We had a great time”
Clean, quiet. comfortable room. We had a king ocean view room with whirlpool on the balcony. 3 days/nights, wish we had 4. The pool was clean and right off the beach. The beach was clean and long enough for a nice walk. Many restaurants to choose from right on the beach but we are at the restaurant at our resort. The food was good and very reasonable compared to prices in the US. Breakfast was included with our room and the wel stocked buffet had many choices for western and Asian tastes. We also went to the Wednesday buffet and cabaret show. The food was very good. The cabaret show was ok, entertaining, but could be better. Some of the girls seem to just go through the motions and didn't appear to be enjoying themselves. I have seen better for free at night markets. As I said it was at least entertaining. However, the DJ and singer before and after did an excellent job and kept our attention. The fire show on the beach was great I will definitely choose the KC Grande when I return.

Very good place to stay in Koh Chang!”
I had a chance to stay here one night in KC Grande before heading back to BKK. Though it was a quick stay, I really enjoyed the place. The room was very well clean and accommodating. Additionally, the staffs here were so nice! They do not hesitate to assist me during my stay. I did got a chance to met some fellowmen (from Philippines!) too working at KC Grande (namely Jonathan, Roxan, Mark and Lovely). I enjoyed the buffet breakfast which so many varieties to choose from. It was a great experience indeed! I will definitely come back here with my family. For the dinner time, they will serve you tasty foods while the bands where singing live! It was so lovely (again, it was a Filipino band!). Though it was a bit raining on that day and had no chance to enjoy the beach, they still have few swimming pools to swim on! So no problem at all! What I really enjoyed was their infinity pool! So relaxing!

Best location in Koh Chang”
I live in Thailand and visit Koh Chang on a fairly regular basis and the KC Grande is my favorite hotel. With the best location in Koh Chang, large, clean rooms, many English TV channels, great wifi, and a fantastic breakfast buffet what’s not to like? They also have a very good exercise facility with a great view and modern machines that all work great. I’ve been a regular guest at this hotel over the years and they never fail to impress me with their English speaking and accommodating staff.

Perfect”
We stayed in one of the garden villas. Having looked at the options we felt this was the best suited to us and our budget (taking into account the sea view villa). It was perfect, everything about the room was top class. Spacious, huge bed, great air con, shower, bath and designed to a high standard. The mini bar too!! 55 THB for a bottle of Chang beer, must be one of the cheapest mini bars going! The hotel itself is lovely, from the 4 pools (all of which have their own style and touches). The staff cannot do enough and the location couldn't be better. Highly recommend the KC Grande, don't think twice to book, Enjoy Koh Chang!!

Relaxing Paradise”
Beautiful resort nestled between the ocean and mountain. I felt so relaxed here soaking in the surrounding nature. Beautiful fauna and flora are scattered around this exotic resort. The 4 pools each have their own charm in particular I like the rooftop infinity pool because you can absorb the trees, mountains, birds and still view the ocean and beach. The rooms are spacious and really well thought out with the finest details. I slept very well here. The gym has the best view of any gym I've ever been to. Would recommend anyone to visit here.

Exceptional”
We have returned to this resort so many times because of its location to White Beach, great beach view, and swimming pools for the kids. Resort has another section across the street (Mountain side) with water slide pool and a roof top pool with great view. Breakfast is great with Thai and Western selection and rooms are spacious. The staff have always been very friendly and helpful. We have nothing negative about this resort as we enjoy bringing our kids to this resort. There’s selection of restaurants down the street or dinner at neighboring hotels next to KC Grande along the beach in the evenings/night.

Paradise”
The location of KCs is perfect, white sand beach is ideal for water activities, walks, and sunset drinks. The hotel staff are great and the room (paradise beachfront villa) had magnificent views and was very well appointed. Only one very minor suggestion; that the hotel looks at providing an alternative menu option to the evening buffet on Friday and Saturday nights - we were told our only other option was room service, however, 15 Palms is nearby and provided great off the menu options for those two nights - right on the beach. KCs is one of our favorite hotels in Thailand when considering value for money.

Great hotel by Thai standards”
This is a lovely, very well run hotel, right on the lovely White Sand Beach. We had a room with a sea view and a hot tub on the balcony, along with two comfortable sunbeds. The room was big, the beds were comfortable with nice linen, flat screen TV with some western channels showing films etc, nice bathroom with a large shower and good hot water. Wifi in the room was poor, dropping out every couple of minutes and this is the only reason for the score of 4 on facilities. Really should be sorted out. Great pools, the one on the roof has fantastic views, there is one with a decent slide for kids and the main one was large and clean with a pool bar. Food is good and reasonably priced for White Sand Beach area, cheaper than restaurants in the area. Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially Alex, the Customer Liaison Manager, who is first class. This hotel is great for couples and families.

From the arrival to the departure you are taken care of by a very friendly professional staff. Great location. Best breakfast buffet I have seen on Koh Chang. Wonderful rooms, great Wifi, and a very nice swimmingpool located on the beach. Great place for children to play. Very nice Gym. All in all great value for your money.

Anytime”
It was difficult this time to get a sun lounger in 1st row. These were all partially reserved with towels but no guests to be seen. The smoking areas should be used. Non-smokers find this very great. Great view. Kayak and boat rentals are free. The breakfast buffet is a dream. A thank you to the staff, I hope they are paid accordingly in this resort. According to the motto: good work, good pay. Thank you very much.

Yövyimme paradise beach front villassa., joka oli aivan upea, iso, puhdas ja paraati paikalla, mereen n. 5 m. Huonepalvelusta tuli nopeasti ruuat. Henkilökunta puhui hyvin englantia ja siivojista respa työntekijöihin, kaikki olivat todella ystävällisiä. Iso miinus sille, että hotellin kokoon nähden allastuoleja oli aivan liian vähän ja melkein kaikki oli varattu pyyhkeillä jo ennen aamu seitsemää, erittäin inhoittavaa. Onneksi villan pihalla oli hyvät kevyet aurinkotuolit, jotka pystyi vetämää rannalle kepeästi. Suihkuvesi oli joka päivä kylmää, ei kiva. Menisin silti ehkä uudestaan.

Simply beat all my expectation”
A short 1 night stayed, but it went much over what I thought in a positive way. 1. friendly & helpful staffs - as my pool accessed room was in an another side, so many calls for the car. 2. facilities & service mindset - I asked to hold the room and expected to pay some extra when came back from diving but got offered for the free-of-charge to use the guest lounge 3. Hottest spot - nearby 7-11 and drug store were always helpful to get your snack, beverage, and some medicine to take care of myself.

PROS: 1. Location at White Sand Beach, and the 1st Arrival Point of Big Resort from Jetty. 2. Even not go beach , they also have 4 swimming pools. 3. Food Quality is quite good also (We have tried their breakfast buffet only) 4. Their bathroom have bathtub provided. So you can consider to bring some Japan bath salts to enjoy bathing also. CONS: Spa & Massage must reserve ASAP. Because seems easily full bookings.

Nicest hotel on Koh Chang”
KC Grande was a beautiful hotel at the quiet end of a beautiful beach. We were there on a holiday weekend so it was full but it is so nicely spread out that it didn't feel busy. Restaurant was lovely, staff were amazing, very friendly and couldn't do enough to help. We travelled around Koh Chang and looked at other hotels, we much preferred KC Grande. We will 100% be returning.

Perfect stay for a family with small kids”
Ultimate start of a holiday. All was splendid. Good facilities for a holiday with small kids. Close to everything. We got a room on the hillside of the street, which we changed to beachside and I can recommend to stay on beachside for all families with kids. Personal was always very helpful and did everything they could to help as good as possible. My recommendations!

Songkran”
Second time I have stayed here. Super busy due to Songkran, so was a little noisy at times with families having fun! Facilities were great. Massage down by the beach was amazing! Breakfast was busy, but we didn't have to wait long for a table, but some of the dishes were cold such as bacon, sausages etc. Concierge were amazing and always took care of my car when I parked late at night.
