"We are a couple from Malaysia and travelling from our honeymoon. We were surprised to see how enthusiastic Hotel Boston Plaza Kusatsu Biwako is in celebrating Halloween! Very festive! We enjoyed a double room facing the train station, and there is a delicious takoyaki/okonomiyaki stand just 2 minutes walk from the hotel! The room we had is clean and made up daily. We also enjoyed our buffet breakfast on our last morning here. The hotel is actually not in Kyoto itself, you will need to take the train about 20 minutes to Kyoto station"
