Excellent location and value for money.”
We loved this boutique hotel. We had adjoining rooms that were spacious, comfortable and had huge bathrooms. The breakfast was outstanding, the staff were friendly and extremely helpful with recommending and arranging site seeing, drivers and other activities. The lunch and dinner menus from the in-house restaurant had a large selection of both local and Western choices, of which we tried both - delicious. The location is out of the hustle and bustle and still within walking distance to town. We used locals for our laundry and my husband even had a cut throat razor shave just done the lane. Out of all the places we visited in Vietnam (Hanoi, Da Nang, Saigon, Vung Tau, Long Hai), this was my favourite. We had some ordinary weather (rain, low cloud) but it was still warm and there was so much to see and do. I recommend Bah Nah Hills, Marble Mountain, Monkey Mountain and the Old City of Hoi An.

Excellent Hotel, very friendly Staff ! ”
The staff is extremly friendly, they react immediatly to any complain. The suite room is excellent, very comfortable, bathtube and rain shower with view over the city. Good bed and nice birthday surprise. Hotel is near to the city centre, you can rent bicycles for free and you have a shuttle to the ancient town and An Bang Beach. You get fresh towels at the pool and for the beach. The breakfast is good, many choice (asian and international) . The view from the pool over the ricefields is very nice, but there is a noisy street between the hotel and the pool (we didn't see it on the photos) and the Poolspace is a not so big, you are a little crowed. Wonderful hotel!”
Put it this way, I nearly cried when I had to leave! I cannot recommend this hotel enough .. I was upgraded to a balcony room which was spacious and comfortable. The bed was one of the best I’ve ever slept in, with soft linen, plump pillows and wasn’t too hard or too soft .. I’m aware I sound like Goldilocks! The breakfast is fantastic, the staff can’t do enough for you, and the hotel is spotless. The hotel is slightly out of town but it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the river which is perfect to absorb the atmosphere of the town. I also walked to the beach which is 3 miles away .. there is a shuttle bus from the hotel. Overall, I give this hotel 10/10 and hope to cone back in the future. Well done LaSenta, you are awesome!

Amazing hotel”
I would like to recommend lasenta hotel to everyone. It is an amazing hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Bathrooms are spacious also. The staff are super friendly. This hotel is a four star but it should be ranked as five star. There breakfast was great. So much choice and absolutely delicious food. They provide a free shuttle to hoi an city and ang beach. Also, you an use the complimentary bike to ride in the rice fields or just take a nice walk. The pool on the fourth floor is so much fun, looking out at the rice fields. It's in a quieter part of town, away from the road traffic. I will definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back.

Beautiful but Noisy”
The hotel is beautiful and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately it cold and rainy for the 3 days we were there so we didn't get to enjoy the facilities. Location is perfect.. easy ride through rice fields to the beach and old quarter. Breakfast was delicious! Fresh made crepes were a hero! The only negative for us was that it was a bit noisy. Not very much soundproofing. Can hear water in bathrooms above/below. Housekeeping knocking on room doors from 6am. Beautiful place, would definitely recommend but just that one issue for us.

Lovely hotel away from the crowds”
The Lasenta was stylish and comfortable- we had a gorgeous room overlooking the rice fields which was clean and modern. The pool area was nice and the breakfast good - when we checked in we were given a really useful map and informed of the shuttle times into the old town and to the beach. The bedtime stories were a lovely touch and it was fun to watch the lizards in the evening. An easy 15 min walk into the town (slow paced due to the heat) meant we didn't really need to use taxis. Highly recommended!

Fantastic hotel”
I recently stayed at Lasenta for 3 nights with my two sons, ages 12 and 14. We loved this hotel and cannot wait to return. It's slightly outside of the main area, but that didn't trouble us at all. We were able to easily walk into the bustling area of Hoi An or ride the free bikes that the hotel provided. We loved going for a daily ride, which was flat and only took about 5 minutes. The hotel staff are incredible - helping us organise tours etc, so too was the room that we had overlooking the rice fields, along with the spa / massage, and the breakfast too which was included. We all loved staying at Lasenta and I have recommended it to other travellers who are planning a trip to Hoi An. We will definitely be back to stay at this hotel. I could not thank Lasenta enough for the fabulous stay and time we had in Hoi An.

Wonderful hotel!”
Brilliant location, sat overlooking the rice paddies which you can rent bicycles to cycle through them to the beach or into town. There is also a convenient shuttle bus service into Hoi An which the hotel provides. The staff were fantastic, all really lovely and helpful people. The chicken curry is especially good in the restaurant and a lovely extensive breakfast is provided. Bedrooms are spacious and clean with a beautiful bathroom.

Friendly, warm staff. Very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms with a great view of the paddy fields. Hotel provides free bicycles and we used them to visit the paddy fields. Breakfast is great. The staff also surprised me with a birthday cake when they found out during check in. Shuttle service through and fro the old town was convenient

Beautiful and clean”
This was an exceptional hotel. The pool is absolutely beautiful overlooking a rice field. The water is kept at a great temperature and is very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There was an issue with the taxi that the hotel ordered me but they were very honest and went through several obstacles in order to help refund me.

This is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in on my holidays. Beautiful views of the rice fields, relaxing, and lovely environment. I last visited Hoi An 15 years ago and I am so happy that I booked to stay a little distance way from the old heritage centre. This is still worth a visit but it has now succumbed to mass tourism. Unfortunately, Not for the better. The hotel is only a bike ride away or jump on the free hotel bus. The location is perfect and The rooms are just gorgeous. I wish I could stay longer in this hotel - excellent.

Lovely Boutique Hotel”
Glad that I've booked this hotel for one of my stay in Danang for my wedding anniversary. Arrived the hotel a bit earlier than the check-in time, but the hotel was so welcoming and happy to do the registration in advance and let me put the luggage there so that i could go to explore hoi an more easily. One of the receptionist who can speak a little bit Chinese and always has a lovely smile, explain the information about the hotel and hoi an very detail. The room is very clean and bright, the toilet was big and nice. They were kind enough for preparing the decoration for our wedding anniversary in our room with a lovely card. All the staffs including bell boys, the house keeping, F&B staffs were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast and the pool were great. The free shuttle is not very frequent but we got a chance to use it twice, it's clean and spotless. We love the hotel and will consider to stay there again if we visit Hoi An again.

My husband and I stayed 6 days here and had a wonderful time. They offered a free shuttle to Old Town Hoi An as well as to An bang beach. The complimentary breakfast was amazing as well as the staff. We reserved a junior suite which was very spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Hoi An.

Beautiful hotel, in great spot”
We ended up staying four nights here, and booked the family connected room , since we were travelling with our 20 year old daughter. It was a prefect set up for us, as it allowed privacy for all ! The rooms are very nice, and we had a great deck which was a nice spot to enjoy a glass of wine at the end of a day of touring ! The pool is beautiful, and refreshing with a nice view over the rice fields. Great stay.

Exceptional”
Lovely hotel. Came on recommendation.bikes were good and easy access to town and beach with a 10minute cycle (if you don’t mind the safety issue of cycling in Vietnam!) My biggest worry for this place is that the beautiful paddy fields will be gone soon. Every where is being built upon so once they go this place will lose its value and beauty. This was seen partly on our last day where the neighbouring plot decided to burn a huge load of plastic and rubbish so the smoke just was every where through the hotel. We live in Asia so this practice of burning plastic is the “norm” but it’s just horrible, terrible if you have asthma and following recent medical research/evidence poor air pollution I worse than smoking if pregnant! It’s a beautiful and really nice hotel. Well decorated, lovely staff who work very hard and rooms were clean and spacious. Slept so well here! Yes the cars beep by the road but not through the night.

Transport into town or beach provided - perfect times options offered during the day. The pool is just divine. Food lush. Staff so so lovely. Room amazing. Private beach. Great peanut butter smoothie. We loved it so much we extended our stay! And Hoi An is just incredible. I fell in love with it.

Wonderful hotel, with a few things to improve on”
We had a wonderful stay at LaSenta. The breakfast was delicious and the shuttle buses made it convenient to explore the Old Town and An Bang beach areas. Rooms were spacious and clean. Most of the staff were really helpful and approachable -- there was, however, one that displayed noticeable irritation when we wanted to pay in both cash and visa. I understand it was more work for her, but we wanted to use up all our cash so we didn't have to bring any back. She was rather unhappy and reluctant about it, but at least we got it done. Another slight disappointment was the sounds of construction from next to the hotel that woke us up at 6am every morning. This was no one's fault but as a result, we didn't manage to get good rest the entire time.

Room with view of rice fields”
Lovely view but over noisy street. If you love air conditioning and keep the windows closed, the noise will be no problem. If you want the windows open, the motor bikes are noisy well into the evening. Other than that, this is a great location. Easy walk to town, a little longer walk to beach, but with shuttle, bikes or taxi, the beach is close by! Hotel and staff were friendly and responsive.
