Frequent visitor of Thailand and Pattaya”
The LK President is an excellent choice of hotels in the enter Pattaya area. The location is not far from any of the city attractions but the particular spot of the hotel can be a problem at times. It's located off 3rd Road which can become busy. So you will have to come and go with caution. The hotel is new and well kept so the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. I did have an issue with the showers. The shower drained poorly and I had to use an extra towel to stop water from overflowing into the sink and toilet area. Monday nights there is a concert across the street from the hotel. If you have something planned for Tuesday and need sleep either bring ear plugs or forget it and go enjoy the concert. My only major problem with the hotel was the laundry. Do not, I mean do not let this hotel do your laundry. My white short are no longer white and they charged me over 1000 baht for each load. We all know you only wear shorts and t-shirts in Pattaya in February so the loads were not large at all. Find a laundry out side the hotel where a load will cost only 200 to 300 baht. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to be kind and assure I enjoyed my stay. The wifi was excellent but you have to login in your room and login in the lobby. You will see Lobby as a choice of wifi accounts to login, please do so and you will have wifi throughout the building. Lastly, breakfast was excellent with a great buffet and eggs to order. I'm a vegan and there was many excellent choices for me to enjoy a great breakfast every morning. I do recommend this hotel and will stay at the LK President again myself.

Ocean view in heart of Pattaya”
If you are booking at LK President make sure to request a high floor. Unless you are afraid of heights. Even though it is on 3rd road the height of the hotel gives nice views of both the ocean and the city. One thing that has annoyed me for this hotel is everytime I book it through Agoda it has me pay at the hotel. I would rather have it paid through Agoda and not worry about cash. They also ask for 1000 baht deposit when checking in; not just taking a credit card in lieu of deposit. It's a nice hotel though and seems primarily used for bus tours. So you don't see many guests actually using the facilities of the hotel. This means the pool and swimming pool are normally empty. LK President is also advertising monthly stays so if you are thinking of relocating to Pattaya you can book here first through Agoda then if want to stay monthly can see what the rates are. The hotel has a parking garage and is in a prime location. It's a 1 minute walk across 3rd Road to a small street with 100 massage parlors filled with girls and Ladyboys. Recommended for those and many other reasons.

Great Breakfast!”
Having stayed at a few of the other LK Motels, I thought I'd try the President and I wasn't disappointed. I think LK President is one of the newer hotels in the LK stable and rooms were large, well furnished and very clean with a terrific view. I was on the 21st floor with a balcony. Staff were friendly and checkin and out was easy. Breakfast buffet was exceptional with the largest range of options I have seen in a hotel in this category. Hotel is guest friendly. The only negative I can think of is the location, in that you have to negotiate crossing the quite busy Third Road to get to the nightlife areas of Soi Bukhao, LK Metro and Beach Road, however that's not such a big deal. Just take care in negotiating the traffic. I would definately stay at LK President again.

New hotel in heart of Pattaya”
LK President is a new hotel, less than a year old that is right in the middle of Pattaya. It's location is great and if staying on higher floors can have a great ocean and city view. The rooms are well appointed and of good value. There is a parking garage for cars and motorbikes and an elevator so you can go right to your room floor without going past the reception desk. Which is ideal if bringing back guests from the nearby entertainment venues. They have a sign in the past that there is a 500 baht joiner fee but if going through the garage you won't have to worry about that. Overall a recommended place to stay.

This is a great hotel. I rent a room as usaly at about 25m3. Good and big. Thhe ataff is great and everything is perfect in this hotel. 95% of the asian hotels have very bad bed, but at this hotel they have the best bed I ever tried outside Europe. It great. I dont have any choice anymore abpout hotels in Pattaya. LK President forever. Thanks

Ocean view and good location”
LK President is a new hotel, clean and in a good location on 3rd road. Directly across the street from Soi Lengkee and Soi Massage. If you have a room higher up you can see the ocean. Overall the rooms are clean and in the same style of all the LK hotels. There's about 20 LK hotels in Pattaya so they have their game together for service. Plenty of restaurants and entertainment nearby.

Close to everything, beautiful views”
If you're at LK President and have a higher floor you will have views of Pattaya city and the ocean. The hotel is still fairly new so everything inside clean and working well. The location is just a few minutes walk from the Soi Buakaow/ Soi Honey / Soi Chiyapoon entertainment district and all the fun that has to offer. Comfy beds, good service. It's recommended.

New hotel with beautiful furnishings”
Had a great stay at Lk President , the features are modern especcially in lobby . staff were very friendly . the breakfast was buffet and plenty of food , get in early as there are many Chinese tour groups staying in hotel . rooms were so comfortable and views of Pattaya were awesome !! the roof top garden and gymand steam room was used everyday . the only problem was the pool wasnt salt water . will definetly come back again and would recommend this hotel very highly .

This hotel was in an ideal location for myself. On third road at the end of Soi Lengkee . So basically a ten minute walk to beach road via The Mike Shopping Mall. Less than five minute walk to soi Diana, LK Metro and Soi Buakhao. About a 15/20 minute walk to walking street. My room was on the 24th floor and I had panoramic views of Na Jomtien to Pattaya Khlang. This hotel is only open just about 1 year . So any teething problems have been sorted etc. Uts a very well kept and very clean hotel. All staff and cleaners etc were very courteous and spoke good english. The selection of breakfast food was also very good too albeit a bit repetative but there was a wide selection of fruits ,cakes, salads omlettes etc teas and coffee with fruit juices and water. I would definitely stay here again and thank you Agoda for getting me such a good deal and I certainly would recommend this place to any of my friends

This hotel was pretty good and travellers would be well advised to book if they are looking for a 4 star Hotel. My only criticism is that the Hotel is located on a major road and you must cross that road to get into Town. Crossing the road is a nightmare – I have no doubt that there will be a serious accident involving a motor Bike/Car and some unfortunate LK President guest. This is not a problem that is going away by itself – the Hotel needs to make some sort of provision.

We booked in at theLK President because the LK Empress was full we were not disapponted with President the feeling off royalty is prominent and majestic the breakfast is incredible everything is fresh the pool area is great the wifi is great works everywhere the gym is more than adequate the staff at service desk an attendant at front door very helpfull and polite the staff in the breakfast /dinnig room really helpful nothing is to much trouble would reccomend and definetly stay there again

LK is a well-appointed hotel right in the heart of Pattaya. Located on 3rd Road directly across from Soi Lengkee. Great food and entertainment options. The hotel has a pool and is fairly quiet. Especially the higher floors which have nice views. The higher floors can see Pattaya bay. Overall a nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our 25 day stay at lk president we did have small problem with 1st room but the staff moved us no problem and they couldn't have been more helpful , we found all that staff at this hotel to be friendly and do all they can for you. This hotel is not in the best location. but you can walk in less than 5 minutes to the LK Metro area. Hotel is new and is fantastic. Rooms are well designed and are spacious. We had an upper floor and the view of the city was fantastic. LK chain of hotels are very good in Pattaya

Large hotel in center of Pattaya”
The LK chain of hotels are a good value. The LK President is no exception to this. The hotel is very large so can find it easily and it's located near food, massage and bars. Plenty of adult entertainment. The rooms are clean and beds soft. Overall its recommended.

Brand spanking new”
It is nice to see a new property in Pattaya. I usually stay at the LK Renaissance but i was very happy with this property. it is a huge building but i still found my way easilly. It is clean and very comfortable and the staff is very pro- active and friendly. The only down side is that you get a lot of tour parties and at breakfast time you better come early if you want to have some choice and eat quietly. It is a shame that the restaurant closes so early but being in Pattaya you always find somewhere else to eat and drink, so it does not really affect the hotel itself. All in all i enjoyed my stay and shall return whenever i am in Pattaya.

Very impressed with the LK President. Great rooms, awesome shower, super comfortable beds and an awesome view. For me the location was perfect and will definitely return. If you could be super critical then the pool is small and in the shade somewhat. If a pool is the most important factor then this isn't the place for you. For me however, it was perfect.

Well-appointed VIP presidential suite. with very nice 270 degree view of Pattaya City from LK President’s 26th floor VIP suite balconies... . Sumptous breakfast buffet spread... Very friendly, very helpful, very courteous and very warm welcome from the Bell and Reception staff... Walking distance to nearby malls and local authentic Thai restos... Very good value for money! Awesome Location and Pattaya views”
Have stayed at LK President several times and always can recommend. The rooms are plush, the bed comfy and view of the city is hard to beat. The location is jut steps away from the main nightlife and restaurants. Located directly on 3rd Road and parking for cars and motorbikes. Good value for money.
