Excellent hotel”
I stay there with the wife and a 2 year old kid. The hotel have high standard. The food was great, both western and Thai food. Great breakfast. We were taken care of by a fantastic service minded and friendly staff. Much better than I usually experience when travel around the world. The pool area was great, with a pool bar. The pool was very clean and in good condition. The location next to the beach, which was also very clean, makes it an excellent place to stay. Recommended place to stay at Koh Chang. I know I am going to stay here when visiting the Island again. A special thank to the manager for his kindness and service.

Staff friendly, rooms clean, nice beach, nice pool”
First impression is that all staff are friendly and service minded. The resort facilities are very beautiful, clean and well maintained in both the seaside and hillside. The pools are uniquely laid out with areas for all ages. The beach is beautiful fine sand and there are showers and foot washing stations provided. Beach chairs and towels are provided at first come first serve basis. The breakfast was a good variety of western and Thai food and was delicious every day. Our only complaint is that there was no soap in the washroom in the pool at the hillside when we stayed there.

Best Hotel in White Sand Beach?”
I went through many hotels by visiting them and checked the rooms before I booked Kacha. I really wonder why hotel' s points are so low in Agoda..compared to others it should be 12 or at least 10+ . I even stayed one night in hotel of which valuation is 9 in same price class and you can t compare those, Kacha is so much better in every aspect. Its rooms are big, like 40 m2, and it has wonderful bathroom..mine had both bathtub and shower..ok bathtub is a bit waste of water. The furniture and interior is stylish: it has big wooden furniture with good quality. The balcony furnitures are heavy,nice wooden ones. Even the cloth drying rack and litter bins are wooden. The floor is by stone which means quality. The pool are is big and cozy and sunbeds are excellent. The pool was by the sea. There is poolbar and cafe in pool area, too. Showers were good and stylish. The restaurant opens to the sea. You can watch and hear the sea while having the breakfast,which has enormous amount of choises.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
Absolutely Loved our stay here. The staff are friendly and they responded quickly To our needs. Location is amazing because it’s right next to a wonderful shallow clear beach. We didn’t mind restaurants being 5 to 10 minutes drive away because we brought our car. The room was also very clean- we can always tell because we have to move some furniture around to accommodate and make space for a toddler’s floor bed. The breakfast is also awesome and you can have the beach view as you eat breakfast and jump right into the beach after breakfast and the pool.

Great get away in Koh Chang”
We were recommended by friends and family to stay here. Rooms are clean and spacious. The pool is wonderful and for those to enjoy “extra long” happy hours…. This is the place to be all whilst enjoying a wonderful sunset. Food was fantastic and when the tide goes down, you can easily enjoy a walk along the shore and enjoy the scenery. Staff was very helpful and polite. This was really a great place to stay! Highly recommended!!!

Nice hotel and friendly staff”
Visited the hotel for some days with my family. We were accommodated in the chatlet (seaside seaview) at ground level and had excelent view of the beach and close to the pool. The hotel takes responsibility for the beach and arranged a Sunday beach clean while we were there. The WIFI was fast and well coverage for entire facility. Breakfast was ok. Lunch/dinner was also good. I will strongly recommend this hotel if visiting Ko Chang.

Very comfortable hotel ”
I’m staying at Kacha for 3d time & will come back again. Hotel is perfectly located at white sand beach, where you can find all you need (all types of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies, massage salons, blanks &etc) each evening just in front of Kacha are parking cars with street food. Im always staying at seaside chalet. Rooms are wide, clean & bride. Each equipped with flat screen tv, AC, fan, kettle , free bottle of water, free fruit basket, free cheeps are served everyday +tea, coffee. Good speed free WiFi is available in the room & hotel territory, also at the beach. Breakfast is more Asian & not big variety, but everyone can find his type of food for morning. At the seaside restaurant live music in the evening +20% to Kacha in-house guests. Beach is clean, but with stones, you need to walk few meters to free of stones beach. I enjoyed my stay in Kacha & found it more than comfortable, so will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Lovely Beach front Hotel”
Really enjoyed our stay here, the breakfast was good and served on the beach front restaurant. The hotel is split on both sides of the road. This is not a problem. but no sea view from many rooms. There is not a lot of sand in the area by the sea, very rocky not easy to get into the sea. and probably not good for kids. but this is a lovely hotel. Good covid prevention and control. Staff were very nice. Will stay again. Very good price.

Beautiful location on the beach, central to everything, very clean rooms, magnificent pool area. Breakfast was good however I would like to have bacon and a couple of western foods like grill tomatoes etc. Apart from that small thing we had a perfect 3 nights.

Stayed here with my wife and two young children last week. I would highly recommend Kacha Resort. Great rooms, fabulous and friendly staff, superb breakfast, great location. We stayed in the beachfront part of the resort and the view from the balcony was phenomenal. The resort ticks all the boxes, only downside was the WiFi, absolutely shocking. Nice hotel for families”
We enoyed staying at this hotel. Especially the pool which had a small waterslide and was quite large. Also it had a swim up bar to order food and drinks. There is a small kids club and fitness. The room was well-decorated and the breakfast buffet had a beautiful view over the ocean. We stayed in the hotel wing on the other side of the main road, so did have to cross to get to the beach / have breakfast. But it wasn't a big deal at all. Would recommend.

The 4th time we do Ko Chang in 24 years. First time as backpacker, after that as luxury guests. This nature reserve has so much to offer. Easy to reach. If you want to avoid mass tourism, this is where you should go. I have seen all of Thailand in 24 years, so I know something. Great hotel with fantastic staff and perfect location!”
Beachfront chalet room downstairs was excellent choice (room number 3602 – closest one to the pool area). Air condition and wifi worked perfectly. Very nice restaurant with beach view. And last but not the least: the staff is fantastic!! Just a little minus for quite a hard mattress. We had to ask for 3 toppers and after receiving those we were able to sleep.

Absolutely Fantastic”
All of the staff is very nice and helpful. Two swimming pools. Easy access to the ocean from the restaurant. I have traveled a bit in my life and I am now retired. I do not recall ever having a better Buffet Breakfast. This is my second trip to this Island and I will be back again. This is my first time staying at Kacha Resort and it is where I will stay every time I come back. 👍

Went in low season and got a bargain of bargains, but that didn’t stop the staff providing five star treatment, my air con stopped working one night tried to last the night but couldn’t so at five in the morning called downstairs within 20 minutes they had switched rooms and the next day left a basket of fruit to say sorry, Breakfast was great yes there is a lot of Chinese choice but so what ? Thanks to all the staff you do the management team proud

Best Location and Chill Resort”
We stayed in the newer property on the beach. Well worth the extra money. I've been to many island retreats, but the pool with beachfront are the best. The rooms were relaxing too. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the freshly made to order coffee is divine. Will definitely stay again when on Koh Chang.
