Amazing Location, Fabulous Staff, Value for Money”
Group of 4 stayed in 2 rooms for 5 nights. Right from our arrival we were given the best attention. Welcome drinks and excellent information about the Hotel,Hoi An, Spa treatments, maps and tours very informative.One room had back street balcony and the other riverside balcony. Both nice ambiance. Although the balcony is not very wide, it fits 3 chairs and a table. Rooms were not as big as I excepted, but they were clean and welcoming. Room service is great and so are the prices. We did 2 tours booked through hotel. My Son and Ba Na Hills. Both I would recommend.. A special thank you to Phuc. You made us feel very welcome, went out of your way to help with our requests and when our phone charger stopped working you instantly lent us one! Location, location!! 5 minute walk to Hoi An old town and night market. Taylors a $2 cab if you don't want to walk that bit further. Breakfast are nice. All staff friendly. Always greeted with a smile. Nice pool. Would stay here again!!

LaLuna is a great place to stay”
My wife and I stayed for 9 nights in a Super Deluxe room with a river view. The hotel is excellently placed by the Riverside just outside the old town core but only a few minutes walk from the Japanese Bridge and the Night Market on An Hoi Islet. LaLuna is a very nice hotel with fantastic staff who are friendly, helpful and go beyond to make sure you have a great stay. All the reception staff and restaurant staff were lovely especially the food and beverage manager whose name unfortunately we cannot recall but she knows who we mean I'm certain. Our room was very comfortable with quality fixtures and fittings, a comfy bed and a very nice bathroom with shower and separate bath. The room is a very nice traditional Vietnamese design with solid quality dark wood furniture including lots of storage space. We didn't use the pool but it looked very inviting.. we prefer the beach at An Bang which is a few minutes drive away by scooter which can be hired nearby. All in all the hotel is great value for money and we thoroughly recommend staying at the LaLuna Riverside Hotel.

Lovely hotel, great location”
This is a lovely place. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the location is perfect. Just a few minutes to get into the heart of the town. It's perfect for both sides - Old Town and An Hoi. The pool is very nice and the breakfast good. Lovely couple next door at the mini-mart for renting bicycle/motorbikes. The only thing I would suggest is to put some covers on the bottom of the chair legs, as when they are scraped across the floor upstairs the noise is horrendous. The cleaners, although very nice, are very noisy in the corridors - shouting across to each others, dropping things loudly on the floor. There are signs on the walls reminding guests to be quiet. Perhaps you could remind you cleaning staff, too. Otherwise, a great stay. Will definitely return.

Great hotel at a great location!”
Great hotel at a great location! Only a 5 minute walking distance from the old city, right on the riverbank, this is a great place for a gateway. Close enough to all the good locations, but in a pretty quiet area. The pool is great, water temperature was always perfect. Gym is satisfactory for vacation exercise ;) The breakfast is very diverse and really good. There's a shuttle from the hotel to the beach, with a private beach area for hotel guests with free beds and umbrellas. They also provided beach towels in the hotel for free. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Always happy to help. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall I would reccomended this hotel.

What a great hotel ib a great location. ”
This us a great hotel with excellent facilities. The roons are a good size well equipped and clean. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Japanese Bridge. The swimming pool is an ideal size for a hitel so close to the main attractions. All the staff are friendly and so helpful and accommodating. The buffet breakfast is also excellent with a wide range of hot and cold food on offer. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel with great staff and location”
My stay at LaLuna Hoi An Riverside Hotel & Spa was perfect from check in to check out. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and explained everything to me about the hotel amenities and facilities. Vy from the front desk was very helpful in recommending a place to eat in Hoi An that was very delicious. Hari (among others) from the hotel restaurant were so friendly during breakfast. The breakfast was delicious and had many options to choose from to start your day. I also want to mention Rain with providing a friendly smile and amazing service at the bell desk. Overall, my stay at La Luna Hoi An Riverside Hotel was very memorable and would come back to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Lovely Hotel, Fabulous Staff, Great Location”
Laluna Hoi An Riverside Hotel is in a great location. Short walk to the old town. We had a river view room with balcony. Balcony is not very wide but two or three can sit there comfortably. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are amazing - can't help you enough. Tours and transport from hotel are affordable. Pool is not huge but clean and refreshing. Would definitely stay at Laluna again!

Exceptional”
We booked 2 rooms and it was one of the best experience I've had. We were picked up by the driver at Danang airport which drove us directly to the hotel where we were greeted outside by the staffs. We were provided with refreshing drinks and were checked into our room. The hotel was walking proximity to Pho Co Hoi An. Breakfast buffet was excellent and we also had a wonderful body massage there as well. Overall, one of the best hotel experience and the most friendliest staff. I highly highly recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Hoi An. Oh it's next to a bike rental so that's a plus. It was fun riding around town on the bike!

Wonderful stay, fantastic staff”
Great staff, especially Vicky. Room was very nice, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size with a huge walk in shower. Lots of hot water! Very close to old town but far enough away from the noise. Only downside is the rooms aren't that sound proofed. Would stay here again for sure but would ask for a room in the top floor.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious and clean room, big bathroom and shower, good breakfast with crispy bacon, nice river view from balcony, comfortable pool area, great location near old town, and help booking tours and rides to the airport. Overall, excellent value. I don't see how anyone could regret staying at this hotel. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

Fantastic in every way”
From the moment we checked in, we were welcome with great hospitality. We were picked up from the airport as arranged and wisked to the hotel where we had a very thorough and informative induction (and welcome drink!). Room was beautiful with a great view of the river. Rooms were spotless with the biggest bath I have ever seen. A very short walk from the hustle and bustle of the old town. Easy minibus journey to the beach, where we were welcomed everyday with a sin lounger and a smile. Cant wait to return next year

Great stay in new hotel”
We arrived at Laluna to welcome drinks, cold towel, a receptionist who briefed us places of interest and show us to our room, followed by the bellboy with our luggage. what stood out about our Super Deluxe room was the large bathroom of brass pipes and brass patterned water trap, and good water flow and drainage - it was a joy to use! The brass piping matched the light Hoi An yellow and dark wood theme of the bedroom harmoniously. We were given the 2nd floor room which showed views of joggers in the morning, and locals sitting by the river at night enjoying their drinks.

I enjoyed my stay at Laluna Hoian. The whole time I was there the staff made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Especially Namnam! He was very friendly and helpful! The swimming pool was very clean. My room was very spacious with a garden view on the first floor.

We found this hotel to be perfectly situated to the old town. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you and made you feel so welcome. Great breakfast. the rooms and the general cleanliness of the hotel and its gardens were fantastically spotlessly clean. Overall staying here was a very good experience.

Weekend Stay at Laluna Hoi An”
Just wanted to write a quick review to say that for the price this hotel is incredible value for money, and its location is exceptional. In general Hoi An is a great weekend getaway as lots of things to do all within easy reach. The fact that Laluna partners with another business on the beach means free use of sunbeds and access to a nice bar on the beach too - free shuttle bus to/from hotel is another good feature. The highlight was undoubtedly the staff, who are amongst the most attentive we have ever experienced; genuinely great staff who work hard to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. We were also stunned by the good value for treatments at the spa. We had 2x hour massages, and received a complimentary 30 minutes; so 90 mins for the price of 60 mins, at a very reasonable price. Our masseurs: Anna and Jennifer were great. Thanks all 5*

Lovely rooms and conveniently located”
We booked the family room for 3 nights stay. We love the rooms which were clean and cosy. Master bed room balcony facing the swimming pool with the twin room balcony facing the streets. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely worth staying again and again.

Beautiful hotel, in the perfect location ”
Staff were very friendly, and helpful with directions and recommendations. Room was beautiful, and the hotel was perfect for me and my two year old son. The best food I had my whole trip in Vietnam was at the pool, which was a perfect place to spend the afternoon. Very convenient free shuttle to and from beach, two times a day. So much to see a do around the hotel, highly recommend!

Beautiful oasis ”
I stayed at several other hotels in the same price range during my 2 weeks in Vietnam. This was the best—newest, cleanest, most beautiful decor, best breakfast, wonderful staff, wonderful location (quiet yet close to old town). Pool is refreshing in the afternoon.

Close to the night market and the ancient town”
Best location. Giving customers an important facility like an umbrella which I couldn't find othets. Breakfast was good. I ate a lot of them. Especially, banana smoothie, recommended you to try :) However, just the only thing I found in many hotels is the wall was not strong enough to protect the outside noises. Surely, I love Hoi An. But love it more when the sun down. Cuz you barely hear the horn from motorcycles.
