Everything ok, friendly staff”

Everything was as expected. They are located close to a nice restaurant and 7-eleven. They also have a pool table which was a nice extra. Staff was very friendly.

Outstanding owner who helps with everything ”

The most amazing owner. Who helped me retrieve my Kindle that I'd left on the coach in Bangkok. Such a kind man, nothing is too much trouble. A good price for the accommodation- it wasn't perfect but then it wasn't expensive. Clean bedding on request. Clean towels daily. Lovely balcony. Generally a quiet location. Beach less than 200m away. Though there are better beaches if you are willing to travel. Small problem with ants in the room. I just sprayed with mosquito spray, soon got rid of them.

Fabulous little hotel/guest house”

Fabulous little hotel owned and run by a lovely young couple. The room we had was perfect, had efficient air conditioning, good Wi Fi and a nice additional lounge and two televisions. Location coukd not have been better - very near Klong Prao beach. All very clean and well maintained. You can even order a cooked breakfast in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.

It's a hotel in the most generic sense... not really 'luxury' or 'boutique' but basic and a bit scruffier than the photos show. The gym equipment doesn't work, and the rooms could use some love. The price is low and you get what you pay for. Technically it is NOT in Klong Prao but Chaya Chet (between White Sands and Klong Prao). Not much going on in the area. Probably perfect for families. The owner is exceptionally nice and accommodating. My a/c was making a horrible noise in the middle of the night and so he upgraded me to a nicer room.

Luxury boutique hotel is a good place to stay if u were young couple,and it's value for money,the location of hotel in a branch road and about 50m away from the main road and it's very quiet when night ,7-11/night market/restaurants is near within 500m,so,good place.

The hotel near 7,it's convenient .I live there during holiday,so I feel the price a little bit expensive, and the hotel doesn't have swimming poor ,and no breakfast too.if you want to play in Koh Chang ,you better to choose the hotel on White sand beach.

infested”

We arrived after a horrendous journey getting to koh chang, possibly already setting the tone. However, despite the politeness and efforts of the little-english speaking staff, we found the rooms all to be infested with bugs! We could have possibly tolerated the dirty sheets, broken air con, tiny bathroom for 1 night... The staff attempted to find us numerous other rooms (upgrades, downgrades, different set rooms, etc), but all 4 of the ones we were shown also had bug problems. If you want to know how bad it was, consider this; after 36 hours travelling with no sleep and at midnight, me and my wife was willing to venture elsewhere to find accomedation without the certainty of any refund. I can really only comment on the cleanliness, location, and staff during my brief 1 hour or so stay - but had to put a rating for the other as there is no way of submitting without entering.

The staffs advised me everything such as the direction to the beach ,the boat trip activity,how to catch the taxi etc.. I 'll come back again...sure.

it 's ok hotel.nothing special”

It's small hotel ,nothing special .room was ok every thing working except TV not good signal. If you want to use gym must to pay 100 bath Per day .pool billiards never open for play. American breakfast 150bath per person.it was ok for me. Just walk cross the road then get to the beach but have to walk through another resort. There are restaurants around there .close to the bank and 7/11.good location.

Hotel staff is friendly and give a good service. The room may look a little bit old, but all cleaned.

Central location to activities.”

Short walk to the beach with a mountain backdrop. Easy to get a taxi to anywhere on the island. The bed was far too hard.

Overall satisfactory ”

If you're plan is just a room for shower and sleep then this is good place as it located between two beaches. The facilities were average. Overall was satisfied.

Location far away from center!!”

Location far away from everything hard to get there - small swimming pool outside! The maintenance is very poor everything – it looks rundown nobody really fix anything!! The Breakfast Buffet was poor and not organized!! The place made more an impression of a youth hostel than a 3 star hotel!!! The interior of the Elevator was run down and the florescent light hanging out ! The wooden furniture at the poolside was damaged altogether mostly broken, I never see anybody who clean the place or arrange the beds around the pool!! There is no Save in the room and the air-condition unit had no remote and water was running from it down on the floor!! The Breakfast Buffet was unrecognizable no signs that say what was served I just had to guess what it was! No fresh milk and no brewed coffee - just instant powder!! The staff at the reception and in the dining room doesn't speak English!! That place is run down and I advice not to go there!!

Very old without any renovation. Owners live inside - children, bicycles, dolls.. 7 and 5 years ago it was nice hotel for 700 bath - but now it is just old junky place.
