"This resort was my best hotel experience in India so far. The views from the room were spectacular, there was free tasty breakfast every morning, and the staff were overall friendly and helpful. The bed was also very comfortable. It's a bit far from most of the attractions in Manali, but the resort provides a free shuttle to and from the main area upon check in and check out. There are also local buses that run every 30min or so for 15-30INR/person. The Wifi did not reach the room, but could be accessed in the lobby, and had good speeds. My only major points of critique would be that the rooms were too cold during the winter, and some of the facilities in the listing pictures weren't available (like the gym). I discussed the room heating with someone from the hotel, and they explained how the added expense of room heating would raise the cost of the hotel higher than most guests would like. I think it's a reasonable point to consider. Overall a good experience, and highly recommended if you're staying in Manali."
