    “Awesome Stay and Location”

    I recently stayed at L7 Gangnam Hotel during my vacation, and I had a wonderful experience overall. The location is excellent—very convenient with easy access to public transportation, which made exploring the city very simple. The room was always clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless and efficient, with no long queues at the reception. Everything was handled quickly and professionally, which I really appreciated. One area for improvement would be the gym facilities. While it was great to have access to a fitness area, I noticed that some of the machines were out of order. It would be even better if the hotel could ensure that all equipment is regularly maintained and in good working condition.

    “Enjoyed our 7D6N stay! Exceptional staff!”

    We had trouble getting UHT milk for our toddler in Seoul, the staff (reception) helped us order for delivery and even updated us (email & letter).! The security guard, in particular the one we met on the 1st and last day, was very helpful and friendly - helped us book taxi using his Kakao app cos it was raining, helping us look out for the airport transfer vehicle and loading our baggages. Hotel nearby has nice eateries and there's convenience store at B1. It's located very near Seolleung exit 10 which thankfully has a lift so saved us from deadlifting our stroller and toddler. Our room is generally clean, thankful for the daily room cleaning service that we can enjoy our stay and rest well. Room was spacious enough that it's comfortable for 2 adults and 1 toddler.

    “Best hotel in this area”

    This is actually my second time staying at L7 Gangnam. The hotel staff are extremely professional and friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. It is located in a very convenient area, literally a few steps from the nearest subway station and a train ride away from Gangnam but it is very quiet at night. There is a 24h convenience store on B1 (Seven Eleven) and give you 2 free plastic water bottles per day. I highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a comfortable stay while in Seoul.

    “Great location and comfortable stay”

    Airport limousine bus stop 2min walk from the hotel. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The room is modern and comes with full amenities. There are convenience stores, eateries and restaurants around the hotel. It is just a 3-5min walk to bus stops and Seulleung subway station that has 2 lines that connects you to different parts of Seoul. Convenient and quiet location if you’re looking for somewhere not too packed with tourists.

    “Studio suite - spacious ”

    We stayed in the studio suite for a few days and the room was fairly large. The bathroom was split into a shower zone, toilet zone, bathtub zone and separate his&her wash basins. The room and bathroom had a view of the gorgeous park in the back of the hotel. Everything was clean and worked well. Bed was very comfy. Staff were efficient. Location is a few minutes away from the train station. Easy to walk to.
