Amazing stay”
I do not write reviews often and the last review I did was on this resort too. The first time I stayed here was in 2013 and I was not impressed with the state of the resort. I came back in August 2016 and only booked it because the pictures on their site looked nice and the price was low. I was flabbergasted about the transformation that time, but when i booked again for 1 night this time I was blown away. The pool area is totally refurbished and the garden surrounding the pool is to die for. A row of banzai trees in bloom on the pathway from the bistro to the pool. This must be what the garden of Eve must have looked like. I stayed in one of the studios again and it looked like it was newly refitted. It also came with all of the amenities, microwave, fridge, WIFI, and toaster. This time I rented a motorbike from the resort as I don't own a car and the resort is about 20 mins from Pattaya town. I ran into some roadworks on the way but it is still quite straight forward to get there and back. The staff is very friendly and the food in the bistro delicious and not expensive . I had a T-bone steak and 2 beers for 500 bath and the T-Bone was massive and came with vegetables and fries. This time I only stayed 1 day but this place is definitely my most favourite place to stay when I go to Pattaya and it must me the best kept secret if you look for quality, friendliness and value for money.

Super staff, fantastic food, great price”
I stayed for a weekend here with my wife and 3 month old child whilst I was racing at the nearby BIRA kart circuit. The resort has been very recently renovated and the room was very comfortable and well equipped. Because of this I would ignore any old reviews. It might seem a small thing, but I love a good shower, and the water pressure was very powerful - something I often have issue with when travelling away! The resort is gated, creating a safe and secure feel, and there is a beautiful swimming pool in the middle. There is a nice vibe for families. It is in a quiet area away from the busy centre of Pattaya (but close enough to visit if you want!). The owner is always around and goes out of his way to help. We needed a very early check in and he was around to help and didn't even charge anything extra, despite us offering. He also sorted taxis for my wife when needed. He's a really interesting guy and I would recommend sitting down and having a chat with him. There is a small restaurant on site and the food was excellent. My wife, who is Thai and extremely difficult to please when it comes to food, thought the Thai food was some of the best she's ever had when we've been away. The European food selection was also good - there were Belgian waffles on the menu! What's more was the price - extremely good value for money. I have stayed in a few other places nearby that were more expensive and offered a lot less. We cannot recommend this place enough. We will definitely be coming back, and have found our place to stay when visiting Pattaya for races.

Big renovation gets my thumbs up”
I have been coming to this area for 15 years and normally stay at one of my friends house. Luck has it they are all offshore at the moment. I like the area as I ride my bike around the lake and there are plenty of places to have a beer afterwards. A pool is mandatory for me. I tried to book another place but it was full so booked this place to rest my head at $28 for the night. I was expecting what you would for $28.00. It was a one night on a weekend getaway from BKK and I would be on my bike most of the time so wasn't too phased about my room standard. I normally stay in 5 star hotels for work 4 months of the year so I do have some standards. Upon driving in I was met by the owner. He was very welcoming and knew my name. I was promptly checked in and paid my 750 THB in cash as they have no credit card facilities. I was then taken to the room and was pleasantly surprised. This is simply not a $28.00 room. Brand new bed, fridge, AC, kettle, toaster, microwave and paint job...and furniture. This would be $100 in Pattaya city. There is also a sliding door with new chair and table at the back. I may of stumbled on the best kept secrets around the lake! I went for a ride and came back 2 hours later. The pool is well maintained and enjoyed a dip. The pool area is very clean. The management here have done a massive upgrade and work tirelessly and their efforts and dreams are not far away from being achieved. I had a small plate of fries after my swim and my partner had some noodles and reported they were good. The service was also prompt and with a smile. We finished our meal and drinks and it was nearing 5pm and the owner offered a free drink for both of us which was nice and actually a bit of a shock. This never happens and highlights the owners efforts of pleasing the customer. I then asked could I rent their motorbike as I wanted to go out for some food after our snack. He said no problem, I will drive you! Thanks to management if you read this. Jim.

Relaxing value for money stay”
If you want a relaxing place away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya City, then Lake Villa is an excellent choice. The Boss, Christian is very personable and obliging. The Restaurant is inexpensive and serves quality food.The rooms are comfortable, clean with good facilities.We look forward to staying again. We highly recommend.

Quiet area. Complete facilities. Got the pool mostly by ourselves. Good food. Very comfortable bed (which you'll rarely have in Thailand). Nice and clean big room with TV and balcony. Great staff. Best part is, it didn't cost us a lot. Perhaps the best hotel I've stayed in Thailand under that price range. :) next time we get to visit Pattaya, we'll stay here for sure :)

We were there with parent and 2young boy. The room was very clean and big. There don't have breakfast offer but has a good Thai kitchen. My mom enjoy to cooking then order. I recomment this villa to the people who travel with family and long stay.

near to Thai Polo”
We book this hotel based on review and it is near to Thai Polo where we are having Polo tournament and Jumping event. The hotel is cosy. However there are no cloth hangers in the cupboard and hairdryer.

Top notch facility”
Stayed for 4 nights until our house was ready to move in. The place is just amazing. Super clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable, clean and has been very well built. The owner and his wife are real friendly and helpful. They run a fantastic operation with great facilities. Great value for money in a great location. I am amazed by the cleanliness and efficiency.

The room was great. The Resort itself is run down. There is no staff on site, no restaurant, bar, security or shop. We arrived at 8pm and there was no lights on at all. We walked up 2 flights of steps in the dark with bags and 4yr old daughter. With the right management this would be a great place to stay.

offered an "upgrade" to another house”
We were a group of 8 ppl attending a festival at nearby Siam Country Club. We chose this property mostly because its location and the swimming pool. I cannot say much about this property because we were offered an "upgrade" into another house in another location. The house was not ready when we arrived, but owner kept good communication and tried to accommodate to our needs as much as he could. I would suggest to contact the property directly to confirm everything before arriving.
