it's almost half the cost of the room, they charge 2500 INr per day. Paragliding is close by to the hotel. Travel from city center is 20 mins.

    Great place and view”

    The hotel is well situated though a little away from hustle and bustle of the city. Rates are reasonable for the services. Buffet was good though not extravagant. They help you out with stuff like taxis, bike rentals, adventure sports etc.

    Justa not 5*”

    Lovely clean hotel with beautiful views and that’s it. Location wise it’s quite out of the way absolutely nothing nearby so you’re stuck in or out. Staff are very attentive. Food was good but nothing special. Breakfast is very good. A lot of things not available on drinks menu alcohol or non. Spa facilities chargeable hourly very expensive at nearly £10 per hour. Room was good size with balcony but very close to neighbouring rooms so no privacy. I probably won’t return or recommend.

    Pleasant stay with wonderful views”

    Positive was the location - a bit away from the crowded centre with a gorgeous view. Rooms are well-appointed and tastefully done. Staff are friendly and accomodating. Early check-in was graciously accepted. Negative - the slow service and inaccurate orders for breakfast. Frustrating but staff stll friendly.

    1》They don't have contineous running hot water in there washrooms.. My wife had to bath with ice cold water b'coz i had a bath first so hot water got finished...!! 2》They don't have a lavish buffet arranged in d morning breakfast which is usually expected in a decent 4 star hotel or Resort of such kind.. They provide u breakfast of there choice with a very limited menu (eg',. i asked for grilled sandwich if buffet was not arranged they told us that's not in d menu so that would be chargable) u'll get only pranthas or puri bhaji or sambar dosa or eggs ... 3》They have very weak signals on wifi poor internet connectivity.. 4》 Good point is d cleanliness, view from our room and spacious rooms..

    Enjoyed the stay”

    We loved our stay here. 1) Its a cosy nice hotel with amazing balcony views. 2) We took executive suite which was quite big and had separate living room so very spacious 3) The staff is very polite and helpful like Mr Avinash at reception. The whole resturant staff is also very helpful for any kind of food you would like to order 4) Its far from hustle bustle and crowd so makes it serene and peaceful We throughly enjoyed our stay here and the views and the staff made it delightful. Would highly recommend it for anybody wanting to enjoy their stay in dharamsala

    Very nice location, good rooms with mountain view”

    The hotel rooms were clean but still need improvement in cleanliness, vegetable options were limited in lunch and dinner, should add more options. Otherwise, the location of hotel is very good. The rooms are spacious with balcony offering a very good view of mountains.

    Good Hotel in Dharamshala”

    Everything was good at hotel. The staff needs more training. Seems like that after COVID the staff has not joined back and new guys are there.
