Staff, both reception and cleaning, are very friendly and always helpful. 10/10 Great location, quiet soi but in the heart of everything. Spotlessly clean rooms daily. 10/10. Elevator could do with a refurbishment inside, but other than that. This is the perfect hotel.

Luxury Suite, Great Location, Private and Very Comfortable ”
The Jacuzzi suite is second to none. I have stayed at most notable hotels in Bangkok and Pattaya. This is the hotel of choice. Not alot of facilities, but with 80 squares of luxury room and sou bhoikow at your doorstep who needs them. 24 hour Tony gym is only 3 minutes away as are all the sights. I highly recommend this hotel and the Jacuzzi suite.

I stayed there for a month. The office was very helpful. Wrote a letter and made copies for my visa extension no charge. I had some trouble with the hot water which they dived right away. The hotel is a little out of the way but the baht bus is available. Quiet hotel. Nice pool.

I have stayed here several times. Before COVID it was a nice out of the noise hotel with large rooms, nice furnishing, and a great pool on the roof as long as you aren't 5'2" or below. That is still true. But the hotel was closed for 2 years during COVID and a lot of issues now. My phone doesn't work, they had to switch out the TV, the toilet leaks, they had to switch out a lamp, the front desk isn't there very much. The place needs some serious rehab.

I have stayed here 3 or four times prior to this over the last few years and this is the only time I have had a few issues. The issues themselves are not all major but all added up are a negative. Firstly the room that I was given was riddled with small minute insects. I would keep my laptop on the side table and then take it over to my bed and they would be crawling out of my laptop. They certainly reduced in number a great deal after a few days but there were always some present in bathroom or around where sink and desk were. Then there were the cleaners. There would be at least one thing they would forgot everyday but different to the previous. One day there would be no water left in the room, the next day they would not replace the shower gel so when coming to have a shower had no shower gel. The next day they would forget to empty the bins or ash trays. The other day they would take away towels that I hadn’t even used and not even leave any replacements. small issues but add u

Nice big rooms, quiet, out of the way but can be noisy in the early hour with noise from the local bars, this can depend a lot on your room location within the hotel though. One really big issue with this hotel is the tiled floors, while they look superb if anybody in a near or adjacent rooms moves a chairs or furniture it reverberate through the floor quite loudly. An easy fix would be for the hotel would be to put sticky felt pads to the bottom of the legs of the furniture, this would be cheap, quick, inexpensive and protect the floors from damage. Other than that a decent stay and one of the better LK hotels in my opinion.

Simply put … just hideous. One of the worst experiences in Thailand and we have stayed in many places here over the years. The city in itself is not nice. The hotel is dead and run down. Definitely wold not recommend. Plus there are many men from Europe bringing local sexual workers for night! Staff don’t seem to be bothered by anything! We have to leave two days early.

I stayed in the LK Royal Wing over Xmas and New Years. A total of 2 weeks I spent in the hotel and couldn't have been happier with my stay there. Staff was helpful when asked for it, rooftop pool is great for an afternoon of relaxing, Nice spacious room with great view over pattaya from the balcony and a very quiet area yet very close to all the nightlife and shopping. I would certainly come back and stay in this hotel when I return later in this year. Great and efficient Room Service, good food at decent prices.
