We the bunch of friends chose this property based on the reviews available and photos. I must say that our decision was perfect.. The Hotel lobby, Rooms were one notch higher than photos and staff was very polite and courteous. Breakfast spread was good but only suggestion would be that they can add one or 2 Indian items in the breakfast menu considering the Indian foot fall. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely visit this property again!!!!!!!!

Had such a great time traveling to Thailand for a safe and refreshing stay at the LK Empress. This is my second stay with the organization and they did not miss a beat from my last stay with the great hospitality, clean facilities, and amazing staff. When I arrived my room wasn’t ready so they upgraded me to a presidential suite, which I appreciated being 6’4. I’ll definitely be back for another visit and recommend this stay for anyone seeking a reliable, safe, clean place to say.

A Welcome Return”
LK a great hotel and located right on beach road close to all that Pattaya can offer with the nightlife and shopping malls close at hand. The hotel itself has all the amenities you would expect, swimming pool was good, gym was a little small but everything you need for a workout. The room I stayed in was spacious and well equipped and view of the swimming pool which comes an an extra cost. Staff were good especially the housekeeping staff who cleaned the room to a high standard on a daily basis. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and always enjoy my stay with the LK

The best of all hotels you can come up with this price, the sea view with jacuzzi is heaven nothing can beat this one . A classic 4 star stay with awesome buffet and great facilities. LK the empress on beach road will be always in my list at top.

Great location”
Surprisingly quiet (pool view room). Bed was not too firm nor too soft. I slept great every night. Had an issue with AC one night, staff fixed it before I was back from breakfast. Wifi was fast, shower was hot. Toilet's flush would be my only gripe.

I enjoyed my stay; room is spacious with loads of clothes storage, comfortable bed, walk-in shower + jacuzzi bath. Functional A/C and lighting, adequate WiFi. Not so good is lack of English speaking TV channels and broken fixtures & fittings particularly in the bathroom.

Spectacular hotel in a great location”
On Beach Road & soi 12 the Empress has a decidedly Second Empire look. Your room have elaborately sculpted bedsteads, drawers, closet and mirrors, all golden: the mirror is about a yard wide. The bathroom sports a deep elegant bathtub as well as a separate shower stall. They've a rooftop swimming pool, a spectacular lobby, including porcelain peacocks, colorful China vases, and in one corner: a small bubbling brook spring with a French-inspired statue of a winged Liberty, and a mural suggesting Tuscany in Pattaya.

Good but not extraordinary ”
The hotel architecture and design are outstanding. Cleanliness was very good and staff very polite. Difficult to communicate in English. The hotel need some detail maintenance as all decorations are showing clear signs of wear an tear. Breakfast was included and was very good buffet. Pool is nice and big enough. No place to hangout in the evening as there is no restaurant or terrace open
