Awesome ”
From one week become 2 weeks and half, I didn't expected I will stay here all my holidays. This place is really awesome. Is literally next to the white sand beach ( 7 min walking ), big swimming and fitness with the ocean view, it's very quite, the only thing I heard is waves and birds. Most of the vilas have sea view as well. Bed is comfortable, cleaned everyday, smells good, Wifi is really good, I didn't have any problems with it, can make calls, video meetings and work remote. Working staff is very nice as well. Location is awesome is right next to the makro food, 7 ELEVEN and lot of restaurants, motorbike shops, massage salons and bars. For me personally this area and resort is one the best one I can get.

I can’t imagine why one would give this resort a negative review. The entrance and facilities look stunning. The room is huge and a bit dark (which we actually loved). Our room had a little porch with a kind of a double sun bed that looked into the pool (which was again, huge). The resort has a little beach (artificial) with nice sun beds; we could always find a free one. The water is swimmable, but a bit deep. Staff is very helpful, especially as our luggage got lost at the airport, they called numerous time to try to find it. Massage is great and the prices are close to what you would find in the street. Breakfast has lots of options, including 2 chefs that cooked several types of omelettes and noodle soup. You can have your meal on the restaurant that has great view of the sea. Again, I can’t see why would other travelers negatively rated the breakfast. Yes, they are always full, with travelers all over the world, but I didn’t get a crowded feeling. The value for money is great. Finally, I recommend checking out the food court behind Morgan restaurant (there are about 3-4 restaurants) that serve good food for a cheap price. Also, Napalai cooking school in Klong Phrao is a great activity. Bunny is funny, good with kids and is a fluent English speaker. They provide free transport to and from your hotel. We visited in February and due to the dry season the waterfalls aren’t really a thing to do. I would return to Awa again if I were to visit Koh Chang again.

Great three stars hotel”
Everything was excellent, but a few points to potensial improvement: 1) We have booked three rooms, in one of them, which located in north house (top floor) was noisy sound from the air-conditioning system of the neighborhood hotel, but at the first floor it was no that sound. If you choise between that two rooms - choose not the top floor; 2) In the gym air-contidioning did not working at all; 3) Need more sunbeds and dryers. We shared our dryers with our group, but it is not an option for everyone. In addiction a few words about staff - it is excellent! Kitchen is also very good! And prices is more than affordable! I can recommend to eat here.

Nice bungalow”
We stayed in a very clean bungalow with a nice bathroom and good aircon situated very close to the ocean. Stunning sunset views available from the decking by the pool. Some facilities are still not fully open and a little bit of construction going on (April 2022) as the hotel starts gearing up everything for tourism picking up again.

+stunning view, especially the sun set +nice garden +villa with a small pool very comfy +clean and well maintained area +nice staff mostly -sun beds by the pool area always reserved with towels but nobody shows up, please do something about it -a la carte food not always the best quality

Comfortable rooms and lovely views”
The Grand View has spacious, comfortable rooms and a great view from the pool and pier. If you get a good rate, it's a great place to stay. There's not a beach and you will probably have to walk a short distance down the road to access the beach. It's at the south end of White Sand Beach but it's an easy walk to all restaurants and bars.

Nice hotel still under renovation”
Location is great at one end of white beach; everything is within 5 minutes walk. My bungalow was excellent and clean. Fitness center is beautiful right next to the water with a full view of white beach. Pool and parts of hotel were closed undergoing renovation (as of July 2019), and ceiling in the lobby was falling apart. Should look great once finished.

Excellent sunset view of the Ocean, the only disadvantages of this hotel is direct access to white sand beach due to the numerous rocks in front of the property.
